Im not giving them the 2 stars because of their work. Unfortunately they wasnt able to fix my car. They are getting 2 stars for lack of communication and professionalism. My car sit for 3 weeks and I wasnt told anything. Only to be told a week or so later it was totaled out. Yes I was calling in between time and never told what was the problem.
I was so excited so come write a 5 star review at the beginning of this process however that quickly changed to one star. Made an appointment for an quote on the damages to give to the person who was going to pay for it. This part went smoothly and was fast. They told me I would have the quote within the hour. we are going on a week and a half now and still nothing. I have also called 3 times and drove by personally to follow up with them. Each time they tell me they are sorry and sending an email now to get the estimate to me in the next hour and still nothing. I am literally TRYING to give them my business but there is nothing I can do if they dont give me the estimate for repair cost. will be going else where.
I have used the services of Service King Collision, downtown Nashville over the years and have had nothing but an excellent experience each time. Today Lee, the Service Mgr. and one of his techs made my day by fixing something that another shop had left half done. The repair work is excellent and the customer service is top notch!
Repair was FAST. My estimate started off being a week and a half and ended up taking only two days. I appreciated the constant communication, as well. Recommend.

My vehicle was in a accident and my insurance company recommended Service King. My vehicle was done in 5 days... they sent updates daily bout the progress of the work and it looked amazing when it was all completed. I recommend this business for your car body work if needed. Reliable and Friendly staff as well.
I was involved in a car accident that damaged both of my passenger doors. I took my car into Service King per the instructions of my car insurance, Geico. Everyone was nice and I had no issues with submitting my car, the claim or receiving a rental. My car repairs were completed in 5 days and approximately a week after receiving my car back I noticed that the color on the hood and roof of my car looked different. Initially I thought maybe the car just needed to be washed, but after washing it these two paint areas of the car (roof and hood) looked extremely faded. I called Service King and asked them if I could bring it in. When I brought my car in I was happily met by the guy who handled my claim. I took him out to my car to show him these areas and he immediately stated that my car looked like this when I brought it into them. I told him that my car did not look like this when I dropped it off. He stated that he had pictures to prove this per my insurance and if you can see the pictures of my car the day of the accident, which was 3 days before I brought it into Service King, you can clearly see this statement was not true. If you want your car repairs done extremely quickly I would recommend Service King. If you would like your car to be repaired properly and your car returned to you the way that you dropped it off, I would recommend you use a different company.Update: I was contacted via Facebook about my review and asked to bring my car in to discuss my issue. The manager, Jason, walks outside, looks at my car and told me this was “typical”. So I’m to assume that bringing your car into Service King one way and getting it returned completely different is typical. Therefore, I recommend you don’t waste your time, or your deductible and use a different shop.
I was in a terrible wreck that left me physically and emotionally shaken. A few days later when I came to Service King to view the damage, I became quite emotional. Amber was genuinely caring and compassionate. She was willing to listen to our concerns and answered all of our questions. Amber reassured us that they would take care of my car and boy did they! The staff at Service King did a FANTASTIC job on my SUV in a short amount of time. The customer service is beyond excellent! I highly recommend the Downtown Nashville Service King location!
These guys do a great job. I have taken several vehicles to them over the years and the service and quality have been too notch. The convenience of having them located right downtown is also very helpful as I live in the city. I highly recommend them if you are looking for quality and communication. Thanks guys!

