Milagro and Sway were incredibly helpful. We has gone to an authorized dealer and had the roughest of times. Finding out this is a corporate location made ALL the difference. They explained things, assured us they could fix it, and were courteous and patient (even though we came in stressed with attitude from our previous experience). I highly recommend only using this location if you need to go to AT&T in Naples!

Came in and saw Celina for an upgrade of our corporate phone. She found us a great plan that not only allows us to upgrade our phone, but save money as well! Had offered us a great deal on some apple watches that we ultimately turned down, but she absolutely did a great job making us those offers!

Came in today to set up a new billing account and purchase a phone. I was helped by Shannon and he was very knowledgeable and professional and made sure all of our questions were answered and we were thoroughly helped.Was also very impressed how clean and sanitary the store was. Following all covid-19 safety guidelines and wiping down and disinfecting everything between each use and with every new customer.
Went there this morning to get an account with Firstnet through AT&T. Was worried that I was not going to get approved due to my credit. At first it wasnt looking good for my wife and I but Shannon took his time and found the best deal for us. He not only got me connected on Firstnet, but we also added a line and phone for my wife. Lol but thats not all! Shannon also talked to us about AT&T Tv. He did an amazing job so we went with the TV package too. When it was all said and done we got exactly what we wanted and more for a great price that was way cheaper than our previous carrier with limited features. So Shannon thank you for all you did today. Your patience and customer support was above and beyond! We will return with any future needs from your company because of you and your staff. Josue Sanchez is running that place to the ground. With his poor attitude and terrible customer service. He has no knowledge of what his job entails and needs to learn how to speak to customers or someone should fire him. All in all, such a poor experience and I would never suggest anyone to ever go to at&t after what I’ve been dealing with for months from there. Even after I cancelled their service after 3 days, I’m still getting billed from them. Horrible staff that don’t know how to do their job.

While I did wait for about 30 minutes even though I had an appointment, this was not the fault of people working in the store. They seemed to have a couple of difficult customers before me who had complex issues and were kind of rude and aggressive. I would not want to work with customers like that all day! The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and good-humored. I got what I needed and am happy with my purchase. Celina and the manager, whose name I did not catch (I think it begins with a J?), helped me.

I went to the AT&T store at 2083 9th St S without an appointment. After a short wait of less than ten minutes, I was greeted and helped at a table by Jaye who is also the manager. Jaye not only helped do all of that, he set up auto pay, fixed my email account on my IPhone, set me up with an account where I now receive HBO for streaming, sold me on getting your AT&T TV which I will be getting within next 48 hours and finally, Jaye set up an appointment to have my cracked iPhone screen fixed at my home the next day.Jaye was a wonderful representative of your company as far as helping me as a walk-in customer, he also is the go-to guy for the other associates that work at the store. He had all answers in a snap and was a real whiz doing all his work for me.I was very impressed with this young man’s willingness to greet new arrivals, take their names down and not skip a beat on any of his responsibilities. He is the type of company representative that I would want in my business. Please note that I am in Naples on business. I live in PA and just lucked out picking this particular store to take care of my needs today. Also had complete opposite experience at my local AT&T store in PA with two sales associates, one a manager last September, 2019 and was pleasantly surprised with the great service at the Naples AT&T Store on 9th Street S.
Onae was absolutely wonderful helping me to purchase an iPhone and Apple Watch. I know nothing about either one and he spent 2 hours with me downloading apps and explaining the features. He exhibits customer service at its finest!

