Yesterday the 19th was the first time I took advantage of the free rotation and balance service that comes with the purchase of new tires. I was due for a few other things so I had them take care of that as well (I think). Upon receiving my vehicle I noticed some liquid on one of the front fenders. It looked like they had spilled something. I opened the drivers side door to find huge oil stains on the floor board and floor mat. They were very busy and I knew they had to get in and out of my vehicle due to the break work done, so I didnt say anything at the time and cleaned it up. Once home I opened the hood and the technicians had spilled fluid all over my engine bay. Then I looked at the tires and the slightly worn front tires were still on the front axle. I called and they confirmed with the technician that the tires had been rotated and balanced, but if I didnt believe them I could go back and have them do it again. Today I brought my truck back and had someone come out and inspect the tires. He agreed that they had not been rotated, but could not confirm if they had been balanced or not so he would have his technicians do both. This confirmed that his own technician had lied about the work they did on my vehicle. While in the parking lot I ran into an old friend who informed me he was there for the same reason (technicians not actually rotating tires) and that he had been through this five times at this location and started marking his tires before he brought in his vehicle so he could catch them every time. This location has lost my trust and I will not be back, even for the free rotation and balance service. Tomorrow I will go to another mechanic to verify if any of the other work I paid for was actually done.

I dont know know why we keep coming here. They are usually messing something up along the way. Whether it is a cross threaded lug nut, slow leak, missed tire rotation (5 full size tires to rotate), or most recently new dents on the side of the car which look like someone rested a wheel against the door: something is wrong 70% of the time. Each time is a day without a vehicle. Usually they make things right at the end of the day but I dont know what they can do about these new dents...

The service man that took care of me was very kind and helpful. Took care of my car problem in decent amount of time.I diffently will go back.

Ive always had exceptional, courteous, and prompt service at my local Tire Discounters. This is the first time I utilized the valet service and I give it 2 thumbs up! My entire experience has been excellent.

The vehicle pick up deal was a very smooth process. I have 2 little kids so I didn’t want to entertain them at the car shop for hours. Aaron, the fella who picked up my car, called me 30 minutes ahead of time to let me know his ETA. He was very professional and polite. I highly recommend this service.

If you are going to use this shop just be sure to talk through their estimates. I was quoted $149 per axle for brakes. I was assured it would be within a few dollars of that. When they called me with the exact price I was quoted $700 for the same work. When I explained I had been told $149ish per axle, $300ish total they did some “recalculating” and came back with $500 total. I went with it however I don’t trust them after their moving prices and will not use them in the future. Work was good and staff friendly.

My car needed service and the first available time conflicted with a scheduled phone interview. So, I requested the Skip the Shop option. Aaron was the driver who picked up and dropped off my car. He was pleasant and professional. I truly appreciated the service provided.

Had our jeep Lifted and needed new wheels and tires.after shopping around decided to check them out and glad we did.Jonathan was very helpful,understood exactly what we were going for in terms of the look and ride and was very patient with all of our questions some of which were quite rediculous.was more helpful and easier to work with than any of the custom shops I had tried to talk to and has as good or better selection of wheels and the price was better.even rolled our tires into the showroom for us to see.thanks we wont go anywhere else if we ever buy more wheels.or tires either

And they call themselves a tire shop. Absolutely laughable... I made a phone call and was reassured that they offer the service I needed. Since I was positive that the service I needed would be provided I made the trip. When I arrive to the location I am basically told that they would not air up my tire and take the spare off unless I purchased a tire from them. The vehicle I am selling is only selling for 400 dollars and the discounters tell me the cheapest they have is damn near 200 bucks!! Wasting time. Honestly, i feel like they just didnt want to work. The had 3 cars jacked up and not one person doing any actual labor

