I had an alignment and my tires road force balanced. I paid $271 after driving 200 miles I had a flat tire, these were brand new tires it looks like they broke the bead and it leaked I couldn’t get the lug nuts off they were on so tight. It took two men one standing on the lug tree to get the tire off. The alignment was ok but my steering wheel is off kilter, to go straight my wheel is at 2:00 and 8:00. I called to complain and they said the manager Antonio would call me….. ya, no calls.Be very careful bringing your truck here bad service, no customer service.I have a GMC Sierra Denali 3500. I’m sorry I used Beaman GMC to service my truck.Now I have to get another alignment to fix my steering wheel and repair my tires and need pneumatics to loosen my lug nuts.Again think twice about this place with a HD truck they obviously don’t know what they are doing…. I’m amazed they are still in business…..Peter J

I bought a 2016 GMC truck online from Beaman. They were nice and efficient until they sold me the truck. After the sale, I couldn’t get anyone to return phone calls. I had to call for a replacement tag several times. Not one time did I receive a call back. Eventually, I did get the real tags in the mail. I just had to drive with expired tags until I received them. That was the lady in who does the tags. The finance manager was another who wouldn’t return phone calls. I still haven’t gotten any information about my warranty that I’m paying for. Finally gave up! I will have to call the GMC complaint line to get any information I guess. I need the warranty information because the air has stopped working . I’ve only had the truck for about 6 months ! Horrible ! Would not recommend!

Sadly I can no longer recommend doing business with Beaman Chevrolet.I have bought many cars trucks and SUV’s from Beaman Chevrolet and Beaman Dodge.As long as there are no issue it’s a good dealership and your fine, and I hope you have no issues.But if you have a body panel alignment issue or door fit issue you will get the run around.The problem is they sub out their body work to Clarks Auto body. I believe there must be a special relationship with them and the dealership and its not to your advantage.I bought a new Launch Edition Jeep Gladiator for my self in 2020 and my wife a new red-line edition Chevy Traverse so she could tout around her 6’+ tall grand kids.On vacation she attempted to open the rear driver side door and it came into contact with the driver door bending the drives side door.So attempting to get this fixed under warranty, (the has less then 10k miles). Clark told Beaman the car had been hit causing the bend and refused the warranty repair.I can afford the repair. That’s not the point, this is a fitment /alignment issue on the door and they weasled out of the repair.Again, I have bought many cars from this dealership and am highly disappointed.

I bring my car in for my 9:00 AM appointment, at which point they tell me they wont even look at it for two days. My first question is, can I bring it in two days, when you would look at it then? No. Thats the process. I ask why they have a waiting room. For oil changes Im told...so they honor the appointment time for an oil change, but anything more...nah. I ask to speak to a manager. Nope. I called. Emailed. Stood there and asked. I wasnt allowed to talk to anyone over service advisor on the org chart. When I get a call back. Im told it will be done the Friday morning and was quoted twice as much as any of my Google research (and asking certified technician friends who unfortunately live too far away to help with replacing my clock spring). So at this point Im 2 days without my car...because they couldnt even look at it for 2 days. I call them back and say to do the work. The service advisor then tells me it will be Friday afternoon. I pointed out that he just said Friday morning. He says no he didnt and we could check the tape. They finished my work Friday morning (probably because he checked the tape). I stood in the service center for 15 minutes while the only person working finished up whatever he was working on. Not on the phone, not talking to another customer in person...just doing whatever it was he needed to do while I stood there and waited. I finally got my car back, and there is a big plastic clip from the seat they broke off, sitting on my floor. And the left rear tire was visibly low. He said, Oh...you must have a slow leak. Okay....I didnt have a slow leak 2 days ago...can you at least put some air in it? Which he made it seem like that was a little too much to ask...but did it. Seven years ago I went there they told me my SUV wasnt under a recall. Charged me. Until I could show them the recall (which they have access to better than me) and finally paid me back. Its safe to say Ill never go back.

