Fair pricing, quick reliable work

I was referred to go here by my sister and I am SO GLAD I did. Mr. Van and his brother know their stuff!! I towed my car from Land Rover Nashville dealership to their auto shop. The dealership quoted me over $1,600+ to fix my Range Rover coolant leak. Please dont hesitate to give Smile Auto Service a try! Even on the phone, I explained whats going on with my car. He didnt promise me he could fix but he said he would take a look. Not only was he able to fix my water pump, they also fixed a 2nd leak they found after fixing the first issue, AND my brake sensors for a lot less than what I wouldve paid at the dealership for only one issue. He kept an open communication with me while my car was in the shop, showed me exactly what was wrong with my car and the things he fixed in the end. They are honest, nice, and I pray their business prospers. I am so glad I found a shop that is able to work on my Range Rover. You have my business. Thank you so much Mr. Van! This shop is really a diamond in the rough.

After going here for 2 years and $4000 spent, I finally googled the issues I was continuing to have with my car overheating and ac/heating issues...I found out the issue was my heating core all this time and when I pointed it out to these guys, he told me he could not fix this issue???!!! But you been working on everything all around the issue for two years and when I point out the issue myself you become defensive and even hung up the phone?! (after two years of gladly seeing me roll up with the same issue) So if you choose to go here, they are “nice” guys as others suggest and good prices for simple fixes I guess.... but if you need some work done thats over $500-1000, I suggest you google your issues because they will have you coming back....and now he has refused to work on my car saying the job takes too long??? Ive been taking my cars here for a couple of years now. They do great work, quickly, and Ive never once felt like they were dishonest in any way. Always a fair price, and they make sure to show exactly what they did to your car when done. Great place to take your car.

A serious mechanic. I own a classic BMW so it can be tough to work on and thing can be hard to get off because of the age. Well Smile Auto Repair did a great job and at a great price. This is the auto mechanic you have been looking for. Knowledgeable and fair with pricing. His shop is small now but he is going to grow as a business so get over to him now before he gets to be a big company with many employees.

The AC in my car decided to give up on me recently. I brought it in here and they took great care of my car. I dropped it off in the morning and it was ready to go at lunch time. They have very reasonable pricing for their services. The customer service was also fantastic!

If I could give stars I would. I dont typically do ratings, but, I had the most fabulous experience, and I MUST share! I went to Smile Auto Service and received the best auto service of my life! First of all, I needed to replace my radiator. Everyone was quoting me $650 and up for parts and labor. This man Van, quoted me $430! On top of that, he fixed my power steering(which had been out for months bc I was quoted $1,400, more than the car is worth, to fix it) FOR FREE!!! Seriously one of the nicest people youll ever meet. He runs an honest business and really cares about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this place! I am the most skeptical person when it comes to mechanics bc of past experiences, and Van just made a life-long customer out of me.

Van is truly the (S)ugar(H)oney(I)ce(T)ea! I went to to a high end dealer and they discovered that my left & right front wheel bearings were nearly completely worn on my car. They quoted me a price of nearly $1000! Imagine my sticker shock. It was bad but it needed to be done asap. Van to a look and agreed with the diagnosis. Unfortunately, with my type of car parts tend to run higher. He charged me significantly cheaper. He mostly charged for parts vs labor. He let me be involved in everything. He showed me how much parts cost before he bought them so Id know he wasnt trying to pull a fast one on me. I took a huge gamble on him because he had very little reviews out there but he was very good, he works super quickly. He finished my car up within a few hours. Plus, his shop has free water and free wifi if you need to work. My car runs like brand new. I recently passed my inspection with no problems. Id recommend him to anyone whose looking for an honest, fair mechanic that doesnt price gouge.
