Can’t believe I experienced the worst costumer service in my life!! I was asking for help and the employee seemed so grumpy when trying to help me, i did not feel comfortable with the attitude i was receiving especially because i was going through a hard time! Please consider caring employees who actually like helping others and enjoy showing up to work with empathy! I guess i will probably drive down to the Walmart a couple minutes away from now on …
This super target is located near my house on the corner of Tarpon Bay and Immokalee Rd in North Naples. As a real estate agent with Domain Realty time is always my most valuable commodity. The tart app feature is one of the best around. I can select what I want when I am heading home and then tell them I am on my way. The quality of products sent home with me when I used the Drive Up order pickup option. It was obvious that my groceries had not be refrigerated after the order was gathered. Raw meat & sour cream was nearly room temperature, the shredded lettuce was a mushy clump of gross, and the frozen products were half thawed. I will not be using the online ordering for groceries in the future.

We are from Ohio, and we stopped in for a couple of things. Our 9 yr old son is collecting Pokemon cards so whenever we stop in a big store we take a look for some. Today we checked the front area and like normal there was none to be found. The store manager said to go back to the toy section and check there because there were sometimes a small amount there. We went back to the toy section and asked one of the store associates named Rek where the pokemon cards were. He was very helpful and pointed us in the right direction. Well of course this area was empty too. Rek came up to us and said that he would go check the back to see if he could find any more in the stock room. When he returned he had found a pokemon tin of cards!The look on my sons face was priceless as Rek handed the pokemon tin to him. We were overly impressed with the level of care and customer service that Rek provided.He made this boys day!Thanks Rek, you are awesome !!
This location is by far the worst when it comes to being stocked and organized. I find myself going to Pine Ridge location everytime .. which sucks because it’s not near my house.

Never in my life did I think I’d have to complain about Target’s customer service as they seem so on top of everything and appear to be very customer friendly. Today that changed. I am 5 months pregnant and my generous mother purchased our first item off of our registry which was a big one - our crib. It came to us damaged. We were instructed to return it to the store. When we got there we were immediately met with the “I don’t know what you want me to do” response. So we asked to speak to the service manager and were met with the same response. I said, “well I can’t put a baby in a broken crib”. He said he is only able to give me store credit which is awful for a few different reasons: they don’t offer the cribs in store, my mother is without the $200 she paid for the crib, and we are now without a crib. The manager would not hear us out. I provided gift receipts, card numbers, and multiple emails regarding the purchase. Nothing was good enough for him, and us taking up his time was continuously met with multiple eye rolls and “I don’t know what you want me to do” responses. We took the store credit and will be pulling the rest of our registry. Please, if you’re pregnant, consider a different provider, especially if most of your family is from out of town like mine. Horrible customer service and constant back talk. The customer service manager’s name is James and from what I can gather, his staff is not impressed with him either as he barked orders at them while ignoring our issue. I’ve talked to corporate but wanted to help other mothers-to-be out. Unfortunately, target failed on this end. We were willing to work out the kinks to get a simple exchange but an exchange was not an option in this system. Instead of being met with apologies and empathy (which we would have accepted) we were met with attitude and eye rolls. Completely unacceptable for a company of this magnitude.
Best Target store in North Naples is the best Target store its quiet and no music you can think in there as a shopper be relax and stay in the store longer to buy more things thats what I like about that store plus everybody is so kind and helpful.

Racially profiled by security in this location for absolutely no reason. He pretended to shop and practically was ON TOP of me when I was shopping in the beauty section. He didnt have a mask on and certainly wasnt six feet away. Train your staff to not be threatened by skin color when were simply shopping like EVERY one else. Absolutely ludicrous and disgusting behavior, and yet seems to be the norm for many Target locations.
Big, spacious with lots of great pantry staples at fair prices. Large frozen food section. Its Target, the employees and they have what you need. It is open late so that is convenient.

This store is absolutely filthy from the outside parking lot cluttered w carts, before you walk in the door the garbage overflowing w trash, the inside restaurant overflowing w garbage, the floors filthy everywhere, the dressing rooms are a mess, clothes are scattered everywhere and Absolutely NOTHING is ORGANIZED!! I have NO idea who the GM is of this store but they have NO pride in this store and the employees who walk by trash not picking it up plainly show the lack of respect they ALL have NOT ONLY for themselves but for this store, management and the Community.

