Did a curbside order and Gavin was great!! We were missing one item and he went and found it quickly and helped me get them into my truck. Awesome customer service!!

After a mix up, I thought I was going to be getting a work table that I purchased delivered from the store put together but it was delivered still in the box. I called to ask about it and had GREAT customer service from the team at this Home Depot. Mike, one of the managers, spoke with me back and forth directly and had the put together table at my place a few days later. From the people I spoke with on the phone, to the management, and to the delivery team I had an awesome experience.

Traveling to Nashville, had to make a stop at The Home Depot.Clean store, clean parking lot.If my checker would have been nice and in good spirits like the other checker, I would have given this store a 5 Star.No masks required. Social Distancing recommended.

I found the holy Grail of home depots here!They had everything I needed in stock, from the paint I wanted, to the lumber and trim I needed.On top of that, they were exceptionally friendly and helpful. And bonus points for them allowing me to bring my dog in!

Ran in at the last minute to pick up a few things the staff was very helpful in helping me find what I needed the store and restrooms were very clean

Purchased new door lock. Nice and friendly staff. Need more associate cashier lines open, instead of self checkout. Unfortunately, this continues to be a trend of most bigbox stores. Personal service has fallen by the wayside.

Home Depot review in general…it is sad that the store 4 miles down the road had an identical item foe $199 but this store is $219. They refuse to price match so I refuse to give them my business. I will purchase elsewhere.

Went in store for a few things and they had one register open and people lined up with a 30 minute wait, hundred people working and one cashier, and I dont do self check out, I come in the store looking for service and got mad and left

Frustrating customer service. Purchased a stove for a rental unit and carefully confirmed with salesperson and a manager that they would be able to deliver and install it, including a liquid propane conversion and hookup. They confirmed that they could. Upon delivery one month later the delivery team told me it could not be hooked up, but left it and the old stove in the middle of the kitchen. I spoke with a Home Depot manager who assured me they would correct the situation, but never called me back. Finally a week later spoke to another manager who told me I was misinformed from the start and I would have to pay one of their contractors an additional fee to have it hooked up. I had to return the stove. This is a crew that wont stand behind their commitments. Ive lost far more than the stove is worth in lost rent.

Huge but typical Home Depot store with the added benefit of there actually being employees on the floor to help huide you to the product that you are there for.

Went in to get help with my wet circular saw( the blade was rusted and wouldnt come away from the bolt mount); 10mins and the staff helped me🙂👍 and I went to buy a new blade. The new blades were Abit pricey though 😑

This was a pretty disasterous visit. A really young guy tried for about 45 minutes to find inventory the computer said they had before we have up and found them at another store.Like any chain, its just luck of the draw.

With the Home Depot at 8:30 tonight to get a piece of Plumbing for my water to be turned back on. Went to leave just to find out my car would not start. Just got it yesterday. No tolls no jumper cables. Did not know Home Depot sold batteries for automobiles. They stayed open for me to buy a new battery and even a wrench to put it in. I was able to get back on the road and home without a headache thanks to the people of Home Depot they really keep it going.

Had multiple employees ask if I needed help finding anything. Doesn’t usually happen at Lowe’s down the street. Also, the man helping me purchase my riding lawnmower was very helpful. He noticed after I had made the purchase it was refurbished. I had not noticed. He could’ve let me walk out without knowing but instead he made me aware and discounted the price of the mower. Will spend the extra five minute drive in the future to shop here instead of Lowe’s.

I Think Home Depot Is A Very Nice Store To Shop For Different Things You Need For Your Home

Paid for a door install about 6 months ago, on the first attempt they ordered the wrong door, second attempt the door wasnt wide enough so the installer thought itd be fine to make up the difference by not routing the hinges in. On the 3rd install attempt they drove my door through a thunderstorm unprotected, destroying it. That was a week ago still havent heard back with a timeline. I ordered in November, here it is May still I dont have a door.

What can I say about home Depot is the place that men love to go of course I love Lowes too

Placed an on line order. Tracking said it was delivered to the store on Thursday, May 6th. I didnt receive an email that it was ready for pickup. I went to the store to see if it was ready for up. No one could find the order. The computer showed it was delivered, but it could not be found. Manager placed the order again.

Seems to me this store isnt set up right. Usually ceiling fans are near blinds, etc. I find myself hunting for what I need with no offer of help from staff.