Our salesman, Jackson, did the absolute bare minimum. I had swung by the day before to look at cars. He really wasnt able to answer any questions and actually knew very little about different models. We went for a test drive - he never asked my name or even got a copy of my license. I was just some random guy off the street.I returned the next day, and he was busy so we got to work with Kenneth. Kenneth was much nicer and more knowledgeable than Jackson. I was ready to buy, and I asked Kenneth if we could work with him. He said no, they keep things fair at the dealership.I wanted to drive the car again, and all of the sudden Jackson was available. He just sat in the back seat, almost fell asleep and when I finally got back to the dealer he just got out and walked off without saying anything at all. We never saw him again. Is that the right way to treat customers?I expressed my frustration with Kenneth and I worked with him on price. Then we we sat in the showroom for two and a half hours. I saw Jackson just sitting off in the corner. Nothing.When we signed the paperwork, I noticed that Jacksons name was listed as the salesperson, and I have been upset about it ever since.After we were done we were just handed the keys. There was no help setting anything up and they even left the key lock box in the back seat. The car was still in Demo Mode. I tried setting up the OnStar account and it cant be set up - theyre blaming the dealer for letting me drive off without setting it up.I can check back in with the dealer tomorrow, since the check engine light is on. The car has 48 miles on it.

I visited the Beaman GMC Service Department for an issue with my 3500HD. Communication certainly is not their strong point. The Service Advisor told me at drop off he would update me later in the day. Around 3PM I contacted the Service Dept and was advised it was not ready by someone who spoke to the advisor. I asked that he call me as I needed to make arrangements for getting home and to work for any subsequent days. When he returned my call, I will update you later today turned in to I told you this morning we would need a day or two. The next day at approximately 3PM (nearing the end of day two) I attempted to contact the Service Department by phone and was initially placed on hold while someone looked for my advisor. I disconnected the call after several minutes of nothing. Subsequent calls were continually dumped into a voicemail until the last call in which someone picked up receiver and set it back down hanging up the call. At this point I drove to the dealership since it is only a few minutes away and the entire lack of communication was blamed on the Beaman Call Center. I stressed to my Service Advisor the time is not the issue, its the lack of communication and his telling me he said things that he clearly did not.Today, the third day, my advisor called to update me that his technician was pulling it in and he should have something for me in an hour. During this call he mentioned that his technician just wrapped up the transmission job he was working on so he could get to mine now. This statement makes the entire timeline foreseeable and had this been communicated upfront it could have resulted in a positive experience rather than the dumpster fire it turned out to be.Just 20 minutes later he calls back with a $500 estimate for the repairs claiming that they found a leak in the reservoir. Considering prior experiences to this Service Department in past and particularly the lack of communication this time I simply cannot trust their diagnosis and advised him that they would get their $85 diagnosis fee and I would take it somewhere else that valued their customers for the repair. At this point he was clearly unhappy with me when I told him to button it up and I would pick it up.I then went to pick up my truck and after paying I reviewed the documents I was given and there was no estimate for the proposed repair. I asked for a copy of the estimate and was told it was $470 something. I clarified my request and asked if he could print the estimate for me at which point he advised its in our system and we cannot print it.Quite literally the worst service experience I have ever experienced. I gave it once star because Google will not let me give it zero.

I saw a vehicle on their website that caught my interest. I was very impressed with their site due to how thorough it was. I sent an inquiry by email and they responded immediately but without pressure. I made an appointment, I viewed the vehicle in person and it was just as pictured on their website. The salesman was great and the financial specialist searched until he got me the best financing option, which was great. Im 71 years old and have purchased many vehicles over the years. Beaman, by far, was my best experience. I would highly recommend them to everyone. I will not hesitate to go back to them when it is time to purchase a vehicle for my daughter and son.Larry B.

