It took me a while to write this review because I wanted to make sure all my thoughts were gathered appropriately to rate such an experience. It was beyond service excellence! We were looking for a Verizon store through Google maps and this store address popped up. We noticed it was in the mall and we almost didn’t go until we made a phone call to know their service hours. The minute we called on the phone, Shawn answered with such a cheerful and “ I’m happy to be at work” type of attitude( side note: Shawn is a temp at that location, he usually works in Ft. Myers). He changed our entire perspective and we went to that location. I cannot thank Shawn enough for the kindness he brought to not only me but to also my family, he engaged everyone in his interaction with me. He went above and beyond to find the best deals for me and my family! We were having such problems with phones syncing etc. that He stayed an hour and a half over his time to help meet our needs! Who even does that! This was beyond excellent customer service, it was an exceptional experience. Shawn is an ambassador of the human experience, his personality shines above all else and you immediately build a bond of trust and loyalty as a consumer. I hope Shawn is able to train others and grow within the organization because everyone needs a Shawn in their lives and I hope others are lucky enough to experience it! Thank you Shawn!!

I had the best experience I’ve had buying a phone at the store in Coastland Mall with Ricardo’s amazing help! He was knowledgable, patient and a great teacher. He answered all my questions thoroughly and I never felt rushed even though he was the only worker in the store. He also was efficient and it was the fastest experience buying a phone that I’ve had! He was so professional and good at his job, I assumed he was the manager. He is not, but he should be!! It is incredibly rare to find people as helpful as Ricardo in customer service these days. I would seek him out for assistance with purchases in the future for sure!

Tiara was just beyond amazing. The first time we came in she helped with setting up my email for my Apple ID, today she has helped set up two new iPhones for us. She is just great. I definitely recommend coming to see her.

I called and Jay answered right away and sold me on changing my service from Sprint to Verizon. I went in right before they closed and he was very patient with me the entire time. He even let me stay late while I needed the stores wifi to change over my phone. He helped me get every promotion that was available and sold me on 2 new iPhone cases and screen protectors. He was so unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me is business card if I had any further questions or needed additional help. Jay is a great employee and truly an asset to your company. I don’t think I would of made the switch to Verizon if he did not answer the phone.

Terrible customer service! I was in there for over an hour to change from t-mobile and add two extra lines, the guy told me I didn’t have to wait that he would call me back, they got my information But never called to follow up. When I called and asked for an update, he lied saying that he did call an no one answered, now at that point I couldn’t get the deal I was trying to get and the manger said there was nothing he can do about it.

I came in after desperately needing a new phone and spoke with Tiara. She helped me through the process and was a great experience all the way through. Highly recommend them with no doubt. Took a painful process and made it bearable for me. Thank you.

Went in to upgrade to the iPhone 12 pro and switch from sprint. Jay Torres was very knowledgeable and helpful taking us through the process. Made it a very smooth and easy transition and I am very with the decision to switch to Verizon. Jay is a very nice and honest guy, would highly recommend other customers to deal with him!

I updated my S9+ to the Samsung S20 ultra. Jose was very helpful and very knowledgeable. He made my upgrade experience very easy. Jose transferred all my data from my S9 To my S20 ultra. And explained everything to me. Options wise and plan options as well. . Very happy with my purchase experience with Jose.

I’m an elderly man and I was very apprehensive about getting a new phone because I’m so technically illiterate. Benji made the whole process of getting a new phone a breeze. Highly recommend this store.

Amazing store with absolutely the most knowledgeable staff I have had the pleasure of meeting at a retail store. I had a wonderful experience having both Jay and Roger help me with my purchase. I came in thinking I was going to pay upwards of a 100 dollars for one line but Jay and Roger went above and beyond and got me an Ipad as well!

Great Service! Great staff! I was immediately greeted by Albert, a solutions specialist. He was AWESOME! He talked me through all the options and gave me a great deal. I had no trouble nor hassle at all. It was all just super easy. Albert did an excellent job and will definitely be recommending others !

If you are looking for experience and professionalism this is the Verizon store to visit. I worked with Benji who solved my issue and helped me lower my bill and get a new phone. He was very patient with me and my elderly mother. This was definitely the best experience I have had in my 10+ years as a Verizon customer. If you’re in the area it’s definitely worth the trip to the Coastland mall to work with Benji.

