Ive honestly never had such bad customer service, and I purchased from them in late July; understandably, things will take a while to get delivered, but as a customer, I expect to be kept in the loop and not feel like Im a burden, actually have my calls answered and not excuses every 5 mins after I call sending me a text or when he does answer sounds like he doesnt want to be bothered. I thought saving money going with a small store, spend the money at a room to go and save the Burden and headache. Its November, and Im still waiting for my order.

My go to place for Ashley furniture and they beat Ashley’s prices. The gentlemen that delivered did a great job putting together the pieces in a quick and efficient manner. Took all boxes and trash with them. Love my new dining room set and bedroom set.

I have been shopping for furniture for quite some time for my condo. After visiting a few big box stores and feeling bulliedt into purchasing I came across this small personal store off the beat and path. At first I was unsure if they(Yavuz) had what I wanted but to much surprise he has a large ammunition unishion of catalogs that have a large variety of styles. Terrible experience. I ordered a table on April 22nd. Was told it be delivered May 8th. Then it was on back order for weeks. Finally they said the table came in on May 28th. Claims the truck broke down on the way here. 2 days later he says the table was never on the truck and he would refund me. I never heard from him until I kept pestering for my refund I never recieved. He keeps saying hes issued it. Today is June 11th, and Im still waiting for my refund seems I will never recieve back! Never have I seen such unprofessionalism in my life! Very disappointed.

I have found my furniture store. I had seen a dining room set on line and went there to see it. They did not have it but ordered it and if I didnt like it I wouldnt have to take it. AMAZING. No pressure. I loved it and bought it. The honesty and comfort I felt there means it is the only furniture store for me.

After being screwed over by Ashley/City Furniture of saying our new Sofa would be delivered on 9/16 to receive a text that morning stating it won’t be delivered until 10/26 we canceled the sofa and I was so upset... we just moved to Naples and literally had already had no furniture for 3 weeks to find out we wouldn’t have any place to sit for an additional month was not going to work.We googled furniture and FURNISH N SAVE popped up and THANK GOODNESS IT DID! Not only did they have a great selection at the store but you also get the option of look through there online catalog and picking from those options as well. They even had the exact same sectional we had originally purchased at Ashley’s/City Furniture for less cost and additional piece to sectional.Needless to say we purchased an entire new sectional prettier then original for an amazing price (less then original also) and they had it in my home 1 week later!!! Had a wonderful experience with this company. Called them late afternoon and asked if they could get me a bedroom set delivered same day. They told me they could but it would be late. Sure enough they delivered and set up my bedroom set at 10:00 PM. I live 1 hour away from the store and they still came. This company truly puts their customers first. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was professional and very polite. The delivery guys were very nice and did a great job putting our furniture exactly where we wanted it. As for the product it is beautiful and is sturdy. I will always look first to Furnish n Save anytime I need furniture. I strongly reccomend them. I recently purchased a dining set at the Naples location, and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I had bad experience with this is store. Delivery twice as long as promised. the purchased sofa was delivered with many defects, the pillows are stuffed in a completely different material than was shown in the store. abandoning this sofa, the owner lifted the fee for refusal, also brought the wrong bed that was ordered, waited one month for a replacement, and so we are still waiting
