Recently I received bad customer service at this location at 2100Tamiami Trail East Naples.Fl.34113. Rep.name John P. has been especially misleading and didn’t seem to take my concerns seriously .I wanted a monthly bill under 100 dollars. instead bill was 153.00 per month. I want back to store and try to talk to different Rep ( Cody) he told me talk toJohn P he was not my REP. I didn’t want to deal with John any more I couldn’t trust him .I was forced to deal with him.Cody was rude and bad attitude not welling to help fix my problem. I went to a different store the next day and talk to a Verizon Rep on the phone She was great talk to her for 30 plus minutes and she straightened everything out. I was over paying for three months. Thank you John P. for your very bad service. I wanted to talk to store manger to tell her what bad service I received at her store Cody would not give me her name or number. Cody told me I’ll have her call you that was seven days ago and guess what no call from her. Thank you Cody for your effort to complete my very very bad service at this store. Please people do not use this store 2100 Tamiami East Naples. Fl. 34113.

Ill be frank, this had been my first time entering this Verizon retailer. I had never gone to this one as I was always used to going to the Verizon that used to be near downtown Naples. I always felt that this store looked unappealing and paled in comparison to the other one.Nevertheless, I went in looking to upgrade to the iPhone 13 Pro from my old iPhone 8. I was warmly welcomed in by Cody and he was able to assist me with the phone set up, placing on the screen protector, and transferring over all of my files and information onto the iPhone 13 Pro.He was efficient, professional, and very knowledgeable as he was able to answer all of my questions, even the ones not concerning the phone. He made the whole process seamless and I was out of there fairly quickly. If you ever make your way into this store, ask for Cody.

Today, my phone died. I took it to the Verizon store on US-41, on the East Trail. I received top-notch service from Jason Buckley. He put me in a better phone, added a TCL Pad and all I had to pay for was the screen saver, setup and tax. Plus, my monthly bill is now lower by $13. Thanks, Jason!

This is not a Verizon store, this is a separate entity called Go Wireless. Jason the salesman is a liar. He sold me a prepay plan that he signed me up, well he never activated the prepay with my credit card and so on a sunday, my phone had zero service with about 67 texts from verizon asking me to sign up for service. Went to an official Verizon store where they patiently explained the Go Wireless disasters (they had a lot of experience with fixing their contract mistakes) and they fixed the issue. Jason is a con man as is this entire store, the add in activation fees, scratch protectors, you name it, and no receipt to verify or clearly see what you are buying. Total ripoff and awful, will NEVER set foot here.

I came into the store yesterday. I was greeted immediately with a smile and how may I help you by Parker. He was kind and patient. I had an issue with my Google for XL and I explained what was going on he knew exactly how to fix it. He sat with me to go over some new options that might be of interest with an upgraded phone. He managed to help me exchange out my screensaver and one of those pop-up gadgets for behind my phone. Parker was incredible to work with. He really knows how to make a customer feel warm and welcomed. He is definitely an asset to your company and I would go to the store just to work with Parker in the future. Stopped in because a phone I didnt buy there was feeling hot and seemed to have a bow in it. The guy took 2 steps back and let me know the battery was swelling and I should replace it. I have a different carrier so I went there - but thanks to him I did not end up with an explosive game of Candy Crush. The drive through town was a little more stressful than usual lol

Please use a Verizon Dealer NOT a Authorized Dealer. They are independentRetailers! We spoke with Verizon and were informed they were an authorized dealer!! We over paid for our transaction! I asked for my receipt Jason B said it was sent to our email .. we went back twice and finally received a printed receipt. Which I paid $512.49 and received my bill of $420.00 !!Verizon explained and was very helpful and adjusted our bill because of issues of being charged incorrectly! BEWARE OF THIS VENDOR!!

Unfortunately I went to this dishonest store and purchased an iPhone SE. I was waited on by George who charged me $178. In addition to the iPhone I purchased a case for the phone and a screen protector. When I asked what I was being charged for he told me that there was also a $60 set up fee. I wasnt given a receipt and had to call and email and was then sent a receipt. I noticed on the the receipt that the set up fee was only $20 but I was also charged for LIQUID GLASS WITH $150 PROTECTION for $40, something I never asked for. It was simply put into my bag and I was charged for it and wasnt asked if I wanted it. I called 3 other Go Wireless stores and they all told me their set up fee was only $19.99. This store is adding this product to the set up fee and making you purchase it. Totally unethical. I live in Miami and there are no Go Wireless stores anywhere near me so now I am stuck with this thing. Something I never would have purchased. Stay away from this store!!

Came in because of an issue with my tablet. i asked if they wouldnt mind trying out a different sim card in it. unhelpful person #1 said he was confident it was a technical issue with the device and he gave me the recommendation of a third party place down the street that could possibly fix it. I called that place and they said they first recommend that I try out a new sim card. so I went back to this location and unhelpful person #2 said they dont have 4g sim cards in stock and that they only have 5g sim cards even though the majority of Verizon customers are still using 4g devices. If all Im paying for is the network and the stores offer absolutely 0 customer support (even if I pay extra each month to Verizon for the Asurion insurance) then I might as switch to Visible and get the benefit of the Verizon network without the unhelpful people standing in stores. Surely they will point out that this is an authorized dealer rather than an official Verizon store. But thats hardly a copout: This is a textbook Hi here we will sell you it and take a cut, but I wont help you fix it (or have the most basic of things like a sim card) if you break it even if you pay us extra for insurance.

Went in to get a cover and phone case didnt find what I was looking for. Got home multi device protection had been added by rep without my consent at $50/month. Spent 20 minutes with Verizon Customer Care filing a complaint about the rep and will be following about with store manager. Verizon Care was able to get it removed right away but will never visit that location ever again. Best part the kid sent me a receipt via email with his name and it showing I didnt sign the agreement!

