We had a chunk of a semi tire hit our windshield and destroy it. We were traveling from Tennessee back to Colorado. So not knowing the area and having to call several places this was the only place that had our windshield and could get us in to fix it in a reasonable time so we could get back home. He told us two hours and it was done under that time and we were back on the road with our new windshield. They are nice people to deal with. Thanks so much for your help.

I called beforehand and they said they could take me in the shop today or come to my house tomorrow. I went to the shop to get my side window fixed because it was going to rain. Took me in right away. Reasonable price, quality work. Would recommend! Gave me an estimate over the phone and that’s exactly what I was charged.

STEER CLEAR! DONT EVEN GO THERE! USE caution when choosing this company. LOW quality workmanship. Ive had to return my Jeep 3 times for satisfaction. After all 3 visits for resolution, I remain with a window that doesnt open or close. This company made a commitment to rectify my window issue and reneged after they were paid.

Where do i even start. 1st call the tech said he would call on his way.. 2nd call oh we got the windshield with a chip in, so i call the office to find out what was going on, he said he would reach out to the tech. Never called back so i call them back, he said on the tech got you confused with someone else. So they get there put the windshield in to only crack the new one in the process and didn’t think we was going to notice it. STAY FOR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Guys on the phone where just rude and liars from the get go.

This was such a good choice! I basically got flaked by Safelite the day before, tech claimed he couldnt get my windshield wiper off. So I looked up a shop close to my house, called them, & was able to get in the next day. I arrived a little after 9 am, and was warmly greeted. The office staff, especially Erica, was very nice and chatted with me while I waited. By 10:20 am they were calling my name & telling me I was ready to go!! I was shocked to say the least! I definitely recommend this shop for any glass repair. The price was also $100 cheaper than Safelite!

Please do not use this company! Wish I could give zero stars. Sorry for the long post, but this is what you will deal with if you choose this company. We had a cracked windshield on our VW Atlas. The crack happened after the ice storm in February and we were moving to Florida on March 24th so we had a very small time frame to have it repaired. Unfortunately, safelite was booked until April, so we decided to use Nashville Auto Glass. They were supposed to arrive the week of March 8th but called us last minute saying the glass that came in wasn’t right, so they needed to order a new glass. They rescheduled us for March 23rd at 1pm. Around 9am on March 23rd we received a call from Nashville Auto Glass asking if we were still interested in having our windshield replaced, so they could order the part. We expressed our confusion considering we were booked for 1pm that day and part should’ve been ordered already. The person was then mumbling and trying to clear their tracks and said they’d be there at 1 to repair our windshield. They arrived closer to 3pm which was fine but my husband noticed as they were installing the windshield that they were cutting off wires from the glass - which we’ve never seen but thought nothing of it. I got in the car an hour after they completed the repair and immediately noticed squiggly lines throughout the entire windshield. Lines that were not on my previous window and honestly lines I never even knew existed on windows until that day. They are highly annoying and it’s hard to concentrate on the road with these lines obstructing your view and focus. Honestly, I rather have drove with the large crack across half my windshield. I called the shop immediately and they claimed it was a heated glass and the only option Atlas had available. I called VW Atlas myself and they had never heard of this windshield being installed on an Atlas and confirmed the windshield was a third party part and not manufactured by VW. When I called back Nashville Auto Glass and told them I spoke with VW the guy changed his story and confirmed it was third party and that VW would’ve charged us $2k for the original glass. He then tried to sell me on this awful glass saying it was better because it helped with fog, containing heat, and ice control - something I did not request nor do I need or want considering we’re moving to Florida. He stated it was the only windshield option for the Atlas. He then offered to fix the windshield the following morning fully knowing we were leaving to FL. By the way, if it’s the “only” glass you have for Atlas, how would you fix it the next day? We ended up finding out that the glass they gave us is made for particular cars that have the heated option. They must be wired into the cars for the heated function to work. Rewind back to where my husband witnessed the guys clearly cut off these wires. So not only was a glass that should not be installed in our car put in but the feature they were trying to sell us on was literally cut off and never installed in our car. We have been getting a run around on a refund. They know they messed up and tried to take advantage of us. Please save yourself a headache and your hard earned money and do not use this company!