I arrived around 10am on a Saturday- David let me know that theyd taken in all the cars they could and wouldnt be able to service mine. This would have been my second free oil change and was going on a big trip and desperately needed the oil changed.As I was about to leave David stopped me and told me to leave my car, hed get to it today if he could, if not- on Monday morning and would get me a ride back to the dealership to pick it up.Sure enough, two hours later he called to tell me it was finished! I brought my Tahoe in for 4 new tires. While there were a comedy of miss-steps the highlights were my car retuned to me with a filthy passenger side floor mat and wheels covered in grease. I sought the help of the service manager whom did clean up these issues. I parked at the airport the next day for a business trip and retuned to tire down 12 psi from a leaking valve stem. I brought the vehicle back to Beaman and an hour and a half later the valve stem was replaced and I got a ‘sorry’. This was the wrong place to spend $1,100 for new tires. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Btw, I was a Beaman customer of 10yrs.

I signed up for the 4 pm time slot online. Upon arrival, 2 guys that worked in the garage stated I should have called to schedule a time and gave me a hard time about the time slot. They told me that I was lucky someone was open at that time (even with the appointment) to fit me in. In actuality, you guys are lucky I chose Beaman GMC to service my vehicle. That was definitely the last time I choose this service center. .......Came back to give yall another chance after last time (since the manager called me), now I will never go back. Terrible service and inadequate knowledge of GM vehicles. I have been instructed by another dealership to contract cooperate from just the service alone.

The mechanic at the dealership wanted to charge me over $500 to fix a problem they essentially created only 2 months prior. I had the problem fixed at a different mechanic in 30 minutes for $20. They are least trustworthy people and I wouldnt recommend anyone to go here unless their car is under warranty.

I scheduled a 12:30 “appointment “ for an oil change and when I arrived 30 minutes early I was told it would take at least 3 hour to get an oil change. An oil change takes 20 minutes and I understand it can be difficult to schedule and things happen but 3 hours . Why even offer an appointment or even oil change if it’s going take that long. Very disappointed.

As a long time GMC owner I must say this dealership’s service department is the absolute worst. They are completely overwhelmed, I assume under staffed, horrible customer service and great at wasting a customers time. No loaner or rental vehicles and after 3 days, nothing was done to my vehicle. Went to pick it up and it was filthy like they had parked it outside all 3 days.

I was just at the service center days before for an oil change and tire rotation, and reported I had a slow-leak tire. The guys searched but didnt find any punctures. The tire was rotated, but continued to lose air, so I knew Id be heading back. When I went back, the issue was immediately resolved (valve stem) and Antonio and the service gal were AWESOME. Beaman Buick is a great place to do business with - highly recommend!

I have experienced this one too many times. This was completely the opposite at Beaman Buick GMC. My experience with the service department was not a pleasant one. I am from out of town needed some work done on truck. I was trapped because truck needed repair and this was closet dealership. After I dropped truck off I checked prices for repair from 6 places all where in 300-500 range. When I picked up truck from beaman the bill was $811. I would have been ok if you know little over 500 because I needed fixed to get home to see my family. Just felt taken advantage off from being out of town. Lesson learned on my behalf I could have towed truck to other dealer and came out better than $811.

Either the service or detail department damaged the driver side door on my Sierra Denali, down to the sheet metal. Service manager says he doesnt believe the damage happened in their dealership so it looks like Ill be paying to have it repaired myself.. Ive been coming to Beaman for 2.5 years for ALL of my service/maintenance but will never be back. Learn how to take care of repeat customers.

Lee was great! He replied to my inquiry online within 20 minutes and was ready to set up an appointment. The truck was on the showroom floor and I knew I wanted it so we went straight to business. The trade in offer was better than the other couple dealers Ive seen in the past week, very fair deal. The deal offered was great and the sales manager gave me several different options and was very helpful. The finance manager was very clear and helpful during the paperwork process. After the finance paperwork was done, Lee had the truck ready for me to drive home to my family and surprise them! Ive updated this review after receiving my car back. Ive historically had good experiences at Beaman Buick service. But my experience in July 2020 wasnt up to par. The shop cancelled a scheduled pick-up the morning of my appointment, so I had to scramble to figure out how to transport my car to the shop. Once the car was dropped off (I had to have it towed in), I was promised certain repairs would be completed within a day or two, and they werent.The most frustrating part was that I wasnt provided regular updates about the status of my car. Thats especially frustrating given that I had to re-arrange my schedule for however long my car was in their shop. When I called the shop myself, I was put on hold for anywhere from 10 to 40 minutes. Some questions that I asked one of the assistant managers (about how much my repairs will cost, or why Im being charged for parts and repairs that do not seem to work) required that they put me on hold again to find the answer. And sometimes whomever was managing at the time simply didnt know the status of my job. Communication and record keeping in the shop seemed lacking.Ultimately, I did get the car back in working order, albeit days later than expected. As I mentioned, most of my experiences at this shop have been very good. So, Im hoping this one was just an aberration and not a sign of how things are now.

