My wife purchased a appliance and delivery was fast, but they arrived with a damaged product, so they had to return to the store to get another. They returned shortly and installed another, but the first time it was started it would not run. They sent out a repair tech right away but it could not be fixed because they would have to order a part which was at least three days out. We insisted on a replacement with a comparable or better model. They sent us a lesser model and instead refunded the difference. Bottom line is we got less than we wanted with less features and had no choice. When we called to inquire, they said they hated to install a third, would we compromise? Not good service.

I went to A-1 on a referral from a friend who said they have a great selection and do warranty work. Our A-1 rep Jake Waring has just been great. The guy knows kitchens and completely made my remodel easier by listening to what I wanted and making objective suggestions. Two trips did the trick and my new appliances are being purchased. Big time saver. Big thanks to Jake Waring !

Great store.The staff really knows all the details about all brands of appliances. Customer service is excellent. The installers do an outstanding job. They are very careful not to damage your new appliance or anything else in your home. The installers do a very good job explaining how to use all the features on every appliance. This is a great company for appliance repair or to purchase an appliance. The sales team never pressures you into a sale and the parts department always has what I need and if they dont they find a place that has one in stock if you need it that day or can usually get a part the next day. I live 45 minutes away and have other placed I can buy parts from but would rather drive to this location because of the atmosphere and the friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I have purchased every appliance in my house over the last 15 years from A-1. Great customer service (both in store & after purchase).I am writing this review because I drove to the store on Saturday afternoon (I want to replace my washer and dryer I bought from them back in 2011) and learned A-1 is closed on Saturday. I dont understand how a retail location can be closed on Saturday. I dont see myself taking off work to shop for the new washer and dryer I want, so was sad they dont have more convenient store hours.

Called for rates. $169.00 to come out and diagnose the issue. Then flat rate on the repair without deducting the service call. Was told thats how it is since they are very busy and their rate is market. I called C&C out of Brentwood who is $92.00 to come out and gave a reasonable hourly charge. They repaired my washer promptly and reasonably. I am giving a 3 star because I did check around and they are not market on their rates.

Having bought a new home (new to me), I have dealt with various service personnel in order to repair neglected items and get the home into shape. I have been almost uniformly disappointed in the service provided with the exception of A-1 appliance. Jason was on time, efficient, knowledgeable, professional, and one of the more pleasant people I have dealt with. Not only did he fix my stove, he took the time to address things not related to his service visit and proposed cost efficient solutions to them. The cost was a bit on the high side, but not inconsistent with others. He was the only service provider that I thought was worth every penny. In short, Jason is the employee that every employer hopes to have. A-1 is fortunate to have him and they will have a repeat customer in the future.

Only warranties their work for 90 days!! Have another freezer leak 9 months later.

I needed to have a qualified service person install a brand new gas stove at my house so I contacted A-1 Appliance based on a strong recommendation by one of my neighbors. I was very disappointed when I was told A-1 does not install appliances unless they were purchased from them. Really? However, they provide warranty service for appliances even if purchased elsewhere...so why the double standard?

It took a couple of tries but they were able to diagnose the issue. Repair tech that came was friendly and good to work with.

Wow! Super Fast. Very respectful of our home. The freezer in our side by side refrigerator went out. They showed up on time and fixed it quickly. Honest and Fair business!

Just called them because I have a dryer and dishwasher that I st went out. Yep two appliances at once. So anyway I called to set an appt and check prices. He told me that just show up since I have two repairs it would be $209. I thought that cant be right so I asked what that covered as in labor. He said it doesnt cover anything really thats just a service charge for two appliances. So its $209 just to drive ten minutes down the road to get to the job. Wow! Im in the wrong business. So guess Ill be calling a repair co that actually is close to reasonable.

Terrible experience. Bought a refrigerator from them and within 1 year we experienced pronlems. Over 12 service calls later and zero resolution to the problem. Good thing I bought the service plan?? No. I would have been better off to have shopped elsewhere. A scratch and dent place would have been better.

I was in the need for a GE Authorized repair center.I had purchased my GE Dishwasher approximately 13 months ago in Clarksville, TN..I had a small leak coming from the unit. I contacted my warranty provider.They arraigned for A-1 Appliance in Nashville to come up and repair the unit.From the start setting up the appointment to the conclusion of the repair everyone I spoke to where extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable.I filed my claim on Friday, March 16th. A couple hours later Carol with A-1 called me to set up an appointment for their tech to come out.She set the appointment for March 21st between 12:00 And 2. At around 11:30 I received a call from Darren, the tech. that was assigned my repair. Darren was updating me on his ETA which was 1:15.At 1:10 Darren pulled up in my driveway. My first impression was a good one. First by communicating with me on the time, as soon as he knew (he had other customers previously and allowing for traffic).His appearance was neat, clean and his company van was clean.After Darren introduced himself, he started troubleshooting on the dishwasher. In pretty short order he had found the problem. He made the necessary repairs and was gone.Not only did he have a professional appearance, he had the professional knowledge.Darren had a great personality to boot.A few hours later I received a call from Jeremy Dunn, the service manager. He had called just follow up and make sure I was satisfied with the service and had they met my needs.As you can tell the exceeded my expectations!I would highly recommend A-1 Appliance to family and friends.Bob LaPointe

Very responsive to call you back but bought a Jenn Air fridge in the Fall of 2018 and it’s had multiple service calls and they continue to want to retrofit it. Freezer won’t open, freezes over so completely useless and not sure they’re willing to execute on the warranty terms they sold us and are well within manufacturers warranty.

I had a really bad experience with the repair service at A-1. My refrigerator stopped working, and I called them on a Wednesday. They werent able to send someone until the following Tuesday. On top of that, the guy wasnt able to fix the problem. I understand that a new part needed to be ordered, but he still charged $120 just to LOOK AT IT for 30 minutes. He said the part would be $500 with labor in addition to the $120 he charged to look at it, so we decided to buy a new fridge ELSEWHERE.

I had 2 Bosch appliances that needed servicing. Dennis at A-1 is the man for the job. After another service company gave me a run around, Dennis, walked into my kitchen and in less than an hour had diagnosed my dishwasher and refrigerator issues and both are running smoothly. I will only call A-1 from now on!
