The owner and staff here go above and beyond expectations!! They are very straight forward and efficient with their process. We thought our washer was leaking and called for one of their service techs to come out here. The owner himself came over to check things out for us and realized it’s the house’s piping issues. Even after figuring out that it’s nothing on their end, he still tried to help fix what he could for us and we sincerely appreciate it. Good people, good business.

I wish we’d have visited and purchased our washer and dryer from Peace of Mind first before going through a monthlong headache with TNT (not wanting to badmouth another business on this review, but our experience with them was terrible and when it comes to this sort of thing, I always appreciate helpful transparency). I can’t begin to describe what a relief this experience was. Everyone I encountered from beginning to end—-on the phone, in the store and at our home during installation—was completely candid, honest, informative, helpful, courteous, friendly and truly took their time to help me make an informed decision. They also clearly take their time working on their appliances before putting them on the floor. The owner immediately told me everything he’d done on the washer and dryer I ended up buying. They also delivered just a few days later—much quicker than just about anyplace else. We’ve had our washer and dryer for a few weeks now and they work great, which is all we wanted and need! We wanted to save money & be a bit more eco friendly by purchasing used, but didn’t feel comfortable buying off Facebook marketplace, etc. — you never know what you’re gonna get there and, while used appliances are always a bit of a gamble, with a used appliance store, we figured we’d have at least some extra security. But THIS PLACE is everything you want that sort of experience to be. Very appropriately named. Thank you for our great appliances and the great service.

Just moved to Nashville from 1000 miles away and needed a washer/dryer fast. Got a great matching set, probably just a couple years old, with a few scratches, for about half of what I would have paid for brand new ones. And they work perfectly! Inventory was kind of limited when we got to the store, because apparently thats true of everything these days. But, Becky was super-helpful and honest about what they had in-stock. I doubt well need it, but the 90 day warranty is a nice bonus. 100% Id recommend going to A Peace of Mind before you go anywhere else!

Fantastic service. Very friendly and accommodating. Worked around my schedule for delivery.The real kicker……I bought a fridge off of them and had also recently bought a washer/dryer that had the wrong kind of plug to fit my outlet. On a whim I asked Paul if swapping the plug and the wire was a big deal. To my surprise he offered to swap it for me then and there for no charge. Wasn’t even something I had bought off of him.CAN’T RECOMMEND STRONGLY ENOUGH!

I knew little to nothing about washer/dryer sets because it was for my first apartment, and he helped me every step of the way. Delivery & installation was quick and timely. There is active communication between the owner & customer. Recently, my washer stopped working.. I contacted the owner, he was able to come out the next day only to find out there was NOTHING wrong with the actual washer, but instead the breaker switch for the outlet was (somehow) flipped off 😅 ... so, HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 10/10!

I cant believe the reviews on this horrible business!! Wish I could give negative stars. So...I go into his business on Saturday March the 21st desperately needing a freezer as mine had just went out and I hkwas losing $100s of dollars worth of meat and veggies. He and nobody else for that matter had any. So...I paid this man $535 for TWO fridges to serve as my freezers. He or his delivery person was to deliver by 4:00. Even called 2 additional times to inquire when hed be there. At about 3:45 he told me they would be there shortly. NOPE!! NO DELIVERY...NO CALL AND NOT OPEN TODAY!! Thief!!

We walked us through a couple of different ones and gave us a great price because we were struggling and havent had an oven for a while. Well, there ended up being an issue with the one we got from him. These things happen, we understand they are preused and he offers a warranty. So we call him and he sends a guy out to replace it at no extra cost! And we live about 30 minutes from the store! Highly recommend a business owner who really does care and goes above and beyond for a struggling family!

They helped us find the perfect one in OUR price range, gave us helpful tips, and wanted what was best for us. As two young kids we greatly appreciated that! We already had a u-haul, Paul loaded it up for us and off we went. My dad was with us and hooked it up, and the first load put water everywhere, right out the bottom. We called, Paul and one of his employees came and turns out it was our fault and the bin just wasnt sitting right. But they stayed so long to be sure that everything was good to go, replaced a part that didnt look perfect, and greased it up. We couldnt have asked for better service and are so thankful!

Very honest business. Ive had them repair a washer and dryer and have also purchased from them. Most recently, I went in to look for a new washer, because the agitator had broken and was tearing our clothes. Explained that to him and he gave me another agitator free of charge.
