I called about getting my iPhone screen replaced for my 11 Pro Max. He said to bring it in to his shop and he’d take care of it on the spot. He called me back while I was in route to his shop and told me he misspoke and didn’t have the screen in stock but assured me it would be taken care of the next day and even applied a discount. I dropped it off the next day and never heard back from him. I was very frustrated because this is a commercial line and it’s the life line of my small business. I went back to the shop and he stated that the phone needed additional repairs beyond the screen, but again, assured me it would be at no additional cost. He would touch base with me early the next day after his master technician finalized the repair. After trying to get a hold of him, and each time being told I’d receive a call if there were any updates, he finally told me to come pick up the phone that would be partially repaired because I didn’t agree to pay an additional $150 for the repair that I was told would occur at no additional cost. I went back to the store and they told me they legally couldn’t return my phone in its current condition and it was at a different location. I waited for almost an hour for someone to show up with my phone (in its original broken condition). This company is very sketchy and they imply the classic bait and switch technique. Spare yourself the headache and take your device to a professional.

Their prize is competitive and I was happy at the end product. They fixed my phone as a new one. Feel like not gonna buy another phone for the next 2yrs .

DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE FIXED OR SCREEN FIXED HERE OR THEIR OTHER STORE CALLED TOTAL WIRELESS ON MURFREESBORO RD NEXT TO BJ HOT CHICKEN!!! They use really cheap lcd screens that will break by just having your phone in your pocket. Had my screen replaced twice now and neither lasted 3 days smh. RIPOFF!!!!

They will steal your money!!!! Please dont go. Im so sad that I have been taken advantage of. I went there to reactivate my sons prepaid phone & he said he could do it. He activated it using the same phone number of the store!!! Then the next day my son tried to use it and it said his phone was inactive. I paid him cash & left him a generous tip. Please avoid
