Very disappointed. Bought an SL last year and was told that it was all serviced and that they had recently replaced the cylinders for operation of the soft top. Could not get the car smogged, because the bulb of the check engine light had been removed (you should notice that when servicing a car), so I had to spend $400 to fix that. Now, a year later, the soft top stopped working because the cylinders are leaking. This is a $3,000 repair. These cylinders are supposed to last 10 years after exchange. When I called Klaus, he told me he would look into the paperwork of the car and get back to me the next day. He never did, nor did I get an answer via email and he has ditched all my recent calls not once fulfilling his promise that he will call back. Very sad, expected more from a reputable dealer. Would not buy from them again.