I was driving through Nashville when my undercarriage shield broke loose on the highway. I didnt feel like having it drag the remaining 800+ miles left in my cross-country trip, so I Googled local auto shops; Service King Collision had solid reviews, so I pulled off the highway, and headed to their shop. I didnt have an appointment, but the crew fixed my shield within 15 minutes of my arrival and refused to let me pay. They said they just wanted me to arrive safely at my destination and they were happy to help. I drove 1,300+ miles solo in less than a week and this occurrence may sound like a small gesture to some, but it was a BIG deal for me. Cheers to the awesome team!
My car was towed to Service King after an accident I had. There was a fair amount of damage to my car, but Service King made it look brand new! They were kind, professional, and timely. They had great communication and always updated me on the process of my service. Would recommend for sure, and will use again if needed!
They did an awesome job! Was also the fastest I’ve gotten my car repaired anywhere. They are really nice there and keep you updated of your vehicles status every day. Very impressed!
So far, the people Ive interacted with a Service King have been EXTREMELY nice. However, I just went to pick up my car and there were several issues that I had reviewed with the insurance adjuster that Service King missed or simply didnt do very well. So, I had to drive back home in my rental.Especially poorly done was the detailing work that Farmers Insurance had approved to get the cigar ash stains and smell out of the car. (My car had been stolen and it looked like 3 - 4 guys had been driving around in it smoking cheap cigars and using it as one gigantic ashtray).My understanding is that Service King contacts with another company that comes in to do that detailing -- they should consider contracting with someone else.So, 1.5 hours wasted on a beautiful Saturday morning. Bummer.But, again the people were nice and Im hoping the car is REALLY ready next time I get the call.UPDATE: When I went back to pick up my car a 2nd time, they STILL had not completed the job. There was damage in precisely the spot I had informed them about via e-mail.However, Ive been notified that the additional part has arrived and hope they can finally get the repair right - even though it will have taken 3 trips to Service King to get it done.
Delt with Chris when I brought my car in and he was GREAT told me everything I needed to know in a professional manner.Week later I pick my car up and delt with a women wit red hair who made me feel like I was BOTHERING her. She never smiled or seemed interested... she’s very slow on doing the job very nonchalant... anytime a co worker would walk up she would joke and smile then turn back to me like.... why am I here.. kinda reminds me of a boarding school substitute that’s mean to the kids but cool with the other teachers... I’m a manager in customer service and that’s just the vibes I got... oh yeah this was my first time experience as well... hopefully I want have to come back but if so... I’m definitely avoiding her.. I don’t want no Detention

Service king did a great job on my girlfriends Audi. We were both impressed with the speed of service and the quality. It looked brand new. And they cleaned the interior as well. Also, The employee at the front desk, Jessica, was super helpful and very nice to us. Hopefully I’ll never have to need a body shop again, lol. But if I do! Service kings it is.
My experience with Service King Downtown Nashville was the WORST experience Ive had with any thing or any place, up to this point in my life. It took them 3 months and over $14,000(on a car that books for around that amount), and I had a car that STILL had clearly visible paint issues and missing parts.They were never hurried, and had as much time as they needed. I never called for update, unless a few weeks had gone by and I hadnt heard anything. 10 times they called, “your car is ready for pickup. 10 times I made the 2 hour round trip(the accident was apparently closer to Nashville than Clarksville, where I live). They just couldnt seem to get the paint and body work right. The car looked like I had taken it to a bad body shop and had them do a quick job so I could trade it in.There were(and still are) parts missing/stolen that Ill have to replace out of pocket, and the car is currently back at a Clarksville location(nearly 2 weeks now) to fix the paint issues.Please dont respond for me to contact your customer support. Been there. The area manager was involved, and neither him nor the general manager were able to make this right.