I was on vacation in Nashville and my rear wind at was broken. Called Nashville Auto Glass and found out they don’t make my glass anymore. Erica called around and found one at a wrecking yard but it was not close. I called a couple of other places and even went online but no one could find the glass. I needed it done ASAP because we were leaving. She got the glass there the next morning and they installed my glass first thing. Their service was beyond my expectations. They were professional and Erica was very polite.

Got a windshield for my Acura Rsx.I called Erica on Tuesday morning, They try to come the same day but the weather go bad, they showed up next day in the morning and replaced my windshield within an hour! The two men who showed up were professional, courteous and efficient.3 weeks later I call Erica to set up an appointment in the shop to replace rear door window in my wifes car .I will definitely call Nashville Auto Glass again.Good job!!!

I had some low life break into my car. They got me in and out the shop right away. The techs cleaned up everything and made sure that my car was ready to go and safe for my kids to get in the car. Thank you so much guys!

Long story short... my 16 month old son, Jace, ACCIDENTALLY got locked in my SUV. For about 5-10 minutes, I tried to get him to “push the button,” “pull the handle open,” and “get mommy’s keys!” I even tried to jimmy the door open. Unfortunately, he thought it was funny to pull the wire hanger. Lol. When I seen panic set in on his sweet face, that we couldn’t get to each other, it broke my heart and I knew I had to bust the window out to get to him. Thankfully he followed me to the front of the truck. I picked up Justin Wilson hammer (The only time I’ve ever been thankful he left his tools laying around🙄) and threw the hammer through the back window. I heard Jace say “Momma?” Like did you do that? 😂😂 it was the absolute worse feeling of panic, not being able to get to your child. After everything calmed down, I called Nashville Auto Glass and they replaced my window for $150 installation included.

If I could give a zero I would. My car now has to be recalibrated ( due to lane departure) at an added expense. This information was not disclosed to me at the time I placed my order or when I had the service. The technicians came back and told me the dealership wouldn’t charge anything. Not True! I called and spoke with the manager and he took no responsibility. He called me a liar and hung up on me. He tried to tell me they have never heard of someone having to have their vehicle recalibrated. I don’t recommend them to anyone. They are unprofessional and don’t know what they are doing! If anyone is a liar it is them!

The wait was longer than told and the price was $30 more then quoted. Otherwise things were good

I normally don’t post these kind of reviews but I am beyond frustrated and have been more than patient with Nashville Auto Glass. I had my windshield replaced last September. The first two times that they met me to replace it, they brought the wrong windshield. It took 1-2 months to schedule them to bring the correct windshield before it could be replaced, at the time I was frustrated but figured my windshield was fixed, move on.After driving in the rain I found my rain sensor was not aligned correctly forcing me to manually control the windshield wipers. I called multiple times to try and have this addressed. My first call made sense, they had to order a specific glue to place it, I called on a Friday and they said they should have it in by Monday, and they will call once it’s in. I waited until that following Wednesday but no call. After calling them they had no recollection of what I was talking about. I then asked if I could schedule a time to have it looked at. I was told to bring my truck on in, but to call ahead to make sure they can take a quick look. I asked specifically if I need to schedule an appointment and was told no, that it should be a quick adjustment.I called today to see if it would be ok to bring my truck on by. I was told they don’t have any openings, they are open tomorrow but do not have a glass technician, I could bring it by next Monday. Because I work long hours I am only available one day a week. I have literally tried to get this replaced every day I am off work to no avail.I would like to apologize to the person I spoke to and hung up on, that is most definitely not the type of person I am, but trying to get something that is causing me a severe frustration when driving in the rain that is apparently a quick fix, and having such a delay and poor customer service, I will be looking elsewhere and most definitely do not recommend Nashville Autoglass.

I had my rear Drivers Side window broken and my back window broken in a smash and grab, called K1 Auto Glass and they order windows and were definitively going to be the quickest in replacing. The service was great, lifetime warranty very reasonably priced and very kind. Would recommend them highly.

