My vehicle Had a considerable amount of damage and I just wasn’t sure if the car would look the same afterwards however Caliber Collision repaired my vehicle looked like new.

I brought my car into the shop with a few scratches on it I didnt think that much could be done for it because I thought the scratches were too deep I met a gentleman named Wayne and he told me that he could buff the scratches out after seeing his work I was amazed the scratches were gone and the car look like a brand new car Im so grateful to him for taking the time to buff out those scratches I highly recommend this for anyone who needs body work done I appreciate the work that they did thank you very much

Excellent service for a low price. My front end was dragging and they fixed it in 15 minutes. The staff member was personable and he did a great job.

Receptionist was not very friendly. I wanted to get an estimate for a repair. I was told by her that I would’ve to make an appointment. The next available appointment is next Wednesday 6/9. Totally Insane! I’ve been to other collision centers and they didn’t require an appointment to get a simple estimate. I had a written or emailed estimate in thirty minutes. I’ve been in sales a very long time and this was very disappointing. It took a lot of rearranging my schedule just to get down there today. I will never recommend or use this place.

I am completely blown away by the service at this Caliber Collision location! I had anticipated a lengthy, frustrating process when I realized I had to take my car in for repairs but what I experienced was the complete opposite.Eric was incredibly professional and helpful throughout the entire process. I was kept in the loop every step of the repair and they even finished my car way ahead of schedule. I also noticed they cleaned the interior and exterior of my car when I picked it up which is a huge bonus. The process was smooth, my car looks fantastic... I cannot recommend this place enough!

Caliber Collision did such a good job repairing my car. Taz and the entire staff were so kind and helpful. They kept me updated throughout the repairs and answered all of my questions. My car looks and drives better than it did the day I bought it! Highly recommended!

I had my truck stolen and recovered (but with a good bit of damage to it). Through my insurer, I was referred to caliber who helped make the experience absolutely seamless from start to finish. They were in constant communication with me regarding updates on paint, leather repairs, glass repair, detailing, lock replacements, etc. They even went so far as to match the aftermarket tint on the glass they replaced to match the rest of the windows I had done. They delivered the truck 4 days ahead of schedule and it was as spotless as the day I bought it. The paint work is beautiful, and trim work is all to factory standard. On top of everything, they facilitated the rental car pickup and drop off for me which was one less headache through the process. So rare to see this level of support from the service industry. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Any place recommended by USAA has to be good and they were.

Caliber Motors claims to be the standard of excellence in the auto repairs industry, but apparently, things are different for this Nashville offshoot. First off, they installed the wrong tail light on my car. Next, they broke a backup light on my camper and only informed me of this when I arrived for pickup. Third, they delayed my car pickup due to the Christmas shipping backlog for rear guard stickers. Upon arrival, those stickers had yet to remain in their box, and I had to remind my agent to complete said task. Now, I have to come back to fix their errors and waste more of my time at this horrid shop. DO NOT recommend this place.

Was disappointed as they did not contact me as I requested on a part - just thought I wouldnt want to spend a few hundred more on a new headlight for the non-damaged side. When I asked, oh, thatd be another $1300. Thought you wouldnt go for that. Really? I say. The invoice says it was $380 installed?! Just wish they would have asked.Otherwise, good repair, very ahead of schedule (said 2 weeks minimum, was 4 days). Car came back very clean.

Admittedly, my car was taken here after being totaled from an accident I wasnt found at fault for. The front desk staff are polite and patient which is extremely valuable when dealing with potentially tense matters. I had a positive experience and would return.

This Caliber Collision did a GREAT job! Anissa was my person here and she was so wonderful! She kept me update on my repairs throughout the whole process. They were able to finish my car quickly (even faster than excepted.) I am extremely happy with the results and will use them again if anything happens. I highly recommend this shop. Thank you!

Some one hit my truck setting in front of the house, caliber replaced, my bumper and painted the truck,it look like a new truck.

They did a good job repairing my car, but not everybody inside is wearing a mask!

My car had been hit on the driver’s side. The hit caused a lot of damage to the suspension. My car drives better now than it did before the accident!

I would trust Caliber Collision with any of my vehicles. Talk about a top notch organization. They are very friendly, transparent, and just overall good people. My experience may have been different--as I did not go through insurance. But that aside, the team quickly fixed my front end in record time, and it looks excellent. Taz is the man! Again, I cant vouch for them enough.