Took my vehicle in to get 2 new tires. I specifically ask for the tires to be put on the back of the vehicle due to one tire giving me problems. I’m fully aware that 9 times out of 10 new tires go on the front depending on the vehicle you drive. I waited and no call to let me know my vehicle was ready. The young lady that checked me in took my phone number wrong AFTER I repeated 3 times! She wasn’t apologetic at all. So I asked what are we going to do to fix this problem that YOU caused since I’m still with the same issue as when I brought my car in. The “quick fix” was to just throw a plug in the tire and send me on my way. If I wanted just a plug in my tire I very much so could have done that at home. But instead I’m out of $300 bucks. I don’t understand how hard it is to actually give the customer what they asked for. If you take your car here make sure you check the work they are doing on your vehicle, and make sure what you asked for gets done. Oh and let’s not talk about all the extra grease they left all over the tire. If I could post the pictures I would.

My car had rolled over a deer that someone had knocked into my lane. This caused the plastic protecting peace behind the bumper to come loose and drag on the road. I pulled in and the guys fixed me right up. They tied up my plastic piece so I could make it home. Very nice and helpful people.

Took my daughters Audi in for 4 new tires. Paid $1,000, the next day one tire wouldnt hold air. Took the car back and they informed me that the wheel was cracked. Keep in mind we NEVER had any problems with the tires leaking air prior to this. Showed us how they couldnt get the tire to balance because the cracked rim. Never said anything or had any problems 3 days before when installing the tires. I think they were rough or dropped the wheel or something and now wont own up to it. The manager claims the only thing that they failed at was letting us know that the wheel had a crack on installation day. Well yeah, why would we spend $1,000 on tires that wont hold air?

The day that I came in to see if they could help me with a nail in my tire, I was pretty beaten up with a lot of obstacles and frustrations that day. The general manager, I believe his name is Roderick, was very understanding. He said he was booked but could get me in but would take a few hours. I was already late to a very important doctors appointment and I think he saw my frustration and desperation. He told me to come back as soon as I was done and he would make it work. When I arrived he was quick to get me in and he even started the process himself. By the time I grabbed a quick bite to eat, my car was good to go. His small act of kindness was enough to get me through that day...even when he was busy as it was. Thank you.

Paid to have new tires mounted on my Mercedes rims. Did great on the back rims last week. This week I brought in the front to be done. Granted there was some minor rash on them, but they were really gouged up when I got them back. Will not be going back. Expensive rims damaged.

I had a puncture in my tire that was not able to be repaired. They did not have the tires I have on my car. However, they were more than happy to put my spare tire on my car for me free of charge. I tried to pay them and they refused saying that being safe was more important. I am so appreciative for this treatment and will be a future customer when I am in the market for more than one tire.

They replaced the thermostat and also the brakes. They got to it right away and did a good job. They called me all along to make sure I understood what needed to be done and how much it would cost.

Pulled in 5 minutes before they were about to close with a flat tire and they took care of us. Called them before we got there and they said not to worry, they’ll take care of us when we get in. Highly recommend they guys, great people and they helped us out a ton when no one else would

Done with this place. After oil change last fall they didn’t replace drain plug properly and I left big oil spots on my driveway and my parking place at work. Still there actually. Thankfully no engine damage just messy. I left a review (which has mysteriously disappeared) and was contacted by regional manager. He apologized and offered me a complimentary oil change. Called to take him up in oil change when I was near my office and wanted to take it to different location. He said I needed to go back to original location. I called the next Saturday and left message and again on Monday and left message. It is now the following Monday and still haven’t heard from him.

Change is this location a few months ago. I have specialty camps on the stamps for the tire and they lost one of them and would not replace it. My daughter has a slow leak in her tire and I was told last night that to bring it in and they’d take care of it only to be told that they couldn’t, but if I got there before 11 AM today they were definitely take care of it. Unfortunately they didn’t tell me it would be 4 PM before the car would be ready. Super disappointing with their customer service and their ability to perform

Tire Discounters Bellevue is just a fantastic resource for our community!!! I was heading out of town for an emergency family trip when I noticed a nail in my tire, and the tire was flat! Got over to Tire Discounters first thing in the morning, and told GM Roger Bell. Initially it was going to take hours, but he was able to work me in and get the service, so I could make my trip. He was so kind and understanding!! Will always get our tires purchased and services there!! Great service!!

