Brian is top notch. Spent countless hours working on a phone issue (60+ seconds to even connect to a call before ringing) and never gave up. His knowledge and professionalism is some of the best you will ever find at AT&T. He really is an amazing asset. I know I will be back to this store again just because of him. So Brian, THANK YOU!

I needed to cancel a line but wasn’t allowed to do it over the phone because I had no existing line to use to reset my password. I went into the AT&T store next to Home Depot in Nashua, NH and Ross assisted me. He took care of the situation for me and everything went through seamlessly! God Bless HIM!
Bought a new iPhone 12 and the employee had it shipped to the store. Got a confirmation that it was delivered. Drove to the store and waited in line for 30 minutes to find out they don’t have it. An employee said UPS must have lost and they can’t do anything about it! They told me that they would not order a new phone and they would not contact UPS for me either. Which is ridiculous cause I had no part in the ordering process. Horrible customer service! Switch to Verizon! Save yourself some pain and get better service while you’re at it.

Had a great experience yesterday at this AT&T store in Nashua. Ended up being taken care of by the manager who was fantastic. He was able to get me a discount/trade-in on my current iPhone to a much better version. He also took care of me in regard to my monthly bill and it is now reduced by over a half!
My experience in Nashua When I bought a new phone my sales person Ross Was very informative and helpful. I believe he is a definite Asset to your company.
The two associates who helped me were incredibly helpful, not pushy, and knowledgeable of the products I wanted. They were very efficient and quick, but they made sure I had all of the information I needed to make sure I got the phone I wanted. I would go back to that particular store, no questions asked.

I am AT&T premium customer for 19+ years. Recently, I was offered to trade in my old phone to get S21. I did accept offer, on top upgraded my plan to top of line. Now when I tried to return the old phone to Nashua, NH store I was told that I am not qualified, as my old phone screen is burning. Very disappointing with this kind of service. Contacted AT&T customer service, and they never heard of this screen burning before. Looks like time to change the provider, despite being a loyal customer for years. Truly, unfortunate.

I ordered an I phone 11 on the 19th of January with Brian Liano and it came in today, the 20th of January. I went up to the store and Brian transferred the info from my old phone to the new one. I was very glad that he did this for me as I knew it was going to be done right. He also helped with the purchase of the cover and charger. Brian also answered all my questions and was very professional.I definitely would give this AT&T store and Brian and Alex who was also helpful 5 Stars for their service!!!I will recommend this store and staff to my friends and family.Thank you.
Was just at this store trying to see if they had any iphones and rudly answered no, Didnt even offer to to check another store or even offer some information, Your better off going to the one in the mall next door in the pheasent lane mall,
This is a horrible store and would not go back in ever again, wish i hadnt to start with. sold me the worst phone i have ever had. put on insurance on it after telling them i did not want it. i have been a customer for over thirty years long before cell phones and this is the customer service you get. i have been waiting almost an hour on the phone to get this straightened out to no prevail. ATT does not appreciate or have any kind of customer service or loyalty to their customers. WARNING DO NOT go into this store

Struggled to set up the new phone and the sales associate, Brian, went completely out of his way to make sure I had a working phone before I left the store. The store was closing, and he stayed until it was completed. Very good service!

Went in yesterday to switch from T-Mobile and get a new phone. Was helped by a couple of reps who were all lovely. Ended up having to leave and come back while waiting for a first net authorization code. No biggie. When I came back, I waited for my rep to be available so he could get credit for the sale, again no problem. When I finally got helped, it took a long time to get all the info in and for whatever reason little issues kept arising. No problem, I had time to kill and wanted everything to be done right. Finally walked out the store with my new phone after a divided two hours spent. When I got home, I started transferring all my info over to the new phone and then realized they ported in the wrong cell phone number! I called the 611 help line and they said I had to go back to the store to take care of it. Back here today and have been waiting for an hour (so far, we’ll see how long it takes) to resolve an issue they created. So far regretting wanting to switch over. While their service is friendly, it takes way too long to get anything done in this store.

This AT&T Store is a hidden Gem. The customer service here is always fantastic and they always have hard to find android phones in stock. I purchased the Red Hydrogen One phone from Shawn the customer care rep. and never looked back. He answered all of my questions and then hit it out of the park. AAAAAAAAAA++++++++++ all the way. If you dont want to get caught up in the mall traffic this time of the year definitely hit this place- you wont be disappointed. Keep up the great work Shawn.

I went in with a broken phone, after trying to complete the online process for an upgrade. I went in with two young children and I could already tell they wanted me out as soon as possible. While I have insurance on my phone (which I did NOT want) I was told it was the easiest way to avoid paying my current phone off. which when all was said and done with everything would have been the same price.I was forced into submitting an insurance claim, before I could really grasp the whole trade in BS process. The woman LIED straight to my face and told me that as long as the claim was in by 5 PM that day, I would have my insurance phone replacement tomorrow. Well, what she FAILED to tell me was that they require 1-2 business days to process and ship the phone. So Im still with a broke phone and now cannot cancel the insurance claim, because according to them - its not non refundable, non cancel-able claim. Awesome. If it wasnt such a pain in the rear end to switch carriers I would leave.We used to like this store... since the old Manager left, it sucks. Not going back.

Amazing, I had a problem with my bill that no store was able to fix for me. I found out Brian R was the manager in NH, and that he would be the right person to help. I went there explained the issue to Brian, he figured out the solution and had Shawn work on the account until both of them fixed the issue on my account. I’m glad I went there and will be sending referrals to them. Thank you Brian and Shawn!!!

I went in to start a new service and was greeted instantly when walking in. The whole process took about 30-45 minutes total and was very easy. My friend went with me and she brought her 3y/o son and would you believe they have a small collection of kid toys there? Cause they do! And that was surprising as Ive had Sprint and Verizon before and they dont have toys for kids to be distracted with. Overall Im beyond happy with this store.

The service provided at this location is excellent. Alex S., in particular, has provided great personalized service in the few years since he convinced me to leave Sprint after having their service for about fifteen years. I have several phones and tablets for my business with AT&T, and am able to get service at this store much more quickly and efficiently than at my old providers store a block away. The last time I made a hardware and plan purchase, I gave the store a call late one evening to see what my potential options were. Alex invited me in immediately despite the hour, and was able to get me multiple tablets that night. He even stayed late to configure them. The AT&T business website leaves something to be desired, but the staff at this store have always gone out of their way to compensate for that with super customer service. If youre in the market for a new phone plan or tablet, try this store!

I wanted to switch from my previous cell phone provider and was recommended to switch to at&t by my brother in law. I came in to look for a plan and new phone. I was greeted by Mikhailla Colon, I told her what I was looking for and she was very helpful in setting me up with a plan and phone. Mikhailla Colon recommended the iphone8 that comes with the plan, went online to migrate my mobile number over to at&t and got me all set up. She was very friendly and made this process very easy. She spent several hours with me on the phone and in the store in setting up my new iphone8. Coming from an Android device I had a lot to learn and Mikhailla walked me through the process. Her customer service is 2nd to none and she really knows her stuff. She was very courteous and professional. If I need and trouble shooting or mobile phone needs I will reach out to Mikhailla. She gets a 5 star ⭐️ rating from me. Thank you Mikhailla
