Bring my own phone, specified I wanted the $50/mo plan they sign me up for $60/mo plan. Tell me at end when its time to pay. Signed up for tablet, they added on a $3/mo mcafee service I didnt ask for and they didnt have consent to add.Corporate finally refunded it when I asked if it would be easier to go to my bank and have them reverse the whole transaction as fraudulent. They credited me towards next month for the $10 and then the $3 for the mcafee.This was really unprofessional, dishonest, and fraudulent.

They had a minimal selection of phones to choose from, no working phone to call before I visited.... Got 2 free Samsung A20 and a Tablet, they had no cases for any of these devices, the employee didnβt offer insurance on the tablet because he said metro donβt offer insurance on tablets....(fake news) the worker didnβt tell me my PIN number had to fight with customer service from India. Thatβs was a nightmare! They after the phone call they put my account into a high security state, and gave it another pin in which nobody ever told me..... This location is absolutely terrible, the customer service is awful, even the customer service employees lie about their names.... This is Eddie or Jennifer or Ryan. Sorry but Iβve never heard heavy accented middle eastern people with common America names Iβll calling that BullS**t. I switch out of metro before my month was up. They really are absolutely terrible!!!

I took my new 4 day old phone Back to pcsMetro store to the Representative that Sold the phone to me, Because I needed help and to insure the phone, the Representative at the pcsMetro Store was Uncooperative and this store is Really called 1st Choice Wireless, inc also the Sales Slip said T-Mobile, she added on $10.00 for insurance, when it is only $6.00 per phone line ..on the 7th day there was No Volume for anyone to hear anyone to Call on to Take me Back to pcsMetro store on Main St in Nashua NH, for the 7 day warranty, the Store Representative, would Not help me with the Phone..when I went the Next Sunday another store Representative said he knew nothing about Phones and Come back Tomorrow when the Store Manager owner Would help me with Customer service, the person who took me the day before said She would take me Back to see Store Manager Cancelled and I still have a dysfunctional,Hijacked phone, this same Store Sold me a Used pcsMetro phone yes ago that stopped working after 2 weeks I purchased a pcsMetro phone in 2017 at this Same store, My Nephew Joshua was Supposed to put my Contract s on my Kindle, but Still has the phone and hijacks all my accounts and unlocks my phones with a Woman Named Jennifer Lavoie 43 yes old of Concord NH with her being a User on her Mothers Xfinity Comcast account as [email protected] and has been hijacking My Computer since 2009and 10 The Cyber Police of the Nashua NH Police department unpacked my personal Laptop in 2010 and in 2015 came to my Residence Again and said Gwen you need a Gmail user Name, I Chose one and a Password,.this Woman has Fake Facebook,Accounts and renew them every 60 days,under [email protected] and Someone keeps Changing my Birthdate on Facebook to 1994+1995 and I just Change it to my Real Birthdate, the last phone plan I added Data on the email came back Thank You Alyssa Leger the Nashua Police department removed her on Facebook as Gwen Katz Anthony Chocolate on Facebook in 2019,The Same Detective as in 2010 that unpacked My PC,and is Now Cheif of Police in Nashua NH Sincerely Gwen Katz Anthony [email protected]
The best customer service in the business
If I could leave a negative star I would. Ive been with Metro for 7 years or more and everyone was wonderful. All these new workers you have now are absolutely terrible. None of them seem to have any clue about what theyre doing or phones in general. They dont seem like they want to even be there. Im not one to leave a review let along a negativeOne but Ive never been this disrespected in my life!!! All of them are rude and condescending, and they dont even try to help you. Its all oh I dont know about that Im not sure we dont fix phones blah blah ok you dont fix phones it would be nice if at least they guided me to a place where they can fix the phone. Bought the new Galaxy S10 and paid cash until we paid her she was acting all nervous thinking we are gonna steal the danm phone. Then wanted to buy a screen protector and they didnt have any for my kind so I was forced to order one online. When I went back for them to put it on they gave me a hard time and one of the workers was struggling and had the audacity to tell me if you cant do it on your own you shouldnt buy these kind of protectors, get the glass ones as if I knew I had the option. Then she said cause you see even I am struggling with this if shes struggling and is her job imagine how well I would have done doing it by myself?! I tipped her for doing it so I could leave. Im definitely thinking of changing companies. You need to hire workers that arent miserable in life and could care less. Absolutely horrid customer service.
If there was a way to give negative stars for one particular worker I would. Theres a new young girl who EVERY SINGLE time I go there I have to spend Almost an hour waiting for her to finish hanging out with family and friends and chit chatting with them before I get any service. I wish I got paid to gossip with friends and family while ignoring customers everyday the way she does! Must be nice! She also doesnt even know what shes doing cause once she finally decides shes done hanging out and can now do a little work she always has to have someone else do it or answer a million questions! I dont know her name just know shes a newer worker with long black hair and a very young and even younger work ethic and experience. No doubt she has the job cause she got a hook up from someones and she feels comfortable making customers wait for her to have personal conversations cause whatever friend or family member hired her will never fire her. Ill travel to a further location or even switch phone companies to avoid that place as long as shes working there! Sad because there are some decent workers there. But her and one other chunky one with short hair who just spends her whole time on the phone make it impossible to want to do business there!

Dishonest behavior is the worst, especially when it comes business. Whether itβs pure ignorance or on purpose, it doesnβt even matter. Give yourself a favor, go anywhere else.
My phones volume and audio stop working, went to the Nashua store, they couldnt help me she told me needed to buy new phone, this phone is only a couple of months old. I called the Manchester store on Valley st, no issue they gave me a replacement phone, why couldnt this store do that? I will never go back to this store.
Whoever owns this and Kinsley hires uneducated kids who cant speak English and are clueless about anything and everything. How theyre still in business is beyond me but I hope their pay is as low as their IQ

The worst i pretty much had my money stolen from them ive always paid my bill on time and everything. I bought a new phone and now all of a suddon the shut my phone off the next day and say i owe them $140 this one girl actually robbed me of my money. Bad service dont go the go somewhere else