Having had a favorable experience with these guys a few years ago when I had a flat and needed balancing, I decided to buy a new set of tires. I researched on line and then used the TireDiscounters web site to find the exact tires I wanted and get a price quote. Without making an appointment, I stopped by the store around 10am on a Monday morning. About an hour later I was on my way home with new tires. Fast, easy and friendly service!

Frank was amazing! Explained the prices, his services and although I chose not to order the tires today. Frank still was gracious, had his team put on my spare — at no cost to me :-). My tire completely shredded and he put everything in the trunk and told me to call if Audi doesn’t honor the warranty.

Ive had great experiences with Tire Discounters in Bellevue. The guys that work there are very kind and respectful. I appreciate how they take the time to explain everything that is wrong with my car and how they will fix it. This is especially helpful because my knowledge of cars is very limited!

I bought 4 tires a little over a year ago and I have been very satisfied with them. I have gone back a few times for tire rotations. I recently had a flat that I took in to get repaired I dropped the tire off in the morning and returned in the evening to pick it up. I asked if they could put it back on the car for me and was told not tonight. I think my jaw hit the ground. I was shocked that a tire place could not take 5 minutes to swap out a tire. When I questioned this and told them it would only take 5 minutes (if that) I received a litany of who was doing what and if I wanted to wait until they were done they would try.4 bays (2 of which were empty) hydraulic jacks, impact guns and a workforce that does this for a living and you cant take 5 minutes out of your day to change out a tire.I can do this with my car jack and my lug wrench in 15 minutes and TireDiscounters cant take 5 out of its day to do this without an appointment. Over a year of a good business relationship ruined over a 5 minute act that will have a lasting effect. My buying power now goes elsewhere.Say good bye to me TD. I will not return for more tires or service. Say goodbye to my friends and family. No recommendations here.

Horrible customer service. Attempt 1. Help I need to replace my flat tire.Too busy. Make and appointment. Attempt 2. Arrived on time for my 9am appointment. Was told too busy to help and I should leave car all day. What a joke. Then told to come back Saturday 8am and I promise we can assist.Ahh.. nope..

**Update** 1/6/2020I would like to thank the manager Tom who helped me out and fix the problem I had going to their establishment. I got an oil change, free of charge as to make up for my bad experience from before (it is on the lower portion of this review) and it was done in a timely manner. The service was excellent and they even let me know that there was an issue with my caliber. Thank you to this great team at Tire Discounters and I will definitely be coming back to get my service for my vehicle done here.I came to this place as soon as it opened and was informed that I needed to have an appointment and the wait was until 12pm. The time before I got my tired fixed but my drivers side door was dirty from whoever drove my car.

Tire Discounters is by far one of my favorite automotive places. They are always friendly and helpful. They also do a lot of stuff for free, such as plugging tires, checking brakes, putting tires in a water bath etc. On top of that they do oil changes, power steering flushes, (I think) radiator flushes, etc. Theyre definitely are going to have my business for awhile.

So I would almost rate them 5 stars however no one is perfect because there is always room for improvement. That being said I purchased my own parts and asked for them to do the work. At first I thought that the price for labor was too high however while my car was being serviced I made some calls and found that it was about the same as everyone else around. The work was quality and I will return to have other things done. Nothing is better than peace of mind when it comes to having a vehicle worked on. Thanks guys for everything!!

The TD location I visited was very busy and all the bays seemed full. Four customers were waiting while their cars were being worked on.I simply needed one tire replaced on an old car and could leave the car for a day or two. I came in around 11am, but they still finished my car by the late afternoon and called me to say it was ready. The service writer was friendly and helpful, and the price was exactly what I expected. Great job all around!I will use this location again and will recommend it to others.

