I would give 6 stars if possible. Caroline and her team (Raquel and Morgan) made our house magical. We interviewed several top design firms not only in Naples but as far away as Orlando. Glenn nailed it when he put this very talented “trio” together. They listened to what we wanted and gave us great suggestions. If we didn’t like something..they would come back with more suggestions until we were happy. Even after we have moved in their follow up continues! It a great feeling when trades people come into your home and comment on how everything looks so put together and flowing. I would HIGHLY recommend using Design West.

It has been an absolute pleasure to work with the Design West team. Aside from design being amazing, they are extremely professional, timely, transparent, and want the best for their clients. After having struggled for over two years in visualizing a renovation project in Naples, I brought Design Wests Kim Bright onto the project and she delivered the perfect solution. They have all the right talent and resources to successfully deliver on a project from concept to completion. I was also impressed with the patience the Team had in working with us. I will certainly call them for my next project.

My experience with Kim Bright was very professional. After meeting her in Naples, I consulted with her about outdoor lighting, floor coverings and natural stone counters. I have not done the work yet, but I was impressed with the design firm and the timeliness of her follow up.

The name should be “Design WORST”. Most dishonest design company I’ve ever hired. Project management is a joke, I dismissed three terrible site supervisors for incompetence. One, the firm’s lead supervisor was subsequently fired. A three-week cabinet install was in process for three months and the end product was never finished, and a much more talented Wood Workers of Naples was hired and paid by me to correct the poor quality and mess created by D Worst original subcontractor. Wallpaper installer left the job in January 20 but has never returned even after many promises to do so. I paid for $35,000 in rugs that have never been delivered! Think twice before you are lured into this company by the owner’s promises. Not quality and honesty here. How lame is that the rave reviews above include two of the owner’s children. All phoney!

I toured the show room, really neat stuff in there. One of the representatives gave me a demo of the Bang and Olufsen sound systems in stock and I must say, I was blown away.

We are finishing our first new home project with Caroline Ficquette and the rest of the Design West team and to say we are very pleased as to how the project has turned out would be an understatement. We hired Design West to plan and develop the interior finish schedule, material selections and specialty designs and everything has turned out as good or better than expected. Working with designers can sometimes be a challenge depending on the personalities involved, however Caroline has been a true professional and a pleasure to work with. When we needed an answer quickly, an answer was provided. When we needed creativity for a certain aspect in the home, Caroline and the team rose to the challenge.