My Audi is a magnet for parking garage swipes, and this is the 2nd time I have used Service King Downtown Nashville. Always polite, professional, and timely. Communication is great, and if it isn’t perfect, or problems arise, they go above and beyond to make it right. I only wish they included a small touch up kit - 2 days after my car left the shop, a couple rocks have already made their impression on this fabulous new paint job. Thanks Service King!
Service was quick, however my car incurred additional damage under their care when being serviced for a recent accident. I spent about 30 minutes with the adjuster outlining where there was new damage to my car tail light and had to go back and forth with pictures before they admitted it. Once admitted they refused to replace the tail light for free but agreed to cover half the cost.
As proven by the manager telling me that my case was Killing his numbers - Hope you like your car enough to not subject it to the low standards of this business. It took 7 ATTEMPTS TO PICK UP MY CAR and 66 DAYS IN A RENTAL to get my car back in decent shape. If youre actually still considering using this business for your repair, Id urge you to read this review before selecting them to touch your vehicle.On 7/8/2018 I backed my 2016 Toyota 4Runner into a Pole. The next day, 7/9/18, I took my car to Service King downtown.7/20/18 - Day 12 - 4Runner wasn’t ready on time. No Biggie, it happens and I still have a rental car, so Ill come by after the weekend.7/24/18 | Pickup Attempt 1 | Day 16 – Immediately started noticing things werent right. Long story short, my advisor ended up making a list that was 10 items to fix – AND the rear hatch didnt even close all the way! Theyd had my truck sitting out in the summer thunderstorms without the door even closing all the way!8/6/18 | Pickup Attempt 2 | Day 29 - This was the second time that I arrived at the shop to find my car sitting blocking the sidewalk UNLOCKED in a bad area of downtown. I opened the rear hatch to the sound of grinding metal. I noticed that where the hinges are up at the top was missing 3 spots of OEM paint that the hatch was scraping off. AND they STILL hadnt closed the gap at the top where water was getting in. I wasnt taking the car in this condition and my rental coverage was running out due to their negligence. My service advisor said they’d pay for the rental. I asked for it in writing.8/8/18 - My service advisor called to say they were getting another gate.8/22/18 | Pickup Attempt 3 | Day 45 – They tried a new gate. Things are looking better with the replacement gate. Now that it fits right, the gate completely closes, but paint is STILL rubbing off! How do you not check that the issue that youve been having for the past month with this truck isnt happening again BEFORE trying to deliver it to the customer? Aside from that happening again, the gate needed adjusted since I could stick an entire finger in one side and couldnt even fit the tip of my pinky in the other side.9/4/18 | Pickup Attempt 4 | Day 58 - I get a call from the manager of Service King Downtown and he informs me that my service advisor has transferred to another Service King location and that he has taken over my case. He tells me that again, the truck is ready for pickup. I head over to check it out and you guessed it - he gigantic scores of missing paint where the gate is still rubbing just the same! EVEN THE MANAGER doesnt check the shop’s work!9/5/18 | Pickup Attempt 5 | Day 59 - Again I was told it was ready - it wasnt. They seemed to have repainted the frame without actually adjusting the gate, which as anyone would know made the fresh paint scrape off AGAIN.9/10/18 | Pickup Attempt 6 | Day 64 - I come in to pick up the car and Im informed that they just wanted me to see that its adjusted correctly before they paint it. What? NOBODY at this shop has the eye to see if metal is touching metal?! Sounds a lot like a cover for you not having it ready on Monday as promised. Thanks for wasting an hour of my life.9/12/18 | Pickup Attempt 7 | Day 66 - Today was finally the day. OVER 2 MONTHS later I got to pick it up. Everything looked good other than the fact that there was a ton of paint and dust residue all over the inside and outside of the car from it sitting inside the shop for 66 FREAKING DAYS, but I wasnt about to let them mess something else up by leaving it for them to clean it up.Some people might look a this review and brush it off and say Im to picky - but exposed, unpainted metal on a car body (especially in areas that collect salt and dont get cleaned) is going to rust. Quickly.If my untrained eyes are picking up on this stuff, they MUST be calling it Good enough and hoping the customer doesnt notice.
Had a wreck during winter weather, took my truck to Service King on Monday, got it back the following Saturday. They did an excellent job on the repair and paint on my truck!
They were terribly unprofessional. They wrote up a ridiculously over-inflated estimate for the damages. They don’t look like they actually do much body work there and that the bulk of what they do is just write total loss estimates. I took my car to the Ford dealer bodyshop and my repairs look beautiful and were done with genuine Ford parts for much less than SK estimated. Whatever you do, don’t go here.

Overall I had a decent experience with service king. The gentleman that checked me in was quick and friendly, he called to ensure my rental car was on the way for me and I only had to wait about 15 minutes for enterprise to arrive with my car. I was initially told my repairs would be finished by the end of the week and at the latest the beginning of the next week. I received text updates keeping me updated on my repairs which was convenient. By the end of the week I had an estimated finish date of the following Monday. Monday rolls around and it is pushed to Wednesday. Anticipating my car to be finished Wednesday I get a message Wednesday that it will be finished Friday. At this point I’m no longer holding my breath that my car will actually be finished. I had a trip out of town and thankfully enterprise and my insurance company were willing to extend my rental. The next week rolls around and the finish date continues to be pushed out. I grow annoyed but deal because I want the repairs to be perfect. Finally 2 weeks later I get a message that my car is ready for pickup. I call to ensure this. I get my car back and everything looks pretty good. I get just out of the parking lot and my low tire light comes on. Assuming the pressure change from cool air inside to in the heat outside I decide to run by firestone to have air put in my tire. The gentleman spots a large screw in my tire and tells me. I explain that I just picked my car up from the body shop and he tells me to return to get it patched. He instructs me not to have it plugged because that will not hold. I return to service king and the gentleman was so kind to take my car back right away to have the tire plugged. I requested it to be patched and he said yeah it’s the same thing. Well that’s odd bc I just spoke with a tire specialist and he explained the difference in a patch and plug and my tire was damaged by the place that was supposed to repair my car and now I request my tire to be fixed and then am lied to. Later I realize that I’m also missing a magnet off of the back of my car. I’m disappointed I was treated like a young dumb girl, I’m an independent intelligent woman and would like to be treated as such. After my experience here I won’t be returning or recommending service king. The repairs were done and the car looks fine, however tape residue was left all over my car and I ended up with more of a headache than it was worth. I will take my car to European Car Repair from now on for any body work.

