I had a gap between clients today and needed to come get a couple of things to get through the rest of my day full of clients. Before a holiday weekend, I might add. I checked online to make sure that they were open, then called to do a double check as the mayor of our city just put us back to Phase 2. ONLY to get there to see a sign on the door that they were closed for lunch and the doors locked. I wasted my so called lunch just to get there for it to be a burnt run and have to turn clients away. Order your stuff online like most people do now or take it down the road (if time allows) to Salon Centric.

Very rude. I have 29 years in the hair industry, worked for 3 different hair companies 2 with BSG backing. So just because I was wearing a secondary uniform I was treated awful.