K1 auto had given me the best price and had one of the best customer service reps Ive dealt with. I had a crack in my windshield that had been growing, so my family called K1. At first I was pleased, that I had a new windshield and everything was working fine. Then about a week or two later, I noticed that a piece of piping that help my windshield in place had come loose and was flapping in the wind while I drove. I then called K1 for them to come and fix their mistake, and they said that they would be there between one and four. When I asked if I could have a more specific time, the man at the front desk, simply said, that is the most specific we can get, but well call you an hour before they get to your house. So I waited and was at my house when I needed to be, and there was no phone call or anybody showing up. Finally at 4:30 I called the front desk again and asked if somebody would be coming today, and their response was that they were extremely back up. When I asked why I hadnt gotten a courtesy call to let me know that they werent coming all I got was Im sorry, but were back up trying to replace peoples windshields. Then, I asked if I could be first in line the next day to fix my car, and the man at the front said yes, and that there would be someone at my house at 9:30 and that I would be the first person on the schedule. At this point I was still mad that I had wasted a day sitting at home waiting for them to come but I felt better knowing that they were going to make sure I was taken care of first thing in the morning. Then 9am rolled around, and I had gotten up and was waiting for them to come when I got a call from a workman saying that he was calling everyone on his schedule and letting them know what times they were scheduled at, and that I was scheduled at noon. By then I was furious. I called the office, and he knew who I was and immediately said that someone was on their way, but when I mentioned that I had gotten a call from the workman saying that I was scheduled at noon, he said that the earliest he could have someone come out was eleven. After I had mentioned that I had made plans around them coming at 9:30 as promised, he said again that eleven was the earliest. By now I was livid, and accepted the 11:00 appointment, when I get a call from the man who had replaced my windshield originally, and he had said that he could be at my house by 9:45, and fix the problem in five minutes. He came out and fixed it quickly, and said that all it needed was a little more glue because the original glue didnt stick to the glass like it needed. I was so happy that he had taken fifteen minutes out of his day to help me fix such a small problem. However, I will never come back, or recommend K1 to anyone because of their lack of organization at the front desk, and how a worker had to take the initiative to help me, while the manager was so disorganized with scheduling, and so disrespectful of other peoples time, that he pretty much refused to help me.

Went to have my windows tinted at K1. When they brought my car out to me, they told me DO NOT roll your windows down at all for 2 days. Well, one of my windows had been rolled down by one of their people already so that seemed a little bit strange. Also, there were stray pieces of tint still stuck to multiple parts of the inside and outside of my car that they did not bother to clean off. When I got home, I noticed a few things wrong. 1. The front windshield strip looked like it was already starting to peel off and the tint was creased on itself. Looked awful. 2nd, the inside of all 4 of my doors were SOAKING WET! There were soapy water stains on all 4 of my doors where it had dripped down the plastic siding and they obviously made no attempt to prevent this or clean up. When I called K1 to tell them this, their response was that the peeling and creases on my tint were normal. And for my car, which I told them I would have to get detailed, they said, Oh, yeah we forgot to dry it, sorry. That was the only response I was given by them. So now, not only am I out the money I spent on the tint I am going to have to take my car somewhere else to have the windshield fixed and to have my car detailed. DO NOT GO HERE. Extremely unprofessional and terrible work.

This is the worst company, stay far far away. I called to have a back glass put in my daughters car who was about to be 16. They showed up the same day and installed the back glass. In doing so the technician tore down the headliner and got big black stains on the rear interior and the side panel interior. I repeatedly called the company about fixing the issue with no result.The glass they installed was defective it had streaks inside the glass that could not be removed.A new headliner cost me $800, plus the inconvenience of all of this. I ended up taking the owner of K1 autoglass to court, he had to send a representative because he doesnt communicate in English, and won judgement. That has been several months ago and I still have not received a dime for getting a new glass OR having to replace the headliner.This has been a huge headache that was all so senseless. Please choose another company.

Worst company ever!!! I’ve scheduled an appointment multiple times for two weeks! They originally told me they had my windshield and when I went up there to get it replaced all of a sudden they don’t have the correct windshield for my car. I reschedule it for the following week and was told they would come to me on a Wednesday between 10-2 and no one showed up. I called them again and they told me the guy is running late bc he had to repair a customer that walked in even though I rescheduled this last week! Then he goes on and tells me he doesn’t have the molding and had to order that, once I explained my situation he then told me I’d be charged for the molding even though they have pushed this back for a week and didn’t show up to the appointment. I asked if he could at least give me a discount since I’ve been waiting for so long, he said no and I’d get charged more from 200 (original price I was told) to 250 for something they didn’t do in the first place! This company is a joke and scam and just try to charge you whatever they want, I’m furious with this company and hope no one has to experience what I did.