These guys were great with my repairs. They did a fantastic job with the new bumper paint job, and my rim looks like its never been hit. They did the job quickly but did not sacrifice quality. Amber knew exactly which parts needed replacing and explained the parts that would be fixed instead. I would recommend this shop if youre going through GEICO.

I was nervous about taking my car anywhere I wasn’t familiar with but Service King made the entire process extremely easy and worry free. They care more about getting paid than actually fixing your car. I’ve had my car fixed here in the past (years ago) and they did a great job which is why I returned to their shop. They gave email updates through the whole process and made contact along the way.However, my most recent experience has been a nightmare. Staff changes and inconsistent communication. 3 months of my car being in the shop and no updates unless I called them. Went back several times when they said it would be done and the replacement parts were worse off than the original ie sun damaged headlights. Picked it up from them unfinished with a gap between my head light (that they finally got right) and bumper on one side in shear frustration. I was told to bring it back for finishing and then the pandemic happened. Fast forward a month later and finding that parts they said were replaced/fixed, weren’t. Just plain old tired. Poor attention to detail for a body shop. Needless to say I will not bring another car here or recommend them to anyone I know ever again.
Best body shop experience I have ever had. From drop off to exit in my rental was under 20 minutes. Excellent communication during the repair process. Was given a referral for a pointless dent removal service to fix a dent unrelated to the claim. Highly recommend Service King!
Great communication regarding status and progress of repairs. Repairs were done well.My only concern is that assessment and estimate is in conjunction with leaving car for repairs immediately. Because of that process that is several week wait for appointments.

Lindsay was amazing! The rest of the team appeared bored, uninterested in doing their job. I’m pretty sure I left with new dings, but didn’t have the foresight to take a comprehensive amount of pictures of my car before I dropped it off. Won’t make that mistake again.The service was fast though.
Service King’s name is well deserved! They provided some of the best auto service I’ve ever received. Great communication and a job well done. It took a few days longer than estimated, so that is the only area for improvement.
I have had to have body work done on my vehicle a couple of times. Every time I have brought it to Service King - downtown. The service has been great. The quality of the work has been very good. The staff I have interacted with have been very professional. They are easy to talk to and they take the time to explain what needs to be done, the costs and time required for the repair. My vehicle has always been ready when they said it would be. I have recommended this shop to several friends. There is no other place I would take my vehicles - I trust them.

I recently took my car here after some hit my car door. Geico recommend this company and I chose the downtown location. I am impressed with the friendly staff. They kept me updated every step of the way. My car was finished 2 days ahead of time. When I got into my car everything checked out fine. BONUS:My car was also detailed inside. Three small kids can really wreak havoc on a car interior. Great job everyone!