My 2017 Buick Encore would not start. Beaman CareVan came about 3 hours later and the gentleman explained to me that it was my battery. He recommended I take it to Beaman to have the battery replaced. I called the service office (as it was only 4pm) and they told me to come on in. When I arrived, Antonio greeted me. I explained that I needed a new battery and that I called and he explained that it would take a while. It was about 4:30pm and the service area closed at 6. I saw several guys locking up the service department and leaving - they could have changed my battery that night. He stated I would need to leave it and they would take care of it first thing in the morning. I was offered a Lyft to take me home. The next morning I called Beaman around 11am and was not able to get a hold of Antonio - I kept getting sent to parts and not service. I finally received a call from Antonio around 12:45pm that my car was ready and they would drop it off for me.Beaman GMC service has always been sub-optimal in service. They are always running late. The waiting area is cramped and dirty. The staff are nice and professional but the department is not run efficiently and effectively.I actually ended up trading in my Buick for another vehicle at another dealer.

On Saturday 8-15-20, I brought my truck in because of code P0112.It’s basically a sensor or wiring issue.I was referred to the dealer by my mechanic shop.They stated the issue was electrical related.I also informed the service advisor that the previous shop already replaced the Air temperature sensor.I ask the service advisor what the diagnostic fee would be for the electrical problem. I’m just getting price quotes at this time. He stated that it would be $85. I told him I just left another shop and they wanted $200. The service advisor replied “that’s a lot… we will take care of you.”I waited about 4.5hrs. The service advisor returned and stated they were understaffed and I needed to return next week. We only have 1 tech right now and we should have six on Monday. The tech needs more time to figure out the issue. I told him you guys already had the vehicle for 4hrs. And will I be charged again. The service advisor stated: You already paid … we will eat the cost if it takes more time. They will work out the details.” I told him I could return next Tuesday.On Tuesday 8-18-20, I returned to have the electrical issue fixed.I was informed by the manager (Caleb) that I would have to pay another diagnostic fee ($170). I told him that this was not fair. You guys already had the vehicle for 4hrs on Saturday and I was promised that I would not have to pay again.On Saturday, I was told the diagnostic fee was $85 by a service advisor. I also informed the service advisor that it was an electrical issue. He did not tell me there was an extra diagnostic charge ($170).I’m disappointed that I did not get the real price up front.The dealership staff need to give customers the full options upfront.This was a case of false advertisement or miscommunication among staff members. Not sure which one. They may have new people.I have been going to this dealership for over 5 years and I have not had any problems. I wanted to get my truck fixed here but, I can’t trust the communication. They did not stand behind their word or give me a resolution.

Was told part came in on Friday and would be installed Friday evening or Saturday. Called Saturday morning and was told I would receive a call back soon. Never got a call. I called back at 230 and was told they closed at 1. Talked to a manager Monday morning and he said part never arrived and didn’t have an ETA that I could come get my truck and I would receive a call when the part arrived. Now I receive an email and an automated call saying my service ticket is closed out however truck was never fixed.

