AZAD SOLD ME A STOLEN PHONE. DO NOT GO HERE. Very bad experience. I was out of country and my phone stopped working the second day I purchased from Azad the worker who helped me. He refused to help me saying no refund no warranty. Not good business

Azad needs to be fired he is rude employee who doesnt take care of his customers. He sold me a damaged phone and then lied and wouldnt exchange it or fix it

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! you’ve been warned. More than half of their phones are blacklisted (stolen). They will present you a working phone that makes calls and all but you take that phone home and format it, you’re stuck with a blocked phone. I lost some good money here and it’s being reported to the police

I was here from out of town and had to get a new phone so I sold my old to them. The staff was very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable! And they gave me cash right there for my old phone. They even helped me erase my old phone.

This place is great! Dont look any further or call anyone else! Go here! I took my sons iPad in to get the screen repaired. I was not aware there was a tempered glass screen protector on it and thought it was cracked. He peeled away the screen protector and saved me $90. You dont get honesty like that just anywhere. Absolutely the best service Ive received at one of these phone repair stores. I came with low expectations after my last visit at another local store. With only 1 hour to spare for my lunch break, I was in a hurry to get my phone fixed and get back to work as soon as possible. These guys made it possible by finishing my repair on 30 minutes and back to work, at my desk just in time. I would definitely go back here if I ever accidentally break my phone once again!

My twin daughters bought phones from here. One worked very well the other one had to be exchanged twice. They didnt want to make the exchange but my daughter is 17 and bought a phone that way locked and couldnt be used because the previous owner owed a bill. I went in with her to make the exchange and told them they knew that she could not use the phone when it was purchased. They admitted that the phone could not be used and said they told her it was locked prior to purchase. My question was why sell phones that you know cannot be unlocked unless you rig it. Most customers want a phone can activate legally.

I bought an iPhone 7 Plus here, the gentleman was very fair and negotiable to worth with. They are very knowledgeable at what they do and certainly have the expertise to run this business. I also had a bad experience with this place! My boyfriend bought me a iPhone 6 from there brand new, or so he was told. He gave me the phone for my birthday and when I opened it I come to find out that the original headphone had been taken out, and the original charger as well. Everything that was put in the box with the phone was cheap stuff. I told my boyfriend, but he decided not to bother with the owner anymore because they had an altercation earlier that day after he had been acting like a douche. Dont buy phones from here its a rip off!!!!

Best phone repair in Nashville !!Fixed my note 8 here.

They say we have warranty for 30 days. But I gave my phone to fix its screen and they broke my GPS Location. I explained to the owner and he did not know about what is GPS Location. I went there 4 times and it takes 20 minutes they wasted my money and time. They ignore the warranty. Do not ever go there find somewhere else or never fix your phone just sell it and buy another.After breaking my gps I lost every directions thanks to them. I lost my time and $300 for a brand new phone.

*This is an advisory for anyone interested in buying a phone from this store.*I purchased a phone last week on the 13th. The 14th the phone had already been hacked and only able to make calls, texts, or updates by wifi. By the 16th the phone would not even come on. The phone was used and unlocked. I payed 360$ for it.I called the assistant which was very helpful and she helped me get in contact with the manager. The manager was very persistent on not giving money back. I suggested that I would pay the 30$ restock fee if he refunded me. He also added an Damaged fee adding it up to 60$. The phone was damaged before I even bought it but Id rather get majority of my money back than nothing.I went in today and got a cash refund with an 60$ deductible. I shouldve got all my money back but these people have to pay there bills some how. Im posting this to warn you before you make the same mistake. Go to more than one store and check refund policies. Make sure you find a store that will take care of you.The short 15 minutes I was in the store two other people were complaining about the phones they just bought not working.I highly recommend not buying from this store. Best of luck to future costumers.
