Took care of my busted windshield next day for way way less than the Safe💡 guys in the red and black trucks. Im fairly new in town and my truck dealer highly recommended them. Support the local business. Youll be glad you did....and your wallet will be happy as well. I think they even take most insurance.

All was good until a scratch on the inside of the windshield at the bottom of 2017 Yukon Denali appeared that they repalced in July. It was Outside the 3 month window. Both techs on site to see if it was a stress crack said they didnt have a clue how a scratch could happen at that location. Shaquille ONeal does not live here and no one in this house has arms long enough to reach over the steering wheel all the way over the dash and then scratch a freaking windshield where this scratch is. So I call shanninigans.This has nothing to do with money as I am on hold with another glass company to replace the windshield on my dime. I am strictly posting this to let people know they do not stand behind their product or services. They are 100% cheaper but I now know why.

They were amazing! Will was super nice and helpful in the phone. The guys who came to my home were great. I would definitely recommend them. They replaced my busted windshield.

Your time doesnt mean anything to these people. I made an appointment on Friday to have my passenger side window replaced on Monday. I took the day off without pay, only for them to not show up or call. I called them at 4:30 pm to ask what was going on. I spent 20 minutes being transferred around and put on hold, never getting an answer. If your time means something to you, I highly recommend you give someone else your hard earned money.

I got my windshield replaced in February. It began cracking from the top where it was installed in June. I called 3 times to get it looked at. Almost two weeks later and the crack has gotten worse, I received a call back. They said they will send someone out to my job to look at it. Two gentlemen came and stated that I had a chip repair...mind you they replaced the entire windshield. Then stated it was a rock hit. It started from the top where the windshield meets the car and its coming down. I will not recommend. Just extremely frustrating for someone to tell you that a chip repair was done, insinuating that this was caused by that and I had no repairs on the windshield. Dishonest and poor quality.

I went to Lawrence Glass after my dealership recommended them. Safelite and other shops told me I would have to wait for at least 3 weeks for an appointment. Lawrence got me in, fixed and back on the road in 24 hours. The staff was friendly, they held my car overnight for me and the turnaround time was unmatched. I will recommend these guys to anyone.

Best glass place in all of the surrounding Nashville area. I had a problem where I needed my truck to have two windows replaced almost immediately. No other place could do the job when I needed it, but Lawrence Glass made it happen and I couldnt be more thankful. They treat you like family, and I couldnt have had a better consumer service experience. If you go to another glass place, youll regret it.

I was extremely impressed with the guys that put in my windshield. They were very knowledgeable and courteous. Between the 2 guys that came they had over 40 years experience so that says a lot. Made an appointment for 8am, calling to confirm appointment, and after many calls to the company the guy shows up 2hrs later, stating Well I didnt know about this, I just now saw it. Whatever. $400 and change later, fast forward one week, we open the curtains to find the camera dangling from the wire. This bush league operation couldnt even be bothered to put new tape on. Save your frustration and money and go somewhere else! This is the company the shop uses, so find your own glass company.

What a wonderful experience I had with Lawrence Glass. I had to have my windshield replaced and they came out to my work to do it. I cant say enough great things about the technicians, they were very professional and polite. The work done was fantastic and Im really happy with my new windshield. I would definitely use Lawrence Glass again!

Shattered my rear windshield with 3 kids in tow stranded same day repair. They told me there was no way to get it installed same day. I explained my situation to them and they made it work and got it done at a phenomenal price tag. So much respect for them just amazing

Excellent service. After a certain well-known company with bad commercials failed miserably in both service and getting the job done, I called Lawrence, expecting to pay more. Not only was the price way better than expected, the service was great. They came out to see the windshield first before ordering it, and got it right the first time. Somebody (starts with an s and ends with an e) should take lessons from Lawrence Glass.

I work for a company that supplies windshields to them and they wouldnt do an install for me for a windshield that was shipped to them with their normal deliveries for liability reasons. Since the glass is the same and comes the same way the real reason must be they wont do it is because they cant mark it up. If thats how they do business then they probably wont be honest with you and might rip you off. I would stay away.

Went without an appointment, to replace the rear glass on my SUV. They took me in right away and completed the work without issues without delay. Very professional and friendly staff.

Called and got a quote -- called back to set appointment all of a sudden the costs goes way up--- i was told one thing and come to find out when i called with all my info he didnt even take the time to look up the actual cost. And saids well i am not a jeep guy!! I dont care if you arent that should be more reason to look it up -------thank you for wasting my time
