Forget the Geek Squad! These guys are great. Brought my laptop in to them for a sound problem and they had it fixed same day. Dereck was courteous and informative about the problem I had. I would highly recommend them.

Take your money elsewhere. Its unfortunate that they operate their business in such a way.

When I say I wish I could leave zero stars, I mean it completely. By far one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Took everything for me not to confront you guys face to face about how worthless excuse of an establishment you are. Its safe to say I won’t be stepping foot in that garbage ever again and I’ll be sure to tell the people in the community to spend there hard earned money somewhere else! Great experience would highly recommend. My computer did not need to be repaired in the end. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly and they didn’t charge me. Will definitely return if I have any other computer issue.

They wanted to charge me $700 or so to clean out viruses, replace a part or two and back up data. The time before that, I was way overcharged for them to put in a garbage gpu

The staff here was very helpful when I came in with a very small issue. I just needed a screw for a childs laptop, and they spent all the time needed to find one that would work. They went above and beyond to help. Thank you.

I think the world of Greg and his staff and could not imagine using anyone else. I have never had a computer issue that they were not able to solve very quickly. I consider Naples Computers as one of the main reasons my businesses have been so successful over the years. They are second to none.

I came in looking to buy a new lenovo computer (10 months ago) for my business in Bonita. I purchased a software plan for this computer, and it was so worth it. With everything I do for my business, I tend to get viruses. They taught me how to fix many issues myself (for free!) and have saved me thousands of dollars on all of my machines. Crazy ridiculous prices... They want to charge you a hundred bucks to do a 10 minute Diagnostic and then charge you an outrageous amount of money to do a simple fix... Try someplace else first

I have an old computer. I didnt know I should not have tried to upgrade to new operating system. The young person told me what the problem was and I brought my computer in because they said they could fix it. They called the next day and insisted they need $200 more to fix it. I happened to have dinner with a friend who told me to just push command r and follow the prompts to reboot the old operating system. I did that and fixed my computer within 5 minutes. Do the math. Either these guys are slick or I was a fool to give them the $100.

Very nice people who solve my problem in 1 day. The boss spoke Italian and English, others spoke Spanish. Today was my first time coming in and I will be here many more times.

Buyers, particularly non full time Floridians, beware! We purchased a computer battery in the spring, and it failed within the first month. Our local computer guy confirmed that the battery is of poor quality and that we overpaid. My husband made at least three phone calls to Naples Computers and was told each time that he would have to speak to the manager who wasnt in the building. The manager never returned any of the calls. What a waste of money!

Staff has no idea what they are doing. I asked for a wireless network card for inside my pc because all my USB ports are taken up. The man then showed me a USB plugin wireless receiver. I explained I needed a card as I have no USB slots. The man then said to me well they both do the same thing. I then proceeded to show the man the card in the similar products on the back of the box and asked this is what I need do you have this exact product. He said this will do the same thing as the card. He didnt understand the concept of having all USB slots being used up 10/10 would not return again
