They fixed a horrible paint/rust spot on the roof of my Honda Fit. The paint looked amazing after it was done. Very much like the original factory paint job. They did it for a reasonable price and worked with me on having my brother take out the windshield. I hope to go back in the future to have them touch up the car further.

Absolutely incredible experience. A buddy of mine backed into to me and completely crushed my front left fender. I was nervous to drive it because the wheel well was rubbing and stumbled across RDR right in my neighborhood. Danni was welcoming, swift, vigilant and beyond helpful. Top quality work from Bobby and their son. Super communicative throughout the entire process and would have had my vehicle back ahead of schedule had it not been for the replacement part arriving to their shop damaged (integrity.) Cant say enough nice things--good, kind folks doing good kind work.

Bob, Danni, and their son Russell are some of the best people around. They give you a great time line as to when your repair will be finished amd thr outcome for the work is hands down PERFECT! The moment you talk on the phone or meet them in person, you get the feeling that Danny and Bob are trustworthy and kind people. The work by their small team lived up to that great first impression.I called asking for an estimate on a front bumper replacement for my 2014 Honda Civic. Danny chuckled and said I cant see it very well from over here but then proceeded to give me a detailed breakdown of parts and labor while clarifying what I needed.When I got in, Bob took a look and discovered some additional repairs needed for my tire flaps, which other shops hadnt noticed. They talked me through some options and costs, and I was able to get slotted in within a few weeks at a competitive price. I dropped off the car memorial day weekend, and picked it up the next Friday. Paint matches, logo and grill are repaired, and the installation of the new bumper is tight.They have a pair of adorable cats, Sissy and Wally, that roam around the office. If youre allergic Id be cautious. Also make sure to ask ahead and write down your pickup and drop off dates. Theyre a small shop and dont do reminder calls as far as I can tell.It was a pleasure doing business with Danny, Bob, and the mechanics at RDR. RDR is my goto place the if I ever need collision repair again.

Dani and Bob, great people doing honest work. We have had work done on 3 cars over the years. better work, price and service than any of the big chains. they will not try to talk you into something you do not need.

I had my wifes Honda repaired here a couple of years ago after a mishap in the snow and ice. To this day Im very happy with the work done. Bob and his staff were great throughout the process. The total cost of repair didnt exceed the estimate, the price was right and the work was done exactly on schedule.

Had my car serviced here and weeks later noticed a small misalignment of the rear bumper to the frame. Felt ridiculous but called anyway and they told me to bring it on in. The misalignment wasnt even their fault (it was likely an unnoticed result of the original collision) but they fixed it quickly anyway. And they applied a paint thinner to some scuff marks on my fender from an unrelated incident and cleared that up too. I hope to never need auto body repair again, but if I do, Im coming back here.

I had over $3,000 in damages to my car and it came out of the shop looking even better than before the accidents. As a young female, I have had plenty of mechanics try to take advantage of me, but Dani and Bob at RDR are so honest and trustworthy. The body work they did looks AMAZING and they did it all for a very reasonable price. They are a local, family-owned company and it really shows. It is so nice to see that there are still decent, hardworking people who care about they do and know the meaning of customer service. They were happy to work with my insurance and very helpful in answering all the questions I had since I have never been in an accident before this and wasnt sure what to do. I will definitely be taking by car back there if I ever have any problems with it again and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done on their car.

Total crooks! Were paid to use new parts but used junk yard parts instead and did not bother to clean them up to hide it. Paid to replace wheel and did not and said they did.. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!