Dont do it! Do not do it! Take your car ANYWHERE but here. I had minor collision damage on the driver and passenger door. When receiving my vehicle back, the locks didnt work, the windows didnt work, and there were holes in the tint. I had to spend HOURS and MULTIPLE trips back and forth trying to get them to fix it. When I went to pick up my vehicle for the FOURTH time, there were scratches all over it and they just shrugged and said they had hundreds car in and out of there everyday. Now, I am going to have to get an attorney involved to get this resolved. It has been a complete nightmare from beginning to end. Stay away from this place!!
They did a great job replacing my car bumper. It looks brand new. They were extremely friendly, great customer service. Theres an Enterprise car rental on site and insurance set up my rental ahead of time and I was out of there in no time when dropping off my car. It was just as easy picking up my car. Everyone was so nice. And the job was done very fast.
No pride in their work whatsoever. Did a very rough job on some body work and when we took it back they could not have cared less. Also dragged their feet on replacing the grill and ultimately decided to just skip that. Hard to believe their name has service in it when there just doing the bare minimum/ what they feel lik doing. Would never take our car here again, only perk was having the rental on site.
So I just moved to Nashville by myself and my 2nd week here I got in a wreck. My car looked awful. I went online and I found Service King and saw they had good reviews so I decided to take my car here. I dropped it off on a Monday morning and got back Wednesday afternoon. My car looked perfect, even better than before!They were amazing! In the past Ive had to bug and consistently call body shops to get updates on my car but not here. They provided me with daily texts and updates on my car. By far the best service Ive ever experienced when dealing with services for my car. 10000% recommend! My car has been repaired twice at this Service King location. Both times, the repairs have been excellent and the service has been polite and responsive. Tommy coordinated my most recent repair. I have noticed that this location has received many 5-star reviews on other review web sites.
Had my vehicle repaired at the downtown Nashville location. Great experience and great quality of work. This is now my second trip there for my car and the wife’s car. Always take low ratings very lightly because someone will always have something to complain about.I was hesitant to come here because of the mix reviews. However, I got in a wreck and decided to give this Service King a chance since Geico had a package deal for me and I also needed a rental. It took about 2 weeks for everything to be completed because they had to order several parts and then paint match my car.Overall, I am very satisfied with the outcome and experience with Service King. Lindsey was super professional and friendly.

These guys have service and repair down to a science! My Jeep was cared for so well while at their shop! I was informed every step of the way with a phone call or text and my bumper was fixed in a day. And the rental cars on site make things so easy! I am please with my experience.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and I’m not exaggerating! They treated me like garbage and totally discounted my concern over damages that were blatantly not there when the car was brought in! I’m going to leave my geico insurance over this poor treatment and I would avoid this place at all costs!!!
Etta was very responsive in my requests. She was very professional and courteous. Very fast service at the downtown Service King. My car was perfect when I picked it up. My vehicle was fixed in the allotted time frame given to me by my service advisor, Etta. This was my first experience with any thing like this and I was guided through this process with ease and respect to myself and my vehicle.

I was so mad when my truck was hit, insurance company recommended Service king. So thats where I went and from the moment I stepped into their shop, I knew my truck was in good hands. Everyone was nice and professional. David Jennings was who ended up taking care of my truck. This guy is on top of his game. David stayed in constant contact with me about my truck. Today when I picked it up, OMG it looked AMAZING!! You could really tell that David takes pride in the quality of work he does. THANK YOU-DAVID JENNINGS AND THANK YOU SERVICE KING! I highly recommend this place.
Updated August 1, 2019: Don’t have any work done at this service king location. I was basically blamed for their faulty work and I’ve never had issues with this part of my car since they touched it! And instead of installing my front license plate bracket that they forgot to put back on in May, I’m getting a gift card for the part when I have to pay someone else to do the work! This location and management need a complete overhaul. I’m not dealing with service king again.————I had a front license plate bracket on the front when I dropped my car off but the technicians didn’t care to put it back on. So I am not totally satisfied due to the lack of detail and care on this matter. I was promised that I would be called this week but no one called me. I guess when you pick your car up they don’t care anymore. I will be following up next week and will be talking to a manager and escalating to the corporate office to ensure that this will be taken care of by Service King by Friday of next week.
Surprisingly wonderful! Ive never had a positive experience at a place that helps me with car trouble before, and I was blown away with the great service at Service King. After a recent accident they helped me get in and out so quickly! They were attentive and were able to get my damage looked at, and into a rental car and out in less than 30 minutes (and this was on a Saturday morning)! The fact that Geico and the rental car place are all located here too make it such a smooth process! I was pleasantly surprised!
Fake Smiles - No Service!I took my car to Service King Downtown on February 2019. They charged my insurance thousands of dollars to fix the front damages. However, they overlooked the windshield fluid reservoir, so I had to make another visit and submit a supplement claim.Then, we noticed that they neglected to properly install the front grill modeling. I had to make another visit to only receive fake smiles with no solution.I do not recommend this place!
Terrible experience. Service King was one of the companies recommended by my insurance provider so I assumed I could trust them for repairs. (Everything was to be covered by insurance - the SK work and my rental.) My car was brought there on 11/13 and I was told it would be ready 11/22. That date came and went and no word from SK. I followed up after Thanksgiving and was told my car would be ready soon. No more word. Called morning of 12/4 and was told Yes! Your car will be ready this afternoon! Well call you when its ready. Afternoon came and went, no call. Called the morning of 12/5 and was told it needed more cleaning and buffing, but it will be ready end of day today. Car wasnt ready until 12/6 AM and after getting home, I realized that my key fob to beep lock and automatic remote start were not working / disconnected. Another round of phone calls to get the car scheduled back for fixing. Was told that I would have a courtesy car to use when I brought it back. Show up and no courtesy car, they were going to drive me back across town to go to Hertz to wait and get a rental car. Had to have someone pick me up and thankfully my car was ready same day. Now a month later, come to find out Service King told Hertz and insurance my car was ready DECEMBER 1st and I DIDNT PICK IT UP UNTIL DECEMBER 6th, so Im being charged 5 extra rental car days. Now I have to do yet another round of phone calls to Hertz, insurance and SK to get my money back. They lied to me and to the insurance company about when my car was ready to cover their tardiness. This has been such a headache and inconvenience. Dont go there.