My experience in this store was very bad. My husband and I wanted to open a business account, but after many inconveniences, we decided not to, seeing that we were not appreciated as a client.The first problem was when we ordered a phone on May 22. The representative told us that he would arrive between May 25 and 27 and that when he arrived they would call us to warn that they had the phone. The phone arrived on the 29th at 11:00 am at the store and we know it because we are tracking the order through UPS. I had to call the store around 3pm to confirm if they had received it because they promised a call which they never made.The second problem was when I brought them a phone to get a credit of $700 and get the offer. An offer that was based on the fact that if you bring them a phone that cost $ 60 or more they would discount $ 700 from the new equipment we were buying to open the line. They never specified what specific type of phone it had to be. The one I carried was not the one they needed for the offer. My husband had to buy a phone from a friend in order to have the phone that was the one they received and valued for this offer, in this case we ended up bringing an Iphone 7. This happened on June 1st.The third problem begins when after we finally had the correct phone number for the offer, they told me that I didnt qualify for the $ 700 discount because this discount was only for a new line, with a new number. They just wanted to give a $ 500 discount. I was never told that to have the discount of $ 700 I would have to have a line with a new number, only that I would have to bring a phone that cost $ 60. On top of all these inconveniences and several visits to the store they still wanted to charge me the restocking fee of $ 58 if I wanted to cancell all the transaction.I was very disappointed. They did not appreciate my business and just said they were sorry. I never felt like they wanted to help me.. They preferred to lose a customer than to credit the remaining $ 200 to the account. The offer credit from the beginning was $ 700. They should train their employees more so that they do not give the wrong information and in this way they do not waste time on the client. I very much doubt that I can recommend AT&T to my business partners in the future. I really wanted to open a business account with you but the bad information from the representative and the little attention from the store manager made me take my business to Verizon wireless.
Onae is the greatest at customer service. My tech knowledge is low and he is very patient with my questions while explaining the different applications on my brand new iPhone. Always come to this location for his knowledge...

When I walked in I was promptly greeted and immediately handed over to a techie who understood right away what I needed and what to do. He found the gear to complete the job quickly, walked me to the door and said a happy good bye. I had no problem, no delays and have no complaints.

Had an amazing experience at this location. Came in with the intent of paying my bill and was greeted by a the manager at the money taking machine. He assisted me paying my phone bill and got me with one of his sales people. They took their time to fully go over my bill with and finally help me safe some much appreciated money. Not only did they save me money on my phone bill but I also was able to break free from the death grip that Comcast had me in. If you want amazing service and to save money fo see these guys they will take care of you. Ask for the guy from Ohio he will make sure that your taken care of.

Its unbelievable how long it takes to be seen. Expect to wait at least one to two hours just to buy a phone. Ill be going to Best Buy from here on out. Never coming back to this lame place.

They charge $49 for the same AT+T flip pay as you go phone that costs $25 at Target, they removed their 2g network without warning and would not replace my 2g phone for free after owning it for only 12 months, and their store smells heavily of black mold. Used this opportunity to switch to Trackphone at half the price and half the usage costs. Good outcome for me, but will never use AT+T for anything again.
The staff in this store are highly knowledgeable and I highly recommend talking to Franklin or David if you find yourself frustrated with your calling plan.The store gets totally packed, though, and I highly recommend you make an appointment. But be forewarned that they dont always run according to schedule. Best to get there right at 9am when they open.