I came here because my tires kept losing pressure and the previous place I took it to did not fix the problem. I came in as a walk in. They took my car, I went to lunch with my husband and ran a few errands. They called me about 2 hours later that my car was ready. When I got there to pick up my car, the guy handed me my keys and said thank you. I said what do I owe you? He said its FREE! WHAT? FREE? Nothing is free any more. Absolutely amazing. They checked all my tires and removed 2 nails and patched my tires for free! not only that they were super nice and helpful! They gained a customer for life! I will 100% be back!!

I have used Tire Discounters since they opened in Bellevue and referred many friends to them. The location is convenient to work and home and I have always found them to be professional, honest in their assessment and competitively priced. And I love their signs! I went in yesterday to have one of my tires checked as the low pressure warning had come on (and it was visibly low) - for the second time this week. The tire pressure sensor valve warning has also been coming on. They called me within the hour and said my car was ready - they had checked all 4 tires, all were overinflated and they could find no leaks. I had no problem believing I had overinflated my tires but I found it hard to believe there was no leak. I said I might be back in the next day or so (if the tire leaked as I expected it to). Today the low tire pressure warning is back on and the tire is visibly low (20psi when checked). I took the car back to have them check it again. When I walked in there were 2 people in line in front of me and one person came in behind me. The 2 people working the desk attended to their customers and then went back to their paperwork.. no acknowledgment or eye contact. When one salesman became free he asked the man behind me what he could help him with. I walked out.

My son noticed a significant vibration in the front end of his Ford Windstar van. He clearly needed tires so we shopped. Found a mid priced set at TIRE Discounters who balanced and installed a full set. This was my second visit here and as before was treated professionally and with courtesy. The showroom and the bays are immaculately clean which time, shows concerned management

They do quality work. Ive always been happy with the services Ive been provided.However, time always seems to be an issue here, even when checking in. As other reviewers have stated, appointments are more or less general estimates. I had an appointment at 2:00 pm. I arrived at 1:35 pm. There were 2 people in front of me. It took 25 minutes for them to get through 3 customers (including myself) and take a phone call. Thank goodness I got there as early as I did, because I was checked in right before 2:00 pm. This long wait to check in has happened to myself and my husband multiple times before. In the employees defense, their computer system seems to be incredibly slow. Not the employees fault, but as a customer its inconvenient.I asked for an oil change, tire balance, tire rotation, and tire alignment. As other reviewers have discussed, they tried to talk me out of getting my tires balanced unless I felt unusual vibrations while driving. They do this every time and they seem to be the only place that tries to talk people out of balancing their tires. Its quite odd. They also charge quite a lot just for balancing tires. Im not sure what their issue is with balancing tires, but be prepared if you ask for it.I specifically go here because I bought an alignment package for unlimited alignments for 3 years. I thought it was a good idea when I bought it, but this is something else that always seems to be an issue. The oil change, rotation, and balance were done within an hour. The alignment however, was going to take an additional hour and a half. Apparently someone was in front of me for an alignment, which is why it would take so long. Of course, it was the service that I had already paid for. I appreciate them always coming to tell me the additional time the alignment will take, but isnt this something they should know when I make the appointment or when I check in? If there are a certain amount of people in line for an alignment and alignments take a certain amount of time, it just seems like common sense to warn the customer from the get go. So, again, whats the point of the appointment? Im not sure if that unlimited deal was worth it considering the very limited amount of alignments Ive been able to get done.

Friendly and professional staff, helped me out of an emergency. They could not have done better work and got it done in no time!!!

One time they promised me tires of a certain brand, model and size by next day, then they werent there. Told me Id have to wait. It took a bit of work on my end, but I got them to upgrade me to the next weight rating that cost about 50% more, but for no extra charge.And these are the ONLY guys Ive been able to find with the proper jig for balancing 6lug Toyota tires: every one else just kinda ball parks the fit and its never perfect. These guys make my rig run smooth. And the free alignment I got makes my rig run like a sports car.Waiting room is always clean and sanitary. Staff remembers me by name and treats me great, always willing and eager to swap stories. Prices run towards the high end of fair, not sure the best name is Tire Discounters. But if you want great work at a real good price, Ill stake my rep as an X-ASE mechanic and long time car nut on the work they do. I have no other Nashville area tire shop.