On May 4th 2020 I was at a stop when a car ran right into the front of my car. Jena Green was my service advisor and Jeff Dickson the assistant manager were great at handling my repairs. I had an incredible experience with Caliber Collision. This is the first time I have had to have body work done and wasnt sure how the process went at all. Caliber did amazing job of informing me and allowing it to be a completely smooth process. They worked directly with my insurance so I didnt have to be a go between. All the staff were kind. I received constant communication throughout the process. I received my car back 2 weeks before estimated date which is incredible. The team pushed the process so I could have my car before leaving for the holidays. I cant comment enough on how great my entire experience was!!

Getting into a wreck is so nerve wracking and inconvenient especially when you have no clue where to start! Jena was so helpful and kept me informed the entire time my car was in the shop. Everyone at the shop was so nice and made this process so much easier! Not to mention they got it done very quickly and made my car look brand new again! Accidentally hit a deer and my car was a wreck. I work 3 jobs so my schedule is always pretty busy. Caliber Collision was able to have my car towed to their shop which saved me tremendously. They were also able to fix my car before the expected finish date! They did an excellent job and my car looks even better! Could not be happier! Highly recommend!

Ive had to go to the body shop more often than Id like since moving to the area (because people keep hitting my parked car), but the great folks at Abra have always taken great care of me. Everyone on the staff is polite and knowledgeable, and the turnaround time has been very reasonable. If you feel like something needs additional attention, just give Abra a call and theyll be happy to give their own work a second look over.

I had a wonderful experience at ABRA and am especially appreciative of the service I received from Milton. Another auto body shop told me that the repair to the front bumper of my Jeep would cost over $1,300. Milton took it into the shop and came out with it repaired in minutes at no cost. I highly recommend that you make ABRA Auto Body & Glass the first place you go to when you need service! Everything about their service was first rate!

He gave me an honest and accurate estimate, and walked me through the process of repairing my vehicle after the accident. They do excellent work, and I would recommend ABRA to any and everyone. The customer service is best I have experienced This is a high class operation. No tape lines. Looked like a factory repair. I recommend this particular ABRA to all friends and co workers. The receptionist to the final delivery was over the top They even got me New Original Dealer parts in place of the aftermarket parts that my insurance calls for. Josh at this ABRA location is the one that taught me what I was actually paying for with my insurance premiums. Aftermarket Parts. My repairs were fantastic and I got a nice lesson on insurance policies.

They replaced my front air splitter. When it finally fell off on the highway, I checked it and it only had 1 clip in the front instead of 5 holding it together. I came in to get it fixed with their lifetime warranty and they said it was my fault. But they are doing the labor free if I supply parts. Not the worst deal.

So satisfied with our experience! Everyone involved in the process was so kind and helpful, and the repair done is so flawless you cant even tell anything had ever happened! We brought our vehicle in when someone backed into our rear bumper and knocked it out of place and took off some paint. The repair was completed in about 2 days (very impressive given that it was handled by another persons insurance company!)When it was time for us to pick up our vehicle, we called and they sent a driver within about half an hour, super thankful there was someone available to pick us up to retrieve our vehicle! Last but not least detail/cleaning of the inside of the vehicle was a very thoughtful touch. So happy and will recommend ABRA to anyone who needs work done!

The employees are friendly and the work is completed quickly. Ive had to bring my car back several times related to a single repair. The windshield continued to leak a couple of weeks after the first repair. They fixed it, but the exact same leak started up again almost 3 years later. They fixed it again, no questions asked and provided a rental. Only three stars because I have had to repeatedly take time to address the apparent workmanship issues that have plagued the repairs.

Always does a great job. You have your own personal associate that will be with you through the whole process. My associate is Dennis hes great!!!

Theyll bend over backwards to pick you up and make it convenient. But if you like your car, stay away. They really cut corners and theyre definitely out to save the insurance company money. I was told my car would be repaired one way, and then I find out theyre doing a cheaper, less quality repair. Then I pick it up and find out that theyve done it badly, and you can see paint and tape lines. When I complain, they said theyd redo it a certain way. When I get it back again, they did it a different way to save time and money. They keep going on and on about warranties. How about fixing right the first time??

Their quotes aren’t done by an actual mechanic...only come here if you have insurance. They want to gouge the insurance company.

