Gabriella and the Staff at the Verizon Store at Berkshire Plaza in Naples, FL are outstanding. She met our every need for 2 new Samsung phones. She made sure we got the best price. She spent a total of about 3 hours insuring that our phones worked properly for us. She is great!

STAY AWAY!! This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I spent almost $2,000 in the store and bought the protective covering for the watch that was recommended (even when I inquired about a more protective covering) sure enough, less than a week later I was told there was nothing they could do when my device is damaged! Then told me it was my fault (to a degree of making me feel bad about myself and belittling me, that I was in the wrong for wearing a watch on my wrist) That I was rude and that they would call the police on me!!! I have never in my life had the police called on me or even told that someone would. I am a middle age, graduate level, working professional women who is of no threat to anyone! They would not even understand where I was coming from. It’s sad to see such bad customer service when with a company for 10+ years!To your reply:The screen cracked because I bought the screen protector you recommended. You must check your morals at the door at this store. No one should have to live with a device that has been damaged within 7 days of spending $350 on a device. I bought the screen protector that your representative recommended, (which he recommended I not buy the one with the warranty for my watch. He sold me the one with the warranty for my phone. Obviously with the amount of money I had spent, if he would have recommended the one with warranty, I would have bought it!) instead of a different one that I asked about. You had no sympathy. The first words out of your mouth were, “I’m not going to be able to do much for a cracked. Screen.”, before you even knew the situation. The fact that you can’t understand that I walked out of your store thinking that I’m protected, with the protection that I was sold there, and then damaged less than a week later, means nothing. Again, horrible customer service. Threatening to call the police was just icing on the cake of this horrible establishment!!!

We were switching our service from Xfinity Mobile to Verizon and encountered some issues with the porting. He was extremely patient and would not let go of the process until it was completely done which took a good amount of time. We were treated well and though he is still learning, he was very knowledgeable and did whatever it took to get the job done. Everyone at this location reached out to help and it is appreciated.

Called in for help on turning In iPhone to redeem trade in value And got hung up on because I didn’t do the initial purchase with them. Called back and asked the gentleman Xavier who the manager was and he said he was. I then asked for the gentleman’s name who hung op on me and Xavier hung up the phone as well. I was very respectful. I don’t recommend buisness here. The correct name of the manager was mark and the one he gave was fake. Looks like you guys have issues at that location especially with leadership.
We were the first customers in at 10AM and we left at 2:30PM.The first tech who helped us was obviously new and did have some difficulty so another tech stepped in. Although we were there for an extremely long time (technical problems, etc.) we left there with 2 new phones and a good service plan.While we were there, the 3 tech who were working didnt stop. Unfortunately the biggest problem and most time consuming was the techs problems dealing with Verizon for support. We had spent 2 hrs. on the phone with Verizon support the night before and were assured that the person we were speaking to said she was sending all of the information needed to the Verizon store we were going to so we should be in and out without difficulties.Truth be told, she didnt so we had to start from scratch when we got to the store which was time consuming.Watching the tech have similar difficulty dealing with support was frustrating but at least assuring that we, as customers are not the only ones who receive poor customer support!Anyway, that being said, our tech at the store had the patience of an angel and we do appreciate his efforts on our behalf!
Russell was a great help. He had extensive knowledge of the plans, promotions and products that were available. I enjoyed working with him. He was patient and walked me through the entire experience of transitioning from another carrier. So nice to work with someone who is pleasant and competent!This was much better service than I received at the Verizon corporate store!

When I went to the Verizon retailer store Charles was working by himself and already had three customers he was waiting on simultaneously and what I saw giving 100 % help to all of them. As soon as my son in law and I entered the store he welcomed us and what we needed and excused himself to all the other customers for moment only just to make sure we knew that we were acknowledged and seen . He was very polite, professional, courteous, everything that you expect from someone but dont get, except that day It was delivered by this man Charles. He exemplified what customer service is supposed to be but in this day and age rarely get or see. He met are needs aswell as everyone else who was in the store and who came in and that was several people. Everyone met with a cheerful and welcoming look since we all had masked on. But you could tell your were not a commission but a person. Knowledgeable and he knew his ckients because time after the people that came he would greet by name or they knew his name. Myself and my son in law had a great experience at the Verizon store because of this one helpful friend that is what Charlie seemed to be to me and all that entered that day while I was there. If I had 5 thumbs 👍 that would be my rating for my experience.