I am actually happy that I had a disappointing experience with the Verizon store I had originally visited because if I didn’t, I never would have found THIS LOCATION and the two AMAZING STAFF members who work here, Cody and Evan. These two gentlemen provide a quality of customer service that is a rare find these days. It is clear that they actually care about the customer’s needs/wants it and make that their priority. They took the time to go over all the possibilities/options that could work with my plan and because of this, I ended up leaving with a way better deal then the previous store I had visited offered and brand new device that I was originally going to wait for a later time to purchase. Both Cody and Evan were very thorough and considerate. I never felt rushed and every question I had was answered. This disposition is essential to me when making a purchase, especially when it comes something as important as a cellular plan/device. Despite the location being a little bit further away from me, I will DEFINITELY be going to this Verizon Store from now on and so should you!

We are a family of five with so many constant cell phone issues; broken, stolen, battery, outdated, etc. and we have never had such amazing help! Cody and Evan are two people that I believe ride unicorns to work every morning because nothing else would be fitting for them. They are gods of the smart phone world and two of the finest human beings I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. If every person employed by Verizon were half as awesome as these two then there simply would not be any other phone companies. Verizon is damn lucky to have these two as they are the defenition of customer service. Do your self a favor and go day hi to these guys as you will not regret it.

I came into Verizon because I was thinking of switching from T-Mobile. Cody and Benji took their time to explain the pricing and promotions. Very profesional. I was hesitant at first, but Benji helped me pick the right plan, and showed me all the ways I could save on my cell phone bill. They were very helpful in showing me all the new features in the phone I purchased from them, and even transferred all my information! Absolute experts. I’ve never had a more positive experience in a cell phone store and would recommend the sales reps there to everyone.

Albert Dominguez is the best solution specialist. He helped me get everything I needed to get. When I go to other Verizon I wasn’t told all the information I wanted whereby Albert told me EVERYTHING I needed to know. I thought he was the manager but I was told otherwise. Albert has great customer service skills, he is the best there is. That man deserve a promotion.

Benji was the best representative for Verizon I’ve had in my 20 yrs as a Customer. His patient and knowledge are unparalleled. This young man has a bright future in front of him and is a pleasure to work with. Ask for Benji for a true top notch experience.

Wow this place and staff is amazing!!! Felix aka Omar lol has done such a great job in getting me and my husband the Business plan. So many great benefits. My husbands transition to Verizon was very smooth. Felix was soooooo patient and explained everything from A-Z. Hes so knowledgeable and very friendly. Isaiah was the best seriously we had been to 3 different locations Immokolee Rd,Pine Ridge and 9th St none cared to help and Pine Ridge even lied and told us there were no S10 in Naples I had to go to Ft Myers or order. My husband called around fou d 4 at mall location 1914 Tamiami trl N we ordered in line when we got there it was ready and waiting. My old phone the screen burnt out you could not see the buttons but it worked. Isaiah very patiently went from screen to screen and transferred my data for me comparing each screen with the next on his to guess where the buttons were. He was very knowledgeable polite and respecful.

Absolutely a wonderful group of people willing to help even for the simplest or most difficult tasks. I am from out of state and was lost with what I felt was a huge problem. Not only did they help me but was very kind and respectful.

Please beware of this store at every cost. They constantly lie to their customer about the devices promos and the plan they are putting you on. The store manager Cody is awful and threatens if the customer wants to return the devices and services. I have reported this location to the Corporate. You are so much better off going to a REAL VERIZON store. Fake reviews on here for this location.

I walked into this location with questions about my data allowance and walked out with a new phone, jet pack and a LOWER BILL!! Although the store was busy, Chad and his team took time to make sure all of my questions were addressed and even checked to see how they could save me money! Love my new phone and accessories! This store is terrible!! I get no help, i am stuck there for hours waiting on 1 person to talk to me. And when i finally get some service they proceed to lie to me about my plan and how much im paying. Cody and benji where no help. Whatever amount they quote you expect to pay at least 4x the amount.

I stopped by the mall to ask some questions about my bill and talked to Cody, he was very nice and honest. I had just came from the Verizon on 41 near bayshore and found out they scammed me they said I got a free tablet no contract they straight lied to me never going back there again