I have been shopping at Tarpon Bay Target for years and it is always a pleasant experience. It was the only store I could depend on for paper good needs during the pandamic; especially during the first few months when Publixs shelves were empty. More importantly, the Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction is amazing there. Yesterday I shopped there and left one of the bags of products that I had paid for behind; worth close to $20. When I got home I realized that I had also declined a receipt. I called Customer Services and was so fortunate to have Marissa answer the phone. When I explained my story she said I remember you! I was your chashier and I brought your bag to Customer Services hoping that you would call. She saved it with Angie for my husband to pick up and there were no issues at all. Jason, the ETL is obviously doing a wonderful job with coaching and encouraging Quality Customer Service with his employees.
I placed a pick order at 10am, which was promised to be done at 2pm. I had to get more items at target so I went there with the mind set that my items will be there. It is 2:30pm and my items are still not ready. I asked customer service to help. She said without a bar code or the “done email she can’t help me. I asked her, “if I give you my id can you help track it; because I’ve had an order get over looked before.” She repeated “with the bar code or the done confirmation numbers she can’t do anything. She does work in the back and all she does is give the items to customer.”I am a loyal target customer and I am beyond furious at this point. Your customer service has gone down. People pay extra to shop at target for the customer service.I am very disappointed. And if you’re wondering. No I haven’t gotten my items!!!
Very nice and clean location! Surprisingly large produce section. I would like to see the management do a better job at having an appropriate amount of cashiers available. Long lines and two cashiers doesnt work. Although there are self check out lanes, when the line gets long customers want to feel appreciated for their business and not have such a long wait.
My preferred store for anything from groceries to household items to pharmacy type items. So much better prices than other stores I used to visit.

Selection, pickup, pricing - all fantastic. Shopping app is a bit clumsy in terms of what qualifies for delivery, drive up, pickup, etc. Would like to see expanded options for fresh and refrigerated groceries on the drive up/pickup option. I realize this will come with time, but Target has a good start with distancing shopping.
This target has continued to give me issues with drive up! Today was the cherry on the top not only did they not answer phones but we waiting almost an hour for drive up no one showed up finally my husband went into the store just to be told no one was going to come out because it was raining, we didn’t receive a courtesy call, email or anything what’s the point of drive up if they pick and choose when to come out with zero heads up we weren’t even able to call in because of course no one answered their lines. The target with the worst customer service hands down and I’ve never had issues with a Target except this one, either with professionalism, Rude employees it’s baffling.
Ive previously undergone two tenures of employment with Target corporation,the first from March of 2017 until July of 2017 and the second from March of 2019 I believe until May of 2019.My first tenure with this company was a highly enjoyable one because just prior to March of 2017 I had never worked within the retail industry before and was very keen on trying something new, obtaining a new skill set, meeting new people from all walks of life etc,by July of 2017 I believe I managed to achieve all of these personal ambitions.I eventually moved on with my head held up high as well as being thankful for the opportunity that had been granted to me six months earlier that year,it basically really helped me to come out of my normally reserved shell.Fast forwarding to my second tenure with the company which I believe started in March of 2019 and ultimately concluded in April of 2019 if my memory serves me correctly here.Anyway upon returning home from an overseas trip to the United Kingdom I received word from a relative that the company was looking to hire some new people just in time for the start of the spring season here in the south-west FL region.Given my past experience with the company that being a highly positive one I jumped at the chance to apply for a vacant position only to be told that was I really after(front end) wasnt available unfortunately but a position with the in store Starbucks sub contract was.Anyway I really needed the money in order to contribute towards paying off my student loans so I reluctantly said yes to the offer despite it not being my first choice.Little did I know that upon starting this job the individual charged with management and supervision of this respective department would turn out to be incredibly unpleasant, highly dismissive,judgmental, unsympathetic, rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, ill mannered and quite frankly full blown flat out nasty that this person made the work environment feel absolutely unbearably toxic and painfully awkward to the extent this person in question here had the nerve to tell me to my face that they basically indirectly didnt want me working there etc.I never been made to feel so uncomfortable like that in a professional situation.Id also just prior to accepting this job had never had the misfortune of meeting such an unpleasant person before.I suffer from high anxiety something for which I medicate for daily,I voluntarily shared this piece of personal information with the company thinking they would understand and respect it, my experience was quite the opposite unfortunately because I didnt get this impression from them in the slightest and I still to this day feel quite disappointed by that.This individual in question that was responsible for the operation of three respective departments located at the front of the store didnt just lack basic professionalism in my opinion but standard humanity.I say that because this individual voluntarily shared a piece of personal information with me about their previous career and I couldnt help but wonder how they survived in that respective world especially given the attitude they took in this line of work we unfortunately had to endure together.However with all of the above being said,I can only sincerely thank the company very much for having provided me with opportunities to help develop new skill sets along with earning some extra money towards paying off my student loans.Since parting ways with you Ive been working within my respective area of expertise.My second tenure with you I dont like to say it was HORRIBLE but a certain individual I worked along side of made me to come to that conclusion though.Thank you very much for allowing me to share my opinions with you of my most recent tenure post relationship.I REALLY dont want to give you a negative rating but my most recent experience with you was very disappointing indeed.Honesty is key wouldnt you agree?.

I am so sorry that I did not make a note of her name because she was great. I am sure that it is extremely stressful to be working in the current conditions and I want to thank every store associate for continuing to work and assist patrons. Way to go Team Target!