Tire Discounters went to bat for me with Michelin to have them honor their warranty on my tires which had about 40% wear. These tires were categorized as bald at the store and they had the company honor the warranty, saving us lots of money. I appreciated that very much!

Great service, Frank was very helpful. They stayed open late to finish my car. Prior to yesterday I had gone to a competitor. My car is a 2008 Lexus with 217,000 miles it was not riding great and the brakes squealed so loud when applied in reverse it was embarassing. I attributed the ride and brakes to the car being so old with so many miles. Now that I have new tires and someone who is actually working on my car properly the brakes no longer squeal in reverse and the ride is fantastic. Thanks TD!

I recently visited Tire Discounters. I heard good things from my nieighbor. The salesman was knowledgeable and the prices were comparable to other places. The service was quick and correct. Fortunately, I’ve had no further issues, but I’d definitely give them a call if something arose.

Tried to do business with them but they could not beat Costco for a set of Michelin tires. It is a really pretty store and I am sure for anyone that does not have a Costco membership, this is a great store. The person I spoke to about the Michelin tires was very helpful and understood when Costco won my business. I am giving them 3 stars but if I did not have a Costco membership, this would probably be my 4 or 5 STAR tire store. You could walk to a place to eat or shop if you were waiting on tire service here, but yet again, Costco has them beat because of the nice place they have to look around while you wait.

I don’t usually write reviews but beware of this place. Recently my wife ran over a nail and upon taking off the back wheel I had noticed that there was wear only on the back two wheels. We spent around $900 on four tires 16 months ago. Talking to the man at the desk his questions were: what kind of tire (like that matters they recommended them) and do you have them rotated? My reply was yes I rotate them every 6 months. His reply was without proof of a shop rotating them there’s no proof. And without that proof we can’t cover them but I’m willing to work with you. The warranty on the tires was for 60,000 miles or 60 months. He left the store and went to the parking lot to look at the tires. He then came in and asked me when was the car last aligned? I replied less than two years ago. Not to mention no where on the receipt or paperwork I presented did it mention any of these things on the warranty.And then told him never mind and that I was going somewhere else. His manager spoke up and said that actually cars need to get aligned every 8-10k miles. Thanks for the lesson. According to my math and common sense my wife puts ONLY 5k on her car a year because we don’t leave Bellvue with this particular vehicle. Also, there was no need to realign due to lack of pulling and the steering wheel being right down the middle and smooth. The lack of accommodation floored me. Save your money and go to a more customer friendly shop.

The customer service here is excellent. When waiting for my vehicle with others an employee came into the(cozy) waiting area and updated all of us on approximately how much longer and specific information on what was going on at the moment with our vehicles! I didnt hear any up selling and the guy who works the front desk is really nice. He listened with concern when I talked about my issues and he made sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend this business.

Collectively, our family has visited the Tire Discounters store in Bellevue on three different occasions. Each time, we find that the employees go out of their way to be kind and accommodating. They have fixed our tires in a timely, excellent manner each time. Theres no doubt that their staff is highly trained. Most importantly, in an age when customer service is often severely lacking, their superior customer service is refreshing. We will be back and hope to purchase our next set of tires there.

These guys are great at what they do and they always do us right. I even started making appointments here to get my oil changed instead of the quick spots on Hwy 70. They take care of all 6 of our cars so I’d say they have our business ;)

I have been using this Tire Discounters for 3 years, and their customer service and workmanship is top notch. I cannot imagine using anyone else for our cars. Seriously, if you are looking for trustworthy, competent and friendly people to work on your car, this is the place to go.

Had a flat tire on our trailer and also a spare but not the right wrenches to change it. We took our trailer there and they didn’t do to change it for us and they said they don’t have a tire. What pathetic Service!!