Needed a vacuum belt, store site stated it was there!! Associate was plainly uninterested in helping at all!! Its online only. Returned to store today, FOUND the correct merchandise!! I worked RETAIL for 37 YEARS!! I really dispise dealing with ignorance..

Purchased a GE washer/dryer on May 26th. Just had it delivered on June 9th. Today June 10th at almost 3am I received a notification from Google stating the price has dropped by $292. I took a screenshot of the notification and a screenshot of the appliance with the price changed. I got to Home Depot after work to get the price difference and Im told that A screenshot isnt acceptable as proof of the price drop. Oh and on top of that the price went back up on the site as well. Proof is proof. This was not acceptable.

This location is 5-6 minutes from my house, so the commute was great. Parking was a dream. Got a spot close enough to the front door. I found EVERYTHING I was looking for and then more. I actually ended up putting things back because I just didnt really NEED them right then...but I wanted them. Ill have to hit them up, later. A interacted with a couple of associates who were very helpful and I used the NEW self checkout. Theyve upgraded since the last time I was there. I will definitely return in the future to see what goodies have been added.

This location will charge you for a product that you do not receive and refuse you a refund. Even with all the proper proof, receipts and bank statements. The “Manager” apparently doesn’t have the mental capacity to use his own peanut sized brain. Zero leadership skills and couldn’t be more incompetent with his customer service. Will always go out of my way to avoid this location. Good job buddy.

They refused to cut a 10’ piece of PVC pipe so I could fit it in my car. Ending up having to buy a hand saw and cut it in their parking lot. Ridiculous.

Anytime I cannot find an item and I ask a team member they are able to locate it quickly for me and are pleasant. They don’t have as good a selection as the west side target but definitely cannot comparing as they have most of what we need (if you’re looking for pots/planters the selection is more limited.)

Ms. Elizabeth and Mr. Mike in tool repair have been very helpful in my warranty issue on my lawnmower. They did everything they could /can to help me. Thanks guys! yall are most appreciated!

Who doesnt like Home Depot? All the guys and lots of gals love to buy Home Improvement items. This day was just a short run to pick up a couple of sacks of concrete. Staff was very kind and courteous I am disabled, and they went above and beyond to help me get what I needed and even took it to the car and loaded it for me. You only get four stars today because of this is my first trip to this Home Depot and I dont know much about it.

This is one of the best Home Depots I have been to! They have a huge gardening and outdoor section with everything you need at reasonable prices. Also, I had a complicated return and Joseph at the customer service desk handled it like a pro.

Always friendly associates who know exactly where to point me in the right direction and help figure out how best to complete my projects.

We selected home depot Design and remodeling to do a near complete overhaul of our kitchen and we are exceedingly happy about the work and time frame it was finished in! We started planning with Wendy at Briley parkway Home Depot & she was able to walk us through a detailed process in picking out new countertops, floors and details into how we wanted the kitchen to look. She was able to work with us and ensure we didnt exceed our budget limit and there were no surprise costs that you usually hear about other workers. We then worked with.One of the best things about Home Depot is great prices. When the work got started I have some questions and she was able to answer all our questions, get most of the demo work done in under a couple of days.She also were very attentive to the little details that we needed to have handled which was fantastic as we can be a stickler for the little things. We love the look of our kitchen now and will be using Wendy expertise and knowledge when we redo our next projectBottom line is she’s outstanding knowledgeable designer

9/7/21 I go here the young lady rang me up on door lock and door enforcer wanted to know if I want a bag yes gave her 40.00 for 31.48 bill no ones wanted to give me 3.50 in quarters if you run a register ask CSM for change instead of standing around twirling your fingers so customer can go without having to wait for you to get change.

The loading zone is always blocked by customers parking with no effort on home depots behalf. I was blocked in after loading. Ive let them know theres an issue but they put zero effort into enforcing their own rules.

Purchase 6/5/20. I had been searching for a chest freezer for a while now since the whole COVID-19 pandemic. Found one at this Nashville location. I purchased the freezer and also paid for a delivery being I dont live in Nashville. When the delivery day came I called to check status. Come to find out they resold my freezer and didnt even notify me of their mistake. Had I not called I still would have been waiting. That same day I ended up finding one at the Smyrna location. In the end Jack Richardson, at the Nashville location, helped me with the refund of the first freezer and also went an extra mile to make sure I, the customer, was satisfied with the overall service. Shout out to him, Jack Richardson.
