Wanted 2 phones was told they were both in stock so I said fine even tho I didnt want them we will go with those phones then was told he had to order it so we said no thanks we will go to Lebanon and when we did they did something in opry mills and locked the account all up like if your not buying from us your not buying from no one this world is getting so crazy I dont understand why we couldnt go to another store that had the phones we wanted instead now we have to wait 48 hours even tho it was all taken care of already this guy names joe so be careful when goin to this verizon store in opry mills

Kevin Tetrick was amazing! He was very friendly, extremely patient with me as I asked my millions of questions, and worked with us to get the best deal for us. He was talkative and made us laugh which made his service even better. My husband and I went in today to see him and just discuss possibly swinging over from sprint. With the help of Kevin we are now Verizon customers. If you are wanting outstanding customer service you need to go see Kevin.

The store messed up my order and were completely confused/unorganized. Every time I called, they gave me a different answer regarding my order. I called one day- they dont see my order. I called a different day and they said its coming. Finally, I went in the store and they had the phone I wanted but was told I cant have that because I need to wait for the phone that is being shipped to the store. After 2 weeks of waiting, they still told me they didnt have my phone. I contacted Verizon customer service and they had informed me the order is empty and doesnt contain any phone! I waited 2 weeks for nothing.

This is my first time leaving a review, so I order table online and after two months I haven’t get it, so I want to Verizon store and Emily Haung was there to help me. Not bad but, employees need to listen to the customer. I asked for a specific screen protector I needed 2 of them for 2 phones. Employee says no problem. Phones are done. Both same model but now look completely different. Apparently 2 different screen protectors cause they ran out of one. Employee did go into the back and amazingly found 1. 1 phone redone. Now we got matching phones yay.....

Was siting in the lobby for over an hour waiting on customer to even atleast greet me! Terrible customer service I guess to them I was a ghost and and also had a older gentleman in the blue shirt laugh and make eye contact with me several times. TERRIBLE DO NOT RECOMMEND

My Verizon Consultant Phillip Lee was fantastic to work with. My Samsung S7 failed completely, the folks at Verizon made every attempt to revive the phone with no success. I ultimately had to purchase a new phone. My experience with Phillip to migrate my phone content to the new phone was fantastic, extremely helpful not to mention the fact that Phillip was extremely knowledgeably in helping me select the right phone for me and my needs. Thank you Phillip!!

The sim card with plan doesnt work with my phone for some mysterious reason. I wanted to get a refund at the store but didnt have the time, so I just left and the salesman didnt even give the card to me. He said I could also get a refund over the phone of customer service. When I tried to get a refund over the phone, the customer service has no agent that could talk to me and theres no way to get a refund with the machine. When I called the store again, they just hang up my call after a few sentences. Bad experience

I did not like the way My issues were handled here, I payed my bill n didn’t realize it until I left the gentleman who helped me didn’t apply the money (all) the $ I gave him to my bill ......ya I know I gave him the bill amount exactly and a dollar to accept it my payment (a dollar fee ) n he didn’t apply 3cents ????who does this. Not a huge deal but why would he do it. Not paying attention to what he was doing he also got my name wrong. Glad to be home. Not very many Verizon stores have such awesome employees but my store n Anderson In on Scatterfield rd are awesome, n they are the smaller one by McDonald’s n by far my favorite 😋 the bigger stores are not people friendly and n this world who wants that!!!! The opry mills location was fantastic!!! My daughter cracked her phone and the associate was extremely helpful! I feel so bad that we kept him almost an hour after the mall closed but he was still a good sport. We both ended up getting phones that we liked. They did a fantastic job.

I called this location and voiced my and questions about the P I X E L 4. Emily was vibrantly excited to tell me about HER experience and why SHE loved the Google phone rather than sell me. Interested, I told her I would come in to see it for myself. Emily not only showcased the P I X E L 4, but also touched on the Iphone 11 & Galaxy Note 10 discussing all differences, trade in promotions; and cost leaving me with options. It was not even close people... I was sold on the P I X E L 4 after witnessing first hand Google assistant and the possibilities of Googles smart home ecosystem. I was pumped.All this time, effort, & excitement to run into an account PIN issue my mother likes changing every month... not a joke. Irritated, I apologized and said I would come back tomorrow. Emily kept up the good energy and gave me her schedule & contact info. Next day I called her last minute telling her I was 15 minutes away to buy the P I X E L 4. She wasnt in the store, but told me she would meet me there in 20. I didnt need to say how busy I was, she knew I was in a rush. Set up took under 1.5 hours with pricing contracts and complete transfer from Iphone!All in all I havent been this excited with a new phone since my very Iphone, nor this pleased with my Verizon experience ever. Emily was understanding, knowledgeable, and concise servicing my exact individual needs. If you are like myself and stuck in the motions with all you know, I encourage you to give Emily a call and check out the P I X E L 4!!!!!

We purchased two brand new phones online from Verizon and went to this store to have them activated and do a smart swap from our old phones. Unlike corporate Verizon stores where this is free, Cellular Sales charges $35/phone to transfer your old phones data to your new phone. Dont waste your money, actual Verizon stores do this for free!The guy working here even refused to put my brand new Zagg screen protector (that I also purchased online from Verizon) on the new phone for me! He said they wouldnt put it on because I didnt purchase the screen protector from them, even though I purchased it from Verizons website.I was highly dissatisfied with our visit here. I will only go to corporate Verizon stores after this.Cellular Sales will not help you if you didnt purchase your devices from them, even if you purchased a brand new device and accessories directly from Verizon.

I was having trouble locating my paperwork to be eligible for rebates. Time was a factor and reached out to this location for help. Rhett went above and beyond to get me everything I needed and even had it all ready for me. He definitely is an asset to this store!

Got through relatively quickly but the service was less than desirable. The guy was smart but seemed annoyed to be helping and he answered the phone at one point and told that customer to just google it. Then my new phone was working when I left because they forgot to activate my line. I called back in and the lady was rude and said can you call back later I have other things to do

Just a note to say how professional Santos Campos was on addressing my phone issues. He was personable, accommodating, listened, and offered on the spot testing, problem resolution and recommendations to avert future problems.

Came into add a line and purchase a new phone a week before Christmas. Didnt have to wait at all and the customer service was fantastic. This is why I stay a Verizon Wireless customer!

My phone was stolen while I was in the mall, and the guy who helped us, Miciah Viel, was fantastic! He helped me thought the whole process and it was a bad experience turned into a great one. It is nice to know these days I can depend on verizon when I need help and that you are there for your customers.
