Far from Paradise. The sink is defective. Called them 8 weeks ago, never got ordered, called agin 2 weeks ago, been trying to get an update for 3 days, finally today another so called service person now say there is no supporting documentation so again the sink is not on order.Not to mention that the cabinet base is poorly constructed, coming apart at the seams, side burner has large gap when installed. Paid $12000 for the run around for poorly made equipment. I didn’t get a good feeling today that they were going to do anything, the kitchen was put in back in November 2020. And I have to pay to install the new sink if they ever send me one. Customer service people have all told me that they have a better sink model than before, today they denied that to be true.8-3 updateFinally able to get a supervisor on the phone,Scheduled a service call for 2 weeks from today, hopefully we will get some satisfaction. I will update my experience

5 calls for warranty issues. No reply. Dead short when I first plugged in ruining the GFI. Obviously it never tested at factory. Units are not wired to National Electric Code. Very sloppy workmanship as well. After sale support is none existent. I ended up fixing the problem myself.

Buyer Beware! In February my Tiki Bar blew down with winds less than 20 miles per hour. It took almost 2 months for the repair. What do you know it happened just 3 weeks ago again, only minor wind gusts. So the company scheduled a repair for December 3rd. No one showed up. I called and they apologized there was a mix up. Fine, when can you come back. They replied not until the end of December or early January. So you are telling me for the 4 best months of the year Im with out this over priced, useless Tiki bar. Guess what they offered me a grill cover. Not to mention holding onto the funds I paid up front for the repair. The photo with the brown tarp is from February and the other 2 are the recent photos.

Super nice place! Showed my parents this place as were building a pool, has everything you could possibly need for outdoor kitchens! The worker Santiago was so charming and just such a nice person! If you ever need anything, go to him!

After spending approximately $30,000 on 2Outdoor kitchens and a tiki bar we have found that the customer service is non existent. We have tried 4 times to have someone call us back regarding a new order and absolutely no response. I have even tried head office and the same results. Good product but less than acceptable customer service.

Went in to purchase an outdoor kitchen for my new house and was very satisfied with the product! My wife was most pleased as well, our sales guy Santiago worked with us even during his days off to make sure we had the setup that would suit us perfectly. We originally went in to just get ideas as our house wont be built for another few months, until we learned they would hold our kitchen for up to a year! There was no obstacle Santiago couldnt find a way around. If I could give more than 5 stars I wouldve given more! Keep up the great work fellas!

Extremely disappointed in the service. Internal electrical system got fried. Replaced and changed the BBQ with the same unit and same defective parts. Came out 3 times to fix the unit and didnt have the correct parts with them. Service person said they would come out the next day and never showed up. Left several messages for a call back from a senior management person and continue to receive excuses why they are not available. Save yourself the money and headaches. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM PARADISES GRILLS. They are AWOL now. They do not backup their products. Great sales people but dont expect any service once they take your money.

Paradise Grills offers beautiful built-in grill units that are well constructed and reasonably priced. Anthony was a great sales manager and he went out of his way to accommodate my special requests.The Naples showroom is amazing - they have every configuration imaginable from large to small and many options for grill units, fire pits, and tiki huts. We were thinking about installing and outdoor kitchen and bar area but wasnt quite sure how or what we wanted to do. After spending consider time online reading and looking I had a fairly good idea what I wanted to do. However, I wasnt sure if I could buy pre-made units to fit my space or if I would have to have them custom made. So we decided to go shopping and see what is available. We were still in the thinking/shopping phase and the first place we stopped was Paradise Grills in Naples. We met a very nice and accommodating young salesman by the name of Roger. He was very helpful and insightful without being pushy. They had a couple of units that would almost fit perfectly into our space. Unfortunately the bar unit was about an inch to long. After talking with his manager, he was able to get us a custom unit direct from the factory. We still werent certain that we were ready to purchase and this was the first place we stopped. However, they made us a deal we couldnt refuse. The units were delivered when they said and installed. They did everything they promised and even through in a couple of extras. We came in under what we had budgeted and they exceeded our expectations. Roger was great to work with and followed up on several occasions to keep us informed on the progress and also to see if we were happy. Great company to do business with and can help you with planning your outdoor room.

THIS IS WHAT GRILLING IS ALL ABOUT !!! When building a Lennar home I was worried about placement of a grill because Lennars patio option is only 8ft wide. I walked into Paradise Grills looking for just another Grill/flat top set up on wheels. I was missing out on the beautiful products they carry here. Delivery came and two gentleman (Derrick and Kevin) were the most professional installers they have been to our new home bringing items. There are many grill companies out there but when it is all said it done I dont mind paying for the quality of customer support I received from these three gentleman.
