I went into this store tonight after my new iPhone had a SIM card issue and Gene helped me through the whole thing in no time! He was so kind and patient towards me and the other folks waiting and I cannot stress enough how much of a light he was in such an overwhelming environment! He had such a positive attitude and great sense of humor the entire time and he deserves a gold medal for juggling so many things with the grace that he did 😊

If you want absolutely zero help with anything T-Mobile related please go to this store, and ask for Taylor. She will do absolutely nothing for you. She won’t help and be super obnoxious all at once. I guess that’s why T-Mobile is not doing very well, I should probably switch services soon.

Terrible service. Waited over 30 minutes just to switch a SIM card out. The T-Mobile employee responsible to help wasnt even paying attention at all to us but was flirting with some girls next to us. My SIM card wasnt even fully activated when I got home, so I had to do it myself.

Made me wait outside in the heat because I didnt have a mask on. Coincidentally, this store is across the street from Vanderbilt University which today, in compliance with CDC guidelines, lifted their mask mandate. I can only assume that T-Mobiles crack team of top scientists know something Vanderbilt and the CDC doesnt and all of us vaccinated people should put our masks back on. Thanks T-Mobile!

Not a good experience at all, the salesperson I had did not seem knowledgeable and kept trying to upsell me. The manager (?) with the Karen haircut actually rolled her eyes at me when I asked the difference between two phones. When they tried to charge me more than the posted price for a phone I walked out and cancelled my T-Mobile service

It’s just before Christmas and obviously busy on a Saturday. The manager was great and let me know how long the wait would be and when to come back. It was a 40 minute wait by the way so I’m coming back another day.

Four years ago I had given this place a 5 star review. They had trained staff who went above and beyond the call of duties. But lot can change in 5 years. Now it appears they have just mindless busy bodies to fill up space. Really horrible service was provided on the pretext of preventing COVID 19. The people running the place appears to have no incentive to provide quality service. Maybe tmobile has fallen on hard times.

I went here yesterday for a screen protector since mine broke. They did it all for me! It took less than 10 minutes total (which I know because I put a quarter in the meter for 10 minutes and had 2 minutes left). I appreciate how they carefully handled my phone and made sure my protector was dust free and on there perfectly.

After a all night vacation trek to Tennessee my wifes phone decided it was going to enlarge the screen fonts to where it was next to impossible to navigate. Henry was super helpful and took every bit of 2 to 3 minutes to solve her problem. Thank you for giving such great customer service and instant tech support. Saved our vacation navigation and selfie photo opportunities.

Wow just wow. The manager here is beyond amazing and attentive to the customers. He helped me out a great deal. And when I came back he wasnt there but the rest of the staff were extremely helpful and kind. Kind to me,my kids and everyone that was in the store at the moment. They seemed to be laughing and having fun, which made the energy in their so positive and full of happiness. I strongly recommend this spot. Hands down the true definition of southern hospitality. One of the service reps has no chill (AA, big, athletic build, beard). Very rude and did his best to talk over me. I explained to him that I ordered my upgrade over the phone and was told to return my old phone to the store. This guy completely ignored everything I was saying and told me that I should not have even ordered over the phone and did my upgrade in-store (ok, so-it was an option to do over the phone & I did..). I then called t-mobile customer care and they advised me again to return it TO THE STORE. This guy apparently had no idea what he was talking about and kept saying I handle these all the time...blah, blah. He was wrong and rude. I returned to the store and handled my issue with the manager who explained everything perfectly and with much more patience. I can imagine that the first guy probably gets many complaints due to his foul attitude. Overall, this is my fave t-mobile location- just avoid the rude guy if you can

I went to the store to add a line to my sisters account as an authorized user. The guy in the store kept saying well we can find something cheaper. I never said i wanted cheaper. I said I like to make informed decisions before I pay full price ($800-$900) for a phone out right. Kept stereotyping me I feel. Then he kept walking away to talk to someone else. But its OK because I went to another store and gave them my $800 for a new phone. They got my commission. πŸ˜‚ next time dont underestimate what someone ha a by how they loom.

Worst store experience ever.More than one years ago I and another authorized user in my family plan went to add a line. HORRIBLE waiting.Yesterday and the day before yesterday I went to this store to consult about how to change the size of my sim card. This store and T-mobile customer service have given me wrong instructions twice. When I was frustrated at the third attempt in their store, the attendant said to me repeatedly I need to protect my job and would not listen to any further questions. I got the message and left as he wished.It is important for me to get the correct instruction. I want to save time for both of us, and I need to save time for other people on the plan who are assisting my effort. I can understand that people make mistakes and do not always familiar with every aspect of T-mobile service even if they work there. I can also understand the big demand for the store to observe Tennessee law. However, none of the above is an excuse of being hostile to your customer.Every person has their important things to do in life, and protecting your job is only one of them. This store wasted my time and effort unapologetically.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. All other scathing reviews are point on. This place does not deserve any positive ratings. I was helped by Mauricio and Steve.On 16 November 2016, I went to this store and asked to buy a new phone and a new SIM card for my old number and services, since I had just lost my phone while on a trip to Nashville. With my consent, the service representatives ran a hard credit check on my account to hopefully provide me a monthly payment plan for my new mobile. Despite my class A credit rating, they could not provide me a monthly payment plan because I would have to wait 24 hours after the credit check to receive a mobile phone on the monthly payment plan. I was not told this condition before the store ran the hard credit check on my account! The store reps were either misinformed or incompetent because I stated clearly at the beginning of my interaction that I wanted a new phone immediately, having lost my existing phone while traveling in a new city and could not wait 24 hours for the new phone.I finally received a Samsung Galaxy S7 phone, having paid for the entire phone in full through my credit card. The services on the phone worked fine in the store but stopped working a few hours after I received the phone. Apparently, this was because I was upgraded to T-Mobile One plan without my consent and after I explicitly asked to not change from my older plan since it takes 24 hours for plan changes to be fully active.I traveled home from Nashville to Pittsburgh on 17 November 2016. I went to the T-Mobile store in Oakland Pittsburgh on the evening of 17 November. A service representative at the Pittsburgh store changed the SIM card, but it stopped working again within a few hours. I went back to the Oakland T-Mobile store the next morning and was told that certain services like data connectivity had been mistakenly turned off on my account as well as on the 3 other accounts in my family plan. How could data connectivity be turned off on any plan when all T-Mobile plans boast of unlimited data?! I returned the Samsung S7 phone to the T-Mobile store on this occasion, but was told that I would be charged a $50 restocking fee for returning the device which had proved useless to me for the few days I happened to own it. This level of incompetent service and brazen money-pinching beats Comcast service to the bottom. I hope T-Mobile rethinks it customer service design, but I am not going to hold my breath on this one.

I got a new phone and went to this store to get my data transferred from the old phone to the new one and the guy told me that the machine they used to do this was broken. I had to go to other store and they told me that the machine was not needed. This process is tedious and takes time, so the person at the other store didnt want to do it because of that. Luckily the store at Green Hills did it, it took about 45 minutes.