The day prior to leaving Massachusetts for Florida, my phone died. I thought it was the battery which it was. But when my husband went to a Verizon wireless in Middleboro Ma., they told my husband that Verizon had gone to 5G and my phone would no longer work. They sold my husband a 16GB phone when the one we had was a 32GB. Despite removing everything I could, I could not put a picture, or any apps I needed on the phone.Momo helped us through the process of returning the phone and purchasing a 32GB at her location in Naples Florida. Momo is professional, knowledgeable, extremely accommodating and pleasant. I noticed more than one person walk in the store and ask for Momo by name to service them and I can see why. Momo even arranged to have the bogus 16GB phone shipped back to the Massachusetts wireless store with no charge to me.Momo is an asset to this business. I hope you compensate her accordingly.
I had went to two different corporate VERIZON stores, where I have always purchased my phones for the last 15 years two weekends in a row, the first one on Central Ave in Naples where the young man was absolutely useless! Then went to the Pine Ridge Store two times and told me to come back the 3rd weekend to wait for another phone. I had always stayed away from the smaller VERIZON stores, not now, I walked into the Berkshire Verizon store and they were the best ever! Momo knows her stuff! and went out of her way to help me. I went back the next day, I had a question and the others there were just as helpful. I will alway use the Berkshire Verizon for now on, I will never go back to the Corporate stores!

It was very important to him that he match up with the proper phone. Also I know that if I ever have any problems or concerns with my new phone help is always there.
I stopped by the Radio Road Verizon store today to get some help with my new Galaxy watch and had the pleasure of meeting the Store Manager, Kevin, and his Associate Christian, who were most helpful in resolving my issues and most patient .... teaching me how to best use my equipment. Great job on their part at a time when many dont take the time to be kind and nice to the folks who may not be as cell savvy as the youngsters today. Omar was absolutely fabulous and extremely patient explaining the new I phone to me. Not only was he all of the above, but also he actually stayed late to go over it with me on his own time. Being as he is a single man, I am sure he would like to have been out having fun with his friends at 9:30 at night as opposed to working with me an hour and a half overtime. I will go back again without question. He was terrific!
I have been working here for about a month now. My manager is a whiz at everything technical and Ive yet to see her unable to handle any problem or issue that walks in the door. Jessa was fantastic! She delivered a great experience to the six people she had in the store while we were there. While only one person, ( I hope there are at least two people typically at this location) was impressed how she was multitasking and helping us along with two other people at the same time. She is excellent at her job and will keep people coming back because of her expert knowledge and the experience she offers. Hope you show you value her as I’m sure is consistently recruited.

Wireless zone on radio rd is the best place to go for getting a phone upgrading your phone or just asking questions . I typically hate going in to get a phone but Matt helped me so much and he was fun too. Thats two great guys I have had at that store when the llast guy left I again didnt want to go in but I was so surprised at Matts knowledge and willingness to help me . Def 5 star 2 thumbs up for Matt and the wireless Zone in Berkshire commons :) Thank you Matt for going above and beyond and thanks to your two associates that you were teaching I think . My phone broke its charging port and I needed a new one quick since I have to be on call for work. Justin helped me find an affordable solution and even tried to save me money on my bill, glad that I got just what I needed and not pressured to buy anything I didnt want.

I am extremely disappointed in the service I received at this location. I went there to replace a phone that quit working while on vacation. Blaine told me that the phone I bought had a $50 rebate that would automatically be sent. I questioned him on this, and he assured me there was nothing I needed to do. After waiting three months with no sign of the rebate, I reached out to the store and was told that I needed to fill out a rebate form. Of course, now it is too late to submit the rebate, and I dont have the box with the necessary labels to even get the rebate. I am NOT happy.