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE SERVICE TEAM!My Fiat 500 tire blew near West End, so I brought it to the nearest place, Beaman! This team deserves a 10 instead of a 5!Allison, Tyler, Ellis and Hikeem told me it would be no problem, even though they dont work on Fiats and I didnt have a service appointment!They assessed the damage, checked the tire and then graciously, kindly put my spare tire on for me! ...Talk about GOOD SAMARITANS!I definitely recommend them for any of your car service needs, because they know what they are doing and are very helpful and considerate! I bought a Toyota in 2006 and wrote them a check. The car was coming from a different city not far away and was supposed to be here in 4 days. Two weeks latter the salesman keep lying to me until it was almost a fight on the sales floor. Sales manager got envolved and found out it had not been shipped from Indiana End of that storyThree months ago a paid by check for a 2020 Buick Regal After buying it I find out there is no spare tire and only an air pump and fix a flat cartridge. I end up with a flat and try to use it and it doesn’t work on the side of the tire. After towing and many of hundreds of dollars I buy a new tire. Not having enough time to go get another cartridge I’m on the road a week later and I have hit a road hazard with damage to the car and a flat tire and once again have to have it towed 38 miles and another new tire. I get back to town and go to Beaman with air pump and cartridge in hand and meet a salesman at the front door and askwhere I could get a new cartridge and he didn’t even know what I had in my hand I went to a more veteran salesman and same thing. No clue so he sends me to service and same story. He takes it back to the shop and they tell me you can’t buy a cartridge for them you have replace the whole thing for $100 End of story Lee you should be giving me a callRandy McKenzie

Starting with the lady that set up the appointment. She was very nice and gave me perfect directions to the service department.I really liked how at Beaman you just drive right in and get signed right in. The staff are so nice and helpful when you ask questions.The waiting area was clean as was the restroom. A shuttle driver came by every 5 minutes or so to see if anyone needed a ride.After the oil change and tire rotation they washed our truck which was a bonus.

They were very nice and willing to help me. They were attentive to what I was saying about my car, and willing to do whatever necessary to get it fixed immediately. If they needed to keep my car for any extended period of time, they were willing to give me a ride and pick me up if needed, or give me a rental car to use. There service department completed my oil change and service very quickly and had even washed my car for me, all within an hour and a half. I have sat at other service centers for 3 or 4 hours and got far less quality customer service.

I had a great experience with Beaman. I was not at the dealership all day and my car was considerably cheaper here than the other places I had looked. Brandon Creel was excellent in helping me find my car. He was also great entertainment while all the paperwork was being processed. Everyone was very hospitable and professional. Terrible Service department. Never answered the phone. Never responded to voicemails left. Only called when car was ready. Car was brought in 5 different times and they fixed something new each time but the engine light would come back on. Took it to another dealer who changed the battery and everything worked. Waste of my time and lots of money (some of which I personally think was not needed.)

I recently dealt with a subtle yet annoying issue on my GM vehicle so I brought it to Beaman and spoke with a man named Dave. I believe Dave is a maintenance customer service person or maintenance liason of some sort, either way, a fantastic person to deal with. He had a great mechanic, Jason, work on my truck who understood the issue right away and had gone through every service bulletin available on my truck. Ill be going back to Beaman from now on for service after bad luck with some of the other GM dealers in town.

I received a recall notification in the mail. When I called to schedule the service they said they had a spot available that day if I would like to bring my vehicle in. The staff was extremely professional and advised me several times that I would not have to pay for the service. They also have a shuttle if you do not want to wait in the lobby which is a huge plus.

I hate to say that Im wary about a dealers service department based on past experiences. But I decided that since I purchased this vehicle at Beaman GMC, I would give them one shot. Not necessary to see if there was a problem but more if I could release the maintenance to a dealer due to issues from my previous purchases. We traded in for a 2016 Tahoe on 2/14/2020. After only days our vehicle began to shutter. We were told by another repair shop that we needed a new transmission, $4,000.00. After contacting Beaman we were told they would either fix it or buy it back. After a week they told us, yes we needed a new transmission and they would not be buying the vehicle back, nor paying to repair it. They would take $300.00 off, still making it more than the outside transmission repair. Empty promises and shoddy business dealings. This dealership wasted our time and money.

Arrived at 4:55 pm with a barely running battery. ( AAA had jumped the car to just get me there) Scott and Jeremy worked together and installed a new one and I was out the door at 5:20pm ON A FRIDAY. Best customer service EVER!
