Very nice furniture store with very high prices. Wanted to shop for a couple chairs for my counter, and the only ones less than five hundred (seriously, for a counter chair!) you have to buy all four. And the price was still high, almost five hundred each.I would have asked about them, but no one was available so I left.UPDATE: I was contacted by the store manager Gary and asked to return so that they could remedy my first impression. Mission accomplished. And I bought the counter chairs I was interested in.Thanks Norris !!

Our store representative was and continues to be Maggie Sullivan. She is simply outstanding in every facet of furniture sales. She is an excellent listener and has a broad knowledge of the various product lines. She can speak to the construction used by the different lines which is important to making a decision about the level of the purchase. I have always believed in the adage that you get what you pay for. Good furniture is expensive and Maggie knows it is a large personal investment so she is careful at guiding you through the process . We felt her manner and her calm approach to sales was critical for our purchase.

Jackie Drake is an incredible designer. We have been working with Jackie for about 2 years and every time we are looking for something new for our home we check with her and we are never disappointed. She is patient and insightful and somehow knows exactly what we are looking for. Love her!!!

I highly recommend Norris Furniture for you home furnishing needs. When we purchased our home we wanted to use just a few of our existing furniture pieces and build around what we had. No problem, Candace our designer at Norris made it very easy for us to coordinate new pieces and still use what we wanted to keep. Our project turned out fabulous and we are very happy with our selections and the timely manner in which our items were delivered. I don’t like to decorate, but Candace made it effortless and enjoyable.

I ordered my new bedroom furniture completely online! I found the online sales associate, Dante, very responsive and helpful. I did some research on my own but without being able to actually see the furniture, solicited Dante for an opinion in regards to the exact color and finish. The feedback was very helpful! Dont have the furniture yet, but the sale and purchasing process was very successful and completely online.

Marilee was pretty incredible today. She really took the time to get to know us and listened to what we were saying. This has been a great experience thus far.

We have so enjoyed our experience at Norris Furniture and Interiors. While the store is beautiful on the inside, what has really made our time there special is our meeting designer/consultant, Neika Kentner. We started out as strangers and we now feel like trusted friends. Neika gave suggestions without making us feel like we were making poor decisions with our choices. She understands design and shared that intelligence with us. She had a great sense of humor and made the entire experience fun. We moved here from Colorado and had a whole house to furnish and we have done that with the help of Neika. To be fair to Norris Furniture, my review only applies to the outlet store that I visited and is just an opinion of what I experienced. Unfortunately, the store upon entering reminds me of the scratch and dent warehouse that Rooms To Go has near their distribution warehouse in Lakeland Florida. It appeared that everything I looked at was a customer return of some sort, as an example there was a motion sectional in a grey fabric that had visible yellowish stains on the cushions *(sweat? urine? body oils?) and the motorized footrest did not function on one side. So a non- working, stained sectional is selling for the reduced price of $5500, and I would not want this in my house if it was given to me in all honesty. Every piece seems to have cracks, scratches or damage of some sort which is the reason it becomes an outlet piece. Many pieces are one only, such as bar stools or dining chairs, which makes them virtually useless without a mate. I understand that it is high end furniture when it is new but damaged goods of that nature and non-matching pieces of a set have very little value, if any, to most all of us. So that one of a kind bar stool thats damaged and I need two more of is only $1200.

This was an incredibly positive experience and I’m no fan of furniture shopping. But Ms. Jackie Kessler was so polite, professional and knowledgeable that I’m not resisting my wife’s next trip. We are furnishing our retirement home and Ms. Kessler’s wealth of design experience and superb taste greatly eased the family room setup. Her suggestions and recommendations were all on target! We will be asking for her by name for all future trips, and we still have a few. Her patience was so appreciated because we went back and forth a few times before deciding in the final arrangement and she makes you feel like you’re her only customer. Norris has excellent furniture; high quality, fashionable and very competitively priced. And Jackie went out of her way to help us get the best value for our money. If you need help in Naples, I’d highly recommend you go see her.

The store looks at first confusing with large showrooms on both floors that might leave you uncertain. But when helps come, things get clearer and clearer. The choices are overwhelming. The price might be attractive or convincing. The service is outstanding. We returned various time and every time we were convinced about more purchases. We are still impressed and made Norris a must see location for any furnishing.

A friend recommended Norris Furniture and that was good enough for us!I should have done more due diligence!We were.... and still are ..,,,so dissatisfied and disappointed!We ordered our sofa, arm chair., leather recliner along with Lexington end tables and console.It is hard to imagine so many issues associated with one living room order...To top everything off the furniture is less than two years old and we’ve had issues since the day it was delivered ( cushions not fitting correctly... leather chair arms buckled and leather not stretched correctly .....screening incorrect on the print armchairAfter one year the end table on the inside is splitting)To use the word customer service and NorrisFurniture in the same paragraph is laughable!