Was there today saw a woman with her cart overflowing with lysol cleaner. Shame on management for allowing this and not putting a limit on disinfect cleaners at this time. She left 4 bottles because she couldnt reach them. Please managers get with the current situation and help us all out. As far as the nasty consumer in gloves, mask ect. Your a disgrace to human race !

I went to Target late in the evening. An hour within closing time to be exact. I had been there earlier today and I purchased the wrong colored item, so i went back to exchange it. Nicole and Kevin were amazing! I give them five stars, five diamonds. Near closing time most associates vanish and roll their eyes at shoppers. They did not. They helped me find what I needed- I was having trouble finding it on the shelves- They were wonderful! High five Target! Nicci and Kevin are phenomenal!

Tried to buy a pizza from the cafe but the woman was struggling with the register. She said that she couldn’t ring in it and got “I’m sorry” instead of finding a solution. If she rang it up as ANYTHING else I wouldn’t have cared. All I wanted was the pizza, but all they got was a no sale.
Its easy to order what I need so I dont have to get toddler in and out of car. Response/delivery time is quick and employees are always polite.

I witnessed an interaction between a heavy set lady name Tiffany and yelling a a smaller employee name Maria. It made my shopping experience very uncomfortable because the heavy set lady was yelling at her in front of everybody. Maria handled it well because she was apologizing to her. Tiffany was talking down to her and completely degrading her in front of everyone. I’m shocked the way target allows one employee to treat another! Horrible! I felt so bad for Maria. I couldn’t continue shopping. I walked out. It was so bad. Wow, no respect! I will be shopping a Publix instead, Where they actually treat everyone with respect.
I like Target. They have most everything very reasonably priced. I bought my 29 Schwinn Hammersly bicycle from that store a year ago.Target isnt completely swamped either. The customer service is also very good. Plus I have found stuff there that I couldnt find anywhere else. Definitely recommended.

I bought a product that I saw was on clearance for a decent price. After paying I got home and saw I paid full price (i was in a hurry). I went back to guest services a few days later and explained that I had bought the product and it was on a shelf with like 15 other same items that said clearance and told her the price it said. I had the product and the receipt. She basically accused me of lying and told me they were never on sale while fake laughing. I said I would show her or take a picture of where they were if the clearance sign was still there. She laughed and told me uhh yeah.. no. then turned away before I could say anything. I worked at Target before and in this situation they would have just given the balance, it was literally a $10 balance. I walked out and dont plan on going back. Terrible customer service

Ill give a 4 start because I love the store but I am expecting our second baby in February and I have been trying for a month now to see of I can get the free baby sample bag for having a baby registry and I keep getting told they havent gotten any orders in for it and its starting to be really disappointing. You guys need to take down that offer if you arent gonna be stocked up. So I took my business else where to help us prepare for our second little baby.

Normally I really like this store. But tonight the bathroom was downright shameful to whomever is in charge today. It does not get like this in a short time. The checklist on the door actually indicates it was last checked at 4:30 p.m. on October 10. Today is October 14 9:20 p.m. no wonder no toilet paper and complete travesty of a mess.

Took me a while to write a review because i gave the manager at this place the benefit of a doubt that she would do what she promised. A month later and not a peep from her. Shopped at this Target location in early March. Since our total was more than $200, the cashier wanted to see the card as per store policy according to her. She also was pushing me to apply for a debit card. I declined the application but naively gave the card to her and she proceeded to read out loud the security numbers at the back of the card as if she was giving it to someone nearby. I was stupid and naive enough not to notice it but my wife did. She told me but i didnt think anything of it. Other stores have asked to see the back of the card before. Three days later, my card was declined while dining out with my family. Called the credit card company and sure enough, someone tried to go shopping using my card info but they didnt have the billing address so it was flagged. I filed a complaint with the store manager who claimed to be the cashiers boss. She promised me they would investigate and review their security cameras. She also promises me she will call back with an update. I asked her if there have been other complaints against the particular cashier similar to mine. She said there have been a couple complaints filed. Why in the world is she still working there. Target just lost us as customers. I will also file another complaint at the corporate level. This is ridiculous!
I normally like shopping at target. But today only one open checkout sent me to self checkout. Had trouble with fresh produce scanning and redeeming a gift card. If I wanted to work at Target, I would have applied.

I am not from here and needed to stop here in Naples for some things.... Nobody was around to ask anything,, and this cashier that had a problem with her register, after i put ALL my stuff on belt she shut it down and left... I wasnt sure what happened, but she didnt even acknowledge me yet walked away from the register. I packed all my stuff in my cart and looked around... Maybe this is common practice here, but, where im from acknowledgment in a store for a customer is so important to their business. I probably wont frequent this place and tell others to try a different Target. Im not sure what happened to customer service, but, its not here in this Target. Look elsewhere.
