Staff were helpful and available throughout process of repair after accident. Work looks great. They also accommodated my schedule to return the car on Friday which enabled me to return rental car before weekend. Courtesy and service was always present.

Very unprofessional. They’ve had my car for almost 2 months, they’ve lied given me dates as to when it would be done but everytime the date comes they push it back farther. This is very aggravating while still having to pay a car note I expect my car to be finished on the estimated date. The communication is also TRASH & everytime I call they say they’ll call back but never do. Highly upset & would not recommend!!!

I took my car to Walter Colson Paint & Body after a collision I had with an 18 wheeler. Not only were they able to completely repair the damages my car had from the crash ( I have a 2012 Nissan Altima), but they detailed the inside of my car as well. They also let me use one of their rental cars for free until my car was repaired. Both Susan and Meredith were great to work with and very professional. My car looks better than it did before my accident! Ill definitely be returning.

We have used Colson’s Paint and Body Shop services for over 20 years for repair of many family vehicles. Recently, my Camry was involved in an accident and as usual Mr. Colson did an excellent job. He went above the insurance repairs and fixed other items for free which I know are expensive. I was surprised when Mr. Colson informed me of the repairs, and I am forever grateful. They also repaired my daughter’s new car from a hit and run accident in 2019 and the color match and body work are perfection. Walter Colson’s staff is professional, caring and they deserve 10 STARS. Walter Colson is the best Paint and Body Shop in Nashville, and I highly recommend them to everyone.

I had a dent in my drivers side fender, causing the door to have trouble opening. Its an old car, and Im looking to sell it in the next few weeks, so needed a quick affordable fix vs the $1400 a caliber would charge to replace the fender, paint, etc.I pulled up, they saw me right away. The woman at the front desk thought that the repairman could probably just take a crowbar and pop out the dent. He came right out, and sure enough, 30 seconds later, was fixed! Door works well, and no further scratches in the process.I asked what I could pay them, and they told me not to worry about it. They were a family owned business, and just the right thing to do.I will certainly bring my vehicle into their shop next time I need to, and recommend them to anybody around!

Walter Colson’s did a phenomenal job repairing my car. The only issue I had was when I went to fill up my car, there was still tape separating the door from the gas cap. Highly recommend for any repairs. Just make sure they take off ALL the tape if you have repairs done on the side the gas door is on.

This place is amazing! They did a repair for me this week, and another one a few years back. They are the same today as they were back then. Kind and eager to please. They have a really great staff too! Super nice. Of course their work is impeccable, and theyre honest. Hard to find someone these days that will pass on making money off of you, and advise you on installing a particular part yourself because it would save you money! Thats exactly what happened to me there! They are just great, hard working folks. Highly recommend!!!

Ive used Walter Colson on a couple occasions for body and paint work and Ive been very pleased with the craftsmanship. I appreciate Walter explaining exactly how the repairs would be done (I had a dent and scratch in a tricky spot) when I was receiving my estimate. I felt very comfortable leaving my car in their hands, knowing the repairs would be done right. They were able to get me in quickly and made the process very easy.

Best repair shop Ive ever used. They were very courteous, explained the whole process thoroughly and even got my car done earlier than the expected completion date. They even replaced my custom front license plate I had. If you need to get your car painted/repaired, go to this shop, they are amazing.

This is the 3rd time they have fixed an automobile for my, I have been a customer since 2001. The staff is always professional & friendly, Hands down the greatest collision shop in Nashville.

They evidently pay employees in pennies..... literally left 90000 pennies in former employees driveway. Rude and unprofessional. Pay them in pennies or don’t use them at all.

Someone hit me on the interstate, had my truck repaired here. They did an absolutely amazing job on my Truck, looks like a new one now! Very professional, nice, & helpful! Also they got it done within a timely manner way ahead of the original completion date! 10 STARS!!!

They did an excellent job on my car, and at a fair and reasonable price. Office staff was friendly and they were fairly quick with the service. Would definitely recommend Walter Colsons Shop, and would use them again in the future for any repairs that I need!

Great experience with this company, and I cant recommend them highly enough. I never write reviews, but I had to take time to review Walter Colson Paint and Body. This was my first time dealing with a body shop that wasnt a friend of the family, so I did some calling around first. This company had good (albeit few) reviews, and they were able to get my car in almost right away. I just got my car back yesterday and am very pleased with the work that they did for me. Repaired all damage as good as new and returned my car cleaned inside and out. Quick and easy experience with a great staff. I really hope that I never have to get body damage repaired again, but if I do, Walter Colsons will be my first call.

About a week and a half ago I realized that someone had backed up into my Mercedes with their trailer hitch leaving an indent on the front of my bumper I was recommended this place by State Farm I took it in within a few days Ive got it back and it looks amazing you would never even have an idea that there was ever a mark on this vehicle I completely recommend this place the very courteous extremely knowledgeable and do a superb job

Vehicle was hit all down the passenger side during a snow storm. Brought vehicle to Walter Colsons to get repaired. Front bumper, fender, doors, and rear quarter panel were all dented and scratched up. Once I got the vehicle back, it looked better than the day I bought it! There is no indication at all that there was any damage. And when I found a small issue a few days later(very small oversight), they were more than willing to fix the issue and loaned me a vehicle during the time it took to fix the issue. Thank you!

Unfortunately, I have had to take multiple vehicles to Walter, due to many car wrecks. Walter is the man! He has perfectly fixed almost every car I have owned - I have had 6 cars in my life and Walter has repaired 4 of them and a few of them several times, due to my 8 major car wrecks and not counting many small fender benders. I was referred by friend who owns a Dealership. I called before arriving to get an estimate. When I arrived, one lady asked me to have a seat to get an estimate. When her colleague finished on the phone she asked if this would be a self pay or insurance claim. (In a rude tone) I advised it would be a self pay. She then stated they didnt have time to give me an estimate and that I could back later or Monday. Wow, I didnt realize it made difference who paid for the service. Just based on the horrible customer service from the office staff, I would not leave my vehicle with them. No worries, I will gladly spend my money elsewhere.

They got my car repaired and finished before the expected date and it looked great! They even vacuumed and washed my car before I got it back, and boy did it need it. Ive had 2 vehicles fixed by Colsons Body Shop and hands down probably the best body shop Ive ever used... If you dont have rental car on ur insurance dont worry cause they give out loner vehicles if they have available. Now you dont get that service anywhere else.