I had previously written a bad review and deleted it after speaking to the district supervisor, however seeing as this company and its managers can’t follow up on promises I’m reposting.In December I took my vehicle to this location for repairs after a deer ran into my car. While in their possession items were stolen out of my vehicle. When I picked the car up and noticed things were missing I went inside to complain to the manager and was told (like it was no big deal) that break ins to their lot were a common problem that they were aware of. I asked the manager how it was possible and asked ‘wasn’t my car locked?’ and he said they don’t lock people’s vehicles and made it seem like it was just an inconvenience for them to do so. I find it ridiculous that they don’t take all precautions to secure the vehicles in their possession yet make you sign a waiver saying they aren’t liable for stolen items. He acted the whole time like it was normal and nothing they could do about it, but offered me a gift card as consolation.Dissatisfied with the unapologetic attitude of the manager I submitted a complain through the company’s website and after a few weeks was finally contacted by the district supervisor. He was far more empathetic and unlike the store manager seemed like he genuinely cared and would make sure that his manager followed through on the promise of sending the gift card. This is when I deleted my previous review - why? Because I trusted an obviously untrustworthy company. 🙄It’s been almost 3 months and I’ve still received NOTHING from Service King. Go figure. They get stuff stolen out of your car and then don’t care.
Some of the staff are friendly, they are awful with communication. I came in on 06/17/2019 for an Estimate on my damaged vehicle, I believe they were either rushing or something because there was so much left off of my Estimate for damages. I called back the following day to attempt to contact the representative that handled my claim and got no call back, I didn’t take that as a good sign so I will not be doing business with this company. I was so close to doing business with you guys until I read the reviews, I wasn’t so happy about the fact that they were trying to charge me an extra 20$ per day for a rental car on top of the cost to rent the car just for being under 25... I am taking my business to Beaman Toyota downtown where I know my car will be fixed the correct way and I am not being charged extra for a rental car. Geico should stop doing business with this company.
Honestly, I went in with little expectation for great service and experience. But I left feeling like I did get those things. Michael got right on my estimate, explained to me, in his experience, what I should expect (he was right on the money) and even followed up with me while the insurance company and their insured dragged their feet a bit.
Dropped my car off last week on Wednesday night (right before they closed) to have my driver door fixed after a hit and run. Theyve been constantly updating me with photos and texts and the progression of the repair.The repair seems to be taking longer than i expected but i guess thats because i have a pontiac g6 which is no longer being made and parts arent easy to find anymore.They also repaired my rear bumper when i first got the car back in 2009. They did a great job along with cleaning and detailing my car after the repair.
My experience with this Service King was nothing short of excellent. Matt Heritage and my Geico rep., Nick were completely accessible for me with any questions. Id highly recommend these folks to anyone ... if you need to file and auto insurance claim - use these guys !!!

