Other computer repair companies have come and gone, but Naples PC remains strong. Naples PC does not regard his competitors with spite or his clients with superiority, but rather he treats them with utmost respect regardless of the sex. Naples PC does not rule his workers with an iron fist but guides them to the light with a cup of coffee, not to be confused with John Coffeeman from the Green Mile, which is who they call when they needs an iron fist. Well I was suffering a problem with my pc since about a year ago when I built it myself. Let me tell you I never thought after an entire year of trying to fix a stutter that I would never find the problem that plagued me and haunted me in my dreams. I had a very positive experience with Naples PC where I had a tight timeframe and needed a transfer of data to a new computer. Nate was by far the most knowledgeable computer technician I have ever met. He not only re--installed my complete operating system, but he optimized my computer and even straightened out my files. My computer was running slow and had lots of glitches each morning - like no internet or cant open that.... After Nate optimized it and deleted lots of malware (not supposed to be an issue on a mac) its running much faster without the previous error messages. Wonderful!

I went by yesterday to drop off my computer but no one was there. I called and spoke to the owner who set up an appointment for this morning at 11:00. I was there at 10:55 and waited until 11:05 since no one was in the office. at 11:05 his cousin came by and said Nate was not available even though he set up an appointment to meet with me. I left and found a new place to repair my computer.I find Naples business people tough to work with, especially when they waist my time!

My computer crashed while on vacation from Alaska. Contacted Naples PC Repair and Nate had me bring it on over. Wasnt worth fixing but Nate was able to get all my documents and files transferred to a new laptop I purchased. I only had a few days before I was leaving to go back home so it was a huge relief to have all my docs on the new computer including my quickbooks file. I would have had to input a whole year worth of bookkeeping data had I not found Nate. Saved me a ton of time.

After took my 50$ payment 5 min later was told my pc is full of viruses and asked for another 150$ ! I came just to download an App and music ! I find this guy offering dishonest services!