The employees of this location1535 Gallatin Pike North in Madison TN were very helpful from the first time of contact by phone all the way thru with picking my car today. Ive never had to go thru this process thankfully! Lois is the employee who did the walk thru & estimate on the damage done. She was very thorough in explaining the process & checking for the damage done. My car was hit while I was out of state. Thankfully the other vehicles owner & I had the same insurance. This used to be Bradshaw Collision Repair; now its an ABRA franchise. You can look up their old ratings under the old name. My car had some dings on the side and a loose front bumper. They fixed it all (good as new) for a reasonable fee, and within the promised time frame. The staff was friendly and professional. I am not sure that they needed to replace as much of the bumper as they claimed, but I lack the expertise to judge this (I thought only the outer fascia needed to be replaced). I dont have any real complaints.

I had my truck dropped off with them following my accident. They stayed in contact with me through phone and email about the process which was nice. When I picked up my truck part of my door panel was missing which I found in my back seat and installed myself,the battery was dead and it had to jump started,they totally forgot to install a portion of my bumper leaving a wide gap between my grill and bumper which is baffling to me. The bed of my truck was clearly used as a trash can as there were two broken windshields and various other parts of other vehicle thrown in it. All of my belongings from inside my truck were literally thrown in the bed with the other trash for reasons unknown to me as there was no interior damage. My air bag light was still on when I picked up the truck which makes me questions its safety. Theres parts on the invoice that were clearly not even replaced. Also to my disgust a pair of Oakley sunglasses were stolen from my truck as well. I am disgusted with the service and would rate even lower if possible.

Received my insurance claim info from State Farm and took my vehicle Abra Body Shop to see about getting it fixed along with some cosmetic repairs. The claim adjust was just plain rude! Scowled and asked if we had an appointment. I told him no and was sorry. He then agreed to look at vehicle for the cosmetic repairs and quoted us a price of around $3,000. He also made a point of telling us they were booked into July. I had already received a estimate for the cosmetic repairs for under half the amount given us. Apparently this shop is not concerned with walk ins or the customer.

UPDATE 1/3/18:Just talked with State Farm who informed me of false damage John Kolesnikoff at ABRA put on my estimate. John stated the roof and hood of my vehicle was damaged, which is not true? It took over 6 hours for John to complete my estimate, so its officially clear he spent way too much time falsifying damage to devalue the cost of my vehicle. Why would one go through so much trouble to sabotage someone?State Farm had an insurance adjuster come look at my car to determine whether John Kolesnikoffs statements were true or not and update the status of my vehicle damage. The insurance adjuster verified there is NO damage on my roof or hood and updated my vehicle status to moderate damage instead of extreme, which is a huge cost difference for me.I also learned that the person I thought was a manager, Greg, was not. ABRA will throw any employee you and claim they are the manager. ABRA has been a total fraud nightmare.Original Post:The worst experience Ive had with a car shop yet. I came for an estimate and they ended up damaging my vehicle further.I took my car in for an estimate and waited for TWO HOURS for them to coordinate with my insurance, State Farm. Though, I had this appointment scheduled for a week - ample time for them to prepare and retrieve my claim info from State Farm.Two hours later I go outside to get in my car and realize my trunk light is on and my trunk is taped shut. Prior to this visit, my trunk was damaged but it would clasp shut without the trunk light on. I explained this to John beforehand so he was aware when doing the estimate. I go back inside and ask them to remove the tape and ensure the trunk clasps shut and trunk light turns off (so my battery doesnt die). John Kolesnikoff removes the tap for me and there is broken plastic all over inside my trunk.I asked him what they did to prevent my trunk from closing now. John said your car is already totaled so it doesnt matter. Since I was planning to have my car repaired out of pocket if it was declared totaled, his damaged increased the cost of the repair. Greg, who claims to be a manager (which I later learn is false) came outside and told me that he has 25 years of experience and assured me that my trunk never clasped shut prior to the visit.Since my trunk was closed before, I knew that wasnt true and requested documentation that ABRA damaged my trunk further. After demonstrating how my trunk closed before, Greg and I were able to get it clasped shut. Not only did the manager persist that my trunk never closed before, he was rude and unapologetic for their mistake. I am a reasonable person and was willing to work with them if they were also willing.Leaving this review to give others a heads up.

Abra Autobody will damage your car, attempt to get you to drive off the lot so they can claim you damaged your car futher, and then lie to the insurance adjuster claiming your car was already damaged (COMPLETELY UNRELATED TO THE ACCIDENT) in an attempt to cover their tracks with the insurance company. Brought my truck in for a estimate after collision, it sat there for 2 weeks before any one looked at it. eventually the car was totaled out but, in the estimate they gave me prices with had all refurbished parts, basically junk yard parts. they will talk all day about the warranties but at the end of the day it is still a used part. trying to save the insurance company money. apparently it is a very common practice, infact some insurance policies have that written in to them.
