Went in and was greeted by Max. He was extremely helpful! He made shopping very easy and enjoyable. I found everything I was looking for and everything was in stock. Received all my furniture with white glove delivery service. Everything looks amazing!!

BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT SHOP HERE. When I stumbled across this place, I was never so excited about furniture. Beautiful, modern, contemporary furniture. I could furnish my whole house in one store at reasonable prices. The service is the worst I have ever experienced/nonexistent. No one answers the phone or returns messages. You have to call the Miami store to get anything done at which point they call the same guy that wont answer the phone to try to get him to do something. I spent 8,000 and so far I have 2 piece of furniture out of 11 that are not either damaged or poorly made. Contacted the manager, sent what he requested, no answers. This place is a complete scam and waste of money. Shop anywhere else but here as I ordered this furniture the last week of October. Brought the last of it today 12/18....damaged so now I get to start over with calling the store where they wont answer the phones.

We had an extremely troublesome glitch in resolving an issue with one of our purchases that no one was able to resolve except our original salesman, Brett Cary, at the Naples store. If it wasnt for Brett going the extra mile for us I dont think the problem would ever have been corrected. He not only has the talent but he cares.

Beautiful modern furniture and accessories, plus a helpful, attentive and knowledgeable staff. MH2G (Modern Home To Go) creates a lot of their furniture themselves, which is nice to know. If you like transitional, modern or contemporary furniture and furnishings, this Naples store is for you!

Astounded by the service. The showroom, product and sales team were excellent. However, the supply chain execution is maddening. I ordered product in October, specifically ordered product that was in the warehouse as I had an empty home and needed the items. I paid and left, was told I would get a call on Monday for delivery. Weeks passed and no call ever occured. I called my sales person who was out. and was told by the receptionist that a message was left with my sons. The phone number I provided was my cell, no message was left. I was then told that my billing name is Liz and the shipping address was Elizabeth, and that might be the issue. Are you kidding me? I then called my sales person again and he was able to get a response from the delivery team. I called back to get no answer and no voicemail. ?!?!?! I called the showroom again, they were able to get the delivery team to call me, I was on hold for what seemed an eternity with an incredibly rude person and then just asked them to call me back with a date. The date was too late, I called back left a voice mail and never heard back. I cancelled my order. No customer should have to put up with such terrible service and treatment. Do yourself a favor. Don’t shop here.

We purchased dining chairs. A problem with the base of one of the chairs was noticed after delivery. MH2G Naples responded and allowed us to exchange the chair for one in their showroom. We are pleased with our purchase and enjoying their look and comfort.

Purchased glass expandable dining room table. Very good quality and very good price. Sales personnel very knowledgeable and pleasant. Delivery people worked around my schedule.

Was a nice place. Lots of wooden options with modern accenting. Workers were nice as well.

Furniture delivery was scheduled on 3 dates. First the 17th of December (Which was rescheduled in advance), then the 16th, then the 19th. At first we were flexible because we understand companies can sometimes be unable to fulfil their obligations the first and maybe even the second time. To receive a phone call on the morning of the 19th that they were unable to deliver our furniture was absurd. I am unsure how companies with terrible customer service continue to stay in business. We had ordered the furniture nearly 3 weeks in advance to ensure we had it for the family over the Holidays. After being jerked around by this company there will be no place for me and my family to enjoy the outdoors over the holiday.

From our dealings with Brett, the sales associate who helped us, to the wonderful delivery guys, who drove over from Miami twice, everything was great! We bought quite a bit of new furniture from MH2G as we really appreciated the classy look of the furniture that they sell. My wife and I would highly recommend MH2G as a great place to do business, especially if you are in the market for exciting and contemporary furnishings.

My husband and I have been shopping for an occasional chair for our family room forEVER! Today we went to MH2G and met Brett Cary the showroom manager who was very personable, answered all of our questions and still gave us the room to browse at our own pace. When we saw their Barcelona chair and ottoman we knew it was the one! Be still my heart! Brett answered all of our questions about the chair and while he was doing that my attention drifted to the deep pile rug it was displayed with. Brett showed us all the color options and practical care instructions as he has the same rug in his home. We came in looking for a chair and left with the chair of our dreams and the most awesome area rug! And Brett? He gets a ten out of ten for knowing his inventory so well and for his design sense. If you haven’t visited MH2G yet you really should go.

Purchased an outdoor furniture set at this store at a cost of approximately $2500. Furniture arrived in different color than we had selected. Was told that the color we had selected was old stock and was no longer available.We asked for pick up of furniture and refund.Nearly 3 months later they still refuse to pick up the furniture and process the refund. We have filed a small claims lawsuit against MH2G.
