This is such a cool store. They have a variety of new and used books for great prices. Their books are very well organized and they have all of the popular books and the classics, as well as more obscure texts. They also have records and video games. I was thrilled to pick up some of my favorite childhood Gameboy games for $5-$10 each. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend this bookstore!

We visited several book stores in Nashville and this store had the most books that I was interested in. I bought some books from Gordon Korman and a ton of Western books from Louis LAmour and Zane Grey and Gary McCarthy.I highly recommend this bookstore to anyone interested in books in the Nashville area.

One of my favorite used bookstores, I was excited to see a Nashville location. No more having to drive to Louisville, KY.The store was well-stocked, brightly lit, and very clean. A wide selection of books, videos, vinyl, and games. Its easy to spend an hour or more here perusing all the offerings.

Pretty good selection of books, movies and games at decent prices. Categorized and organized nicely. Bright and clean. A very nice, dark-haired young woman, who I believe was responsible especially for the law and other study guides sections provided great customer service.

Always an interesting dig. A bit overlooked by people. Thumbs up.

I went toHalf Price Books on White Bridge Rd Nashville TN today. I brought along several books I had read. I was amazed. This did not look at all like a place that bought and sold used books. I was amazed with the money I left with. The employees were very nice. I will be back as I am trying to down size. Half Price Books is a great place!

Great store! Books are always well organized and most of the books we have bought barely look used; and the prices are great. Staff has always been friendly every visit, and they even offer other forms of media like music and movies.Would definitely recommend.

Had a great selection of books I was looking for. Only after looking online did I see the books for cheaper and brand new.

Wonderful bookstore! They have a great selection that includes a small section of old/rare books, delightfully quirky puns label carts and chairs around the store, all of the employees were helpful and kind, and the prices are incredible! I left with a double arm-full of books and have found my happy place in Nashville.

One star only because the sell back experience is so rude. They dont like answering any questions about the sell back price, wont give you any information on the individual titles and just plain rude about any questions.

I used to frequent this business when i lived in South Texas. I was in the area on another errand and was shocked to see theyve come to Tennessee. I stopped to see if Half Price Books was as great as i remembered. It was. The store was clean, well organized, there is a great selection and the staff friendly. I plan on coming back to add to my classics collection.

Tiny store. Not so great collection. Prices a bit high. Took in some old vintage books and only recieved $30. Will not shop there again.

Great place to pick up reasonably priced books and get fair prices for books turned in. We always enjoy browsing when we turn books in also. The process is very quick and customer service is top notch.

A great place to go if you want a bookstore that sells items at an affordable price. Most items appear to be preowned; however, theyre all in like new condition.A great alternative to McKays and thr prices are actually better for many of the items I looked at. They also have journals, CDs, movies, etc.

I love half priced books! They always have a good assortment of different genres, and they still offer good deals for buying books. 10/10, would recommend

One of the best finds in Nashville so far! It’s exceptionally well organized with everything from books, comics, manga, well-priced used video games, board games, vinyls, CD’s, DVD’s, etc! Great selection of new and used, nicknacks...just go, you’ll find something!

The only drawback, in my opinion, is that the location is a little on the small side but otherwise I did unearth some AMAZING finds.

Clean, well-lit store. OK selection, for the most part. Prices are crazy-high, especially given that they do not issue trade credit for the stuff you bring in. Really, with McKay in town, this place is sorta superfluous. Also, HPB is a major online seller, so I am assuming that much of what comes into this store goes on Amazon. I wonder if thats the main reason HPB even has retail stores.

They have a large array of books, music and movies. Was worth the drive. Definitely will go back again. Very well set up. Super nice employees.

Clean, orderly and neat. Looks like the kind of bookstore now gone. Staff knew their stock and were organized. Ill still go to McCays and BAM, but this place is great. Also I still like to use notecards, and their were plentiful selection, pretty and inexpensive.
