I walked into Fleet Feet and there were about 10 people crowding the door and it sounded like a high school gymnasium so that was an instant pass. I went to JackRabbit instead and when I walked in I was greeted by a man named Ryan who very politely assisted me throughout the entire process. Ryan measured my feet, analyzed my gait on video using an in store treadmill, and was able to provide knowledgeable insights about all of their inventory. Ryan paid attention to my preferences and made great suggestions on what shoes to try without showing any bias. For each pair of shoes, I had as much time as I needed to test them on the treadmill. I ended up with the Brooks Ghost 13s and I am very happy with my purchase. This is the place to go for one-on-one support, well informed staff, and a large inventory of the best running shoes each brand has to offer.

I dont remember the young ladys name at the store but her customer service was amazing..i thought i wanted the on clouds but she helped me picked the shoe that was right for me. Im on my feet in a OR all day never been so excited to wear shoes lol

Salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. My wife and both bought a pair of shoes. I would highly recommend this store to anyone that wants athletic shoes.

Great service. Warm and inviting. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I got some.new shoes, socks and nuun on my way through to Memphis for the st.judes marathon. Will definitely be stopping by again. Prices are very reasonable if not better then most.

Unfortunately I can’t give a good review for this store. I walked in and wasn’t even greeted until I asked for the possibility of trying on shoes. I was told I needed to buy a pair of socks, which I didn’t mind doing. There was NO follow up on “how can I help”, “what are looking for”... nothing. I’ve never been to a running store where the workers did not offer to help me choose the best shoe. I was ready to drop some dollars to get a new pair, but couldn’t because of the poor service. The customer service was more than disappointing.

Outstanding Customer Service - I had just bought a pair of $150 running shoes the day before. I tossed out the box and recite only to realize after a little bit of wearing them they were slightly too big. The female manager of the store (sorry was in a rush to a meeting and forgot her name :/) was super kind to honor me a refund and work with me without those items for the return. I’ll be now a returning customer along with bringing my gf there to prep her with gear for her upcoming races. Thanks!

This was a great visit to a high quality running store. The store owner gave a warm greeting when I’d walked in and helped point me in the right direction of the running gloves to help me enjoy the cold weather. We talked at length about the running culture of the city, the upcoming marathon weekend and new shoes that they were carrying. This will be my first choice for a running store in the city. Hopefully I’ll be able to order some shoes from them for next purchase!

Pretty dope place. Was a single dude working there and he already had a customer but he served me too. We worked together to find the perfect shoe for my feet and he was patient and knowledgeable the whole way through. I’m happy with my purchase and with the overall experience.

Very accommodating staff and they have a good selection to pick from! The location makes it a little tough to find parking during rush hour.

Steven, that helped us was very knowledge and friendly. We did not feel rushed or pushed into making a decision on new running shoes. They even have a treadmill that you can walk/run on to help you actually feel what the shoes would be like in a more real life situation.