We arrived @ 10:00 with the intent of buying a new phone. There were two customers being helped and two ahead of us in the store waiting to be added to the list. Another couple arrived after we did. The manager did not greet us upon arrival but did finally come around to add everyone to the wait list. While we waited for over 30 minutes to be helped, the manager proceeded to wipe off ALL the screens of the phones and pads throughout the store. Another employee came out and stood at the counter, and other employees came in and went to the back of the store. At one point, everyone except the two employees helping customers stood around and chatted. Once David was finished helping his customer and able to help us, we found him to be friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Our time in the store @ 2 hours. Our next AT&T visit will be at another location!
Do yourself a favor and go to another location. We were greeted rudely from the second we walked in the door. The associate was looking at his watch, because it was 10 minutes until the store closed. We simply had a quick question regarding a case. The manager was even worse. He was pompous and arrogant. He refused to fill the warranty on the case. Ive since called customer service and found out that this manager doesnt know what hes talking about, at all! He was completely incorrect and should have filled it. Just save yourself a lot of time and frustration and go elsewhere!
AT&T stores are notoriously bad but this one takes the cake. my whole family had upgrades. we all came into the store together and spent 30 minutes there without being asked if we need anything. WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE THERE. There were no employees to be found. eventually someone came out of the back and STILL didnt talk to us so we left. Were going to verizon THANKS ANYWAY!
Cashier David B scammer and unprofessionalWent to the store to inquire about upgrading my iPhone. Explained I did not want to to pay for a new phoneMy current phone was fine but I kept getting told time for an upgrade. David suggest trade your phone and you will receive a credit and the small amount owed on the old phone will be paid off.Your payment will stay the same. I have automatic billing.Today I inquire about lowering my monthly payment and are told I can not I have a balance reflecting the purchase of my new phone at the dollar amount of $749.99.I am like WHAT.... I was told the purchase was a trade in and I receive a credit $186.00I asked to speak to the Manager she explains this Cashier would have never stir me wrong he is very thorough even uses pen and paper with every sale.Then she asks me why dont you check your online account you would have seen that you had an outstanding balance. Again I Repeated my self I have automatic billing and my payment would be the same.After this experience I will never deal with that Store/ATT&T and I am looking for another Carrier.
They break the laws and they dont care I loud and proud said no to them porting my number I did NOT sign any documents and further more today I find out they illegally put insurance behind my back their also extremely pushy never ever ever go to this location you have been warned
Admittedly no appointment, but a 35 minute wait on a Sunday. Is that ATT’s standard. If that’s the case you should advise when you walk in - like a restaurant reservation. Can always come back in.
Honestly. I come here and I knew what I wanted to do, I know how everything is set up because AT&T makes it easy to know whats going on with your account. I walk in and my parents were soon treated in a demeaning manner. All I wanted was to upgrade my moms phone to a new Samsung Edge 7, we asked what the balance was for the other phone and his response was It doesnt matter if you turn in your phone. We didnt want to do so and he proceeded to get confused. We said wed pay the remaining balance and would like to see the different colors of the new phone He said they would look the same but in different colors like duh I want to SEE them before I choose what phone to buy. Whatever, we ended up buying the phone but it ended in a family fight because of how Lionel was treating us. If there was an AT&T store closer to home I would choose so.
This location has pleasant staff and a nice environment. Service was speedy!

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! Employees are totally ignorant and deceive customers on purpose. They will sell something, but your bill will be much higher than you’re told. AVOID! I hope they go out of business.
No sense of urgency in this store . I came on Sunday 17 to upgrade 2 iPhones . Had to wait 1 1/2 hour to get help. Then I try to trade in both old iPhones and somehow the system only was allowing on phone to be trade in . Asked the clerk why (his name was TC) the answe I got was I don’t know that’s what the computer is saying in a sarcastic and rude way. And that I had to come back the next date to do the trade in and get the credit on my account . Now I’m here Monday the 18, been waiting already for over 45 min and once again the sales people take their sweet time . They help one person and go to the back for 10 min after each customer.

My issue was a complicated one and they did what they could to resolve it. Unfortunately there is no longer an unlimited Wi-Fi hotspot plan that can stand alone by itself. As a road warrior I need it! $50 for 10GB is a joke and an insult to all the people who work on the road and AT&T should be throttled for not offering a Road Warriors Package.Give us $100 Unlimited phone and a $50 unlimited Wi-Fi hotspot on a separate line and every person that is a road warrior would be signed up with AT&T.

First I called to ask a few questions and my experience on the phone was terrible. Then I went into the store and they were busy but none of the employees even acknowledged me. After a while I left. Pathetic!! If I ran my business like that I would be out of business.
What a horror show this store is! My husband and I went here to replace my broken phone while we were on vacation. What should have been a simple experience turned into a nightmare. They made so many mistakes we had to return to the store several times and now they have messed up our bill. So we are still dealing with their incompetence weeks later. The management was rude and unhelpful during the whole process. I would strongly suggest going to another location! But keep all your paperwork if you do go here because no one knows what they are doing.