Not only was he able to upgrade my phone, find suitable phones for my children but he was able to help lower my bill. He recommended services through Verizon that I wasn’t aware of. I went in to Verizon Store to see if I could change from my current carrier and I had very limited funds. The manager referred me to Cody. This guy is great. He has a lot of knowledge of Verizon and the phones. Not only did he get me switched over. I was able to trade in some phones and get 4 new phones. His customer service skill were strong. I felt very sure he could help me out and he did. He made a lot calls and did a lot of numbers so I could get what I needed for my families plan. I wish more places had knowledgeable reps like Cody. I recommend to any one to not only try this Verizon Location on the East Trail but to talk to Cody. He can make it happen for you. Thanks again Cody. We will do business again soon.

He had me out the door in an hour and had all the data transferred to new phone. Being 74, I’m not the quickest with the new technology and have had to stop in to see him twice for help. Every time we have an issue or need anything they are on top of it. Cody truly cares about the business as well. Charged us for a warranty on a glass protector without informing us. When went back to be refunded the employee that had waited on us was very rude, loud, and completely unprofessional. He really made a seen. This is an employee that needs to be fired, for the simple reason he is very bad for business. I think his name was Kody. The signage on the store says Verizon, but it is actually Go Wireless. Beware!!!!!! And shop elsewhere for your phones and accessories.

Cody one of the sales people will mislead and lie to you. We were interested in switching to a family plan. He said we could get 2 new phones. My phone was a 2 year old LG that was fine. The other was a 1 year old Apple I phone 8. He told us my phone would be replaced for free and the apple would be replaced with a new Apple XR for $59 on a promo. We couldnt believe it and asked him numerous time was one phone free and the other for $59. We asked him so many times he chuckled that I keep asking him if this was true. He reassured us yes one free and the other was $59. Weeks later the bill came in. We are being charged $1,500 for both phones on a 2 year contract. He lied to us for the sales. Dont believe a word he says and would recommend you not to deal with him. He brags he is a top selling sales person in Verizon. We now know why. He lies to you selling things you dont want saying they are free. Is there ethics in Verizon? Certainly not with Cody in the east Naples Verizon store.

My girlfriend and I recently came to the Verizon store to get her phone replaced. We hit heavy traffic so got there very late . We walked through the door at 7:55 them closing at 8 we didn’t think we would get the service we expected. Luckily however Julio was just getting ready to close when he helped us out with all of our needs and our return went smoothly. He was very helpful knowledgeable and most of all he stayed nearly until 10pm helping us. We were pleasantly suppressed by Julio’s customer service and kindness throughout this process. He went above and beyond and not enough good things can be said about Julio.

By far the most experienced reps at this store. Ive been coming to this location for at least 4 years. Ive worked with Jonathan and Tabitha on mine and my husbands phones. Kevin upgraded my sons iPhone from the 5s to the 6s and Im always impressed with the staff. Absolutely amazing how each time you go to this location you are waited on instantly with a smile by someone who actually knows what they are doing. They are the most patient group out of all the locations and go above and beyond setting up my phones. There always seems to be a problem when transferring from phone to phone so if you want it done right go see these experts. Well done.

Although my boyfriend also had a bad experience here, I decided because it was close to my home to stop in and discuss my phone options. I was talked into an LG phone because of the reviews on the product and the promotion at the time. Christian reviewed the $200 LG rebate and assured me he would complete the paperwork so this would be seamless. After 3 trips to this store; stock is an issue; I thought the transaction was completed as promised. Reviewing my receipts and paperwork I realized I had nothing in regard to the rebate. When I called Christian he was irritated I questioned him; told me he would send the paperwork and I should be patient; it could take 6 weeks. Two months later...no rebate...I again called Go Wireless and asked for a manager. I spoke to James who also was rude and questioned why I did not complete the paperwork myself. He told me they had done hundreds of these and he had never heard of a problem. Today I asked my credit card to contest the charge and also called Verizon Corporate....5th phone call to complete one transaction. I was told by Verizon they will take care of my issue. Disappointed, it almost seemed like a scam, not what I expected from a Verizon Authorized Retailer.

I went in here to move my unlocked pixel 2 xl that I purchased straight from Google over to Verizon from T-Mobile. The representative lied to my right to my face, told me my phone wouldnt work on the Verizon network and I had to buy one of their phones in the store. I decided to go to Target, buy a Sim there and activate my phone at home. It took me about 30 minutes to setup and I now have my phone working on the BYOD plan for $35 a month. Do not shop here, these people are even more shady than a used car dealer.

If I could give Larissa more than 5 stars I would!! She is the epitome of what customer service should be but often isnt. Had a problem with my phone in NY the night before I was coming down to our condo in Naples. Long story short -- had to pay off the contract and get a new phone (Galaxy 8S). My old phone would not start up but was able to download everything from the Verizon cloud except my contacts did not download. She was able to download my contacts (for some reason the cloud was turned off for contacts) and she noticed that. When she turned it on all my contacts downloaded. Anyone who has lost their contacts can appreciate how important this was!Even though I was not making a purchase, she took the time to look into and solved my problem and explained a few things to me, checked and saw that I was due a tablet and set it up for me, backed up my phone data to it, gave me credit for tbe broken phone and I made purchases with the credit for useful items.I see great things in Larissas future! Her work ethic, and knowledge will take her far. She is an asset to Verizon and hope her employer realizes what an excptionsl employee they have!

I just upgraded my phone and my wifes phone, and Kevin Stoney, the wireless consultant who assisted us was absolutely incredible. He was professional, very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions. I have 6 Verizon lines in our family, and its customer service like this that makes me a loyal customer.