My family and I (all 7 of us) were on a vacation road trip from St. Louis to Orlando. While on the interstate near Nashville, in a construction zone, we were driven off the road and into the cones by a reckless driver. A safety cone became lodged under the van and ripped the lower coolant hose. This caused all coolant to leak out, and the van to quickly overheat and be un-drivable for more than a minute. All this happened at 3 a.m.After several hours of being stuck on the side of the road, and in talking with the insurance people to try and negotiate options, we finally decided to go to the shop recommended by insurance, but didnt wait for the tow. We babied the van to the Service King location in downtown Nashville. The initial news was that it could take a few days to repair, likely couldnt be looked at until later in the day, and may cost a significant amount. We were distraught, on the verge of cancelling the vacation, and trying to figure out a rental car in order to drive home.Blake the mechanic arrived for his shift that day and agreed to look at the van first thing and let us know. He determined that only the hose required repair, and likely no other repair was needed to get it back on the road. Blake fixed the van in less than two hours, replacing the hose, a hose clamp, and running new coolant through. The best part though, was that Service King made the repairs for no charge. Blake said he was paying it forward and hoped we could continue our vacation and enjoy Orlando.My wife and I both became emotional, and were overwhelmed by the relief and gratitude we felt. We are beyond thankful to Blake and to Service King for helping us in a time of distress. We will always remember the hospitality we were shown.
During repairs they broke the windshield molding on my car which I had to pay for on my own for a few hundred dollars and also my mirror fell off after leaving.They will be friendly to you initially but that will change after you pay. Dont take your car here!
Lady wrecks my back driverside door. They fix the door and return my car. A few weeks later my door is signaling that it is open when it is not. I take my lunch break to run it by the shop. They say they see the issue and order the part and it should be in the following week. A week goes by, no call. I call the shop and the part is still not in but it should be the following week, no big deal. No call the following week so when i call im told the same story. Time goes by and im finally told the part has arrived. I schedule a time to bring it by and use the last of my personal time to do so. I arrive and guess what? No part. They say it arrived but they just cant find it. They say the parts now on back order and have no idea when i new one will arrive. So either they used the part for someone else or are just incomptent and cant keep track or thier parts. The only one losing here is me since they have already been paid by insurance. i already rated them 5 stars on thier initial review so im here now trying to counter that. Added note they recommended i take it to the dealership under my warranty to have them finish the job which will not be happening. I would love for them to make this right but not sure how they can.

The Service King at the downtown location did an excellent job and getting my car back to the condition it was before my accident. The collision messed up my exhaust system which was replaced at another location. After getting my car back, a day later, the check engine light came back on. I didnt want to take it back to the other location due to my experience so I called the downtown location and they took care of me. They checked the car out and ordered the part. They called me to bring the car back and replaced it. Now the light has went off and I can take through emissions. The staff downtown are very friendly and helpful.

I brought my car here after some jackass shot up my bumper (yeah, for real). Everyone here was nice, and my mechanic kept me in the loop while my car was in the shop. I got a fair price on the repair, and he even sent me photos of the damage and repairs. They projected that it would take 6 days to fix, and it ended up only taking 4. Hopefully I wont need to come here again anytime soon, but if I need some work done, Ill gladly bring it here.

They did a trivial repair on my car, didnt disclose the larger issue with the car. My check engine light came on after I ran over something on the interstate. When they called me about repairs they told me what they were going to fix and something else that was trivial, but maintenance related that didnt need to be taken care of immediately. When I picked up my car within two hours of driving my car my check engine light was back on and then wouldnt start. My question to them is if my car came in with the check engine light on, left with it off shouldnt you have seen that issue and disclosed it? Instead all Im being told is my car that left their shop in the same condition it came in is not their problem and they took my $500 deductible for something that didnt even need to be fixed!

Etta in the Geico area made my experience soooo comfortable. She was so sweet and made everything make sense. They fixed my car within a week and a half which was pretty fast for me. My car looks the way it did when i drove off the lot at Carmax....I love it.
They have help me out on my Vehicle and Im happy now.....
STAY AWAY FROM SERVICE KING!!!!!!!When you have an issue they will not help fix it. The GM will tell your insurance adjuster BS plus will not call you back. Very poor business practices, all they care about is $$$$

I was not treated as a valued customer and tried to be persuaded by service agent that my problem can be addressed the next day as well as calling my adjuster. I got my insurance company on the phone got back into a rental and left my car there to correct the repair. I will not return for their services nor recommend anyone. Thumbs down for Service Queen

I take a CORVETTE my insurance GEICO send me with this guys who advertice to be a professionals PLEASE DO NOT TAKE $$$ CARS to this guys go with ABRA body shop I have a great experience with them. Year latter the paint start peeling I return spoke with the NEW MANANGER and they FIX THE BUMPER UNDER WARRANTY WITH NO COST now make me happy with this place
