My CR-V was due for service. I called Germain Honda to schedule the service which was handled easily and professionally. On arriving for the service, I was promptly met by the service personnel who took over the processing. I was told the auto would be ready by a certain time...and it was. No delays, no issues. The facility itself is very clean and well appointed. Excellent service.

I own a 2019 Pilot. My wife and I went to breakfast at a local restaurant. When we came out to leave the car wold not start! Got a jump and called Germain Service to schedule an appointment. Got one for a couple of hours later. Daniel Moisiu, has been my Service Advisor for my last few regular services, and he greeted me and took my story, I ask for an electrical system check including the battery. Daniel keep me informed of the results and stated they could find nothing out of specs. Out of an abundance of caution, I requested the battery be replaced, which was done.Fast, competent, service and an advisor who kept me informed of progress and the results of the tests. Did not recommend any parts or repairs, as none were called for by the tests. In other words a competent honest service department.

We were southbound on Livingston and we developed a flat tire. Not sure what to do, we pulled into Germain Honda of Naples in our Mercedes 550 SL. They immediately helped us (never a customer there), evaluating the situation and filling the other three tries with air. Their tire expert determined a leak near the rim. They checked to see if there were any tries on location they could use and there were not. They called the Mercedes showroom and found a tire.In the meantime, my wife and I had a nearby important meeting. They shuttled us there (John was the driver and great!). They were able to get the tire and took care of the problem. Everyone was just great and Jim Walgreen, the service advisor made sure all got done! He, as was everyone, courteous, helpful and did an amazing job!It’s places like this that help restore my faith in America!!Thank you Germain Honda…job well done!

I received excellent service when I went to get my car A/C fixed. Santos Vargas met me in the car bay and explained the whole process of what would happen as they tried to diagnose the problem. I waited in the very comfortable waiting room (which was stocked with snacks and water), and was even able to do some work because of the free WiFi. Santos updated me frequently as the team found the problem and started working on a solution. I left with working A/C!

I had an awesome experience at Germain Honda of Naples. I bought a new 2021 Accord and I absolutely love it. From the time I stepped in the door and met Joe the sales manager, to the time spent with Mona in the finance office I was treated well, everything was explained to me clearly and precisely. It was a very quick and easy transaction and extremely professional. I really appreciated the GM Jason taking the time to come out and thank me for my purchase and giving me his car in case I needed anything. Dont walk, RUN to Germain Honda for a great deal on your next car! And when you get there, make sure to ask for Juan Mendez as your sales rep, because he made for the best car buying experience weve ever had. I truly wish we could give an extra star, for how flawless our experience was! We bought our minivan remotely, because we were CRAZY specific in what we wanted for our family car, and Juan made the transaction seamless, while also going above and beyond to communicate with us as attentively as he would a customer in the actual dealership. He negotiated the price down, he answered the phone whenever I had questions, and even filled up the tank because he knew we were flying in to pick up the car and drive it 15 hours home! The financing was painless, they were flexible to every request we had, and when we arrived at the dealership, our car was detailed to perfection and ready to go. I wish we lived in Florida so we could refer Juan at Germain to everyone we know! If youre looking to get the right car in a crazy market, know youre in safe hands at this dealership!

Gabbie worked with me throughout the entire process and did an amazing job. She was patient and thorough and also is just a vibrant, fun person- I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new car or lease! My battery went dead about 6 oclock in the evening and I brought my van in the next morning without an appointment. They worked me in and replaced the battery which was still under warranty. The wait was about 1 1/2 hours which I felt was very good considering I didnt have an appointment. It is a well managed service department.

Being aware of an existing inventory shortage, I called to verify inventory on the lot and made an appointment with Marcello and Andrew to buy a very specific model Honda. I was lied to the morning of the appointment by someone named Steve, that the car had been sold the night before just to get me on the lot. They also pretended to try and find another one at a different dealership just to keep me there. During that time, I found inventory on the Honda app at other dealerships before they ever even came back to the table. Needless to say, we left. When making the initial appoinment, Marcello had the audacity to ask me to be respectful of his time if any changes in the appointment should present themselves. Respecting someones time is a two-way street. For this reason, 1 star.

I was having trouble starting my car. I made a morning appointment for a vehicle check. Joel greeted me and assisted me with my service and obtained a ride to my work for me. They apparently got my car in early because the call that the car was ready came before my actual appointment was scheduled for service. The battery was defective and was replaced at no charge. I declined the need for a shuttle pick up because I had a ride. Joel is very professional and wants the best for his customers.

First of all, I was so pleased to get an appointment quickly for a well check before driving back to Ohio. Tyler Smith was the tech assigned to me. After the inspection, Tyler explained everything very well. I was hoping I did not need to have any work done but unfortunately there were a few things that needed immediate attention and one that could wait until my return. Tyler was upfront and presented both sides of that particular replacement. After getting that information, I felt confident in proceeding with the work needed. I winter here 4 months and consider Germain my Naples connection when I need service on my CRV.

I went there with my mom so she could purchase her car after leasing it. The guy told us both “ I’m going to do this for you”..took her keys and proceeded to detail her car…first off we were almost there for 3.5 hours with no one telling us anything. I had to ask for an update and when I did the guy called me “ antsy” and got my moms car…it wasn’t even half way detailed and he kept calling her dirty..we had to drop off her car the following day..alllll day…then when we get it they charged her 1,200$ dollars for an ARMOR ALL detail..which would cost literally 40 bux or less. I was a service manager for a few years and this was exactly what people complain about when coming from dealerships. I WOULD NEVER recommend this dealership. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen.

My car purchase experience at Germain Honda was superb. Dale Harrell and Kevin Longwell made this transaction the best car purchase experience I have ever had. Dale had the car ready when I arrived for the test drive and could not have been more solicitous. Kevin made the paperwork process a complete pleasure. In addition, I had SmartShield applied to my car that evening and Dale and Kevin brought the car to my house when it was ready so that I did not have to wait for it or return to the dealership. My car had an occasional hesitation when I would accelerate. Brought it to David Doden at Germain Honda if Naples.Turned out it was the fuel injectors that needed to be replaced. Because it was a recall there was no cost to me.It took 5 hours but I was comfortable sitting in the lounge. I appreciate David’s attentiveness when I show up with a question.

It also has a cafe, free coffee and snacks. Also, the people that work there are very friendly--I was greeted warmly by everyone I met.Austin Herzer, my salesperson, did a great job. I explained to him what I wanted to accomplish in the limited time that I had, and he exceeded my expectations. He was personable, professional and efficient.I found their sales process to be surprisingly transparent. Had an oil change at Germain and they didn’t replace the splash shield correctly. I had to listen to splash shield wobble back and forth all the way to Miami and back. It weaken the cover and they didn’t replace it. It still gives me problems. Oh! Side note they still get my first name wrong on their advertisement to my house. Apparently they think my first name is Oscar........😡😡😡😡😡😡

Cant say its one of my favorite places. Purchased a car there a couple of years ago and when I was ready to give bad review based on the sales experience, but the salesperson told me that she would not get paid if I gave her bad marks, so I left great marks. I regret it now, especially since she no longer works there. Spoke to the manager about the experience back then, and he basically did not show any care or concern, or even promise to improve.The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is because of their service department, they were great. Service 4/5 out of 5, sales 1 out of 5.

We bought our car there just over a month ago. Our sales lady was excellent. She made the process quick and efficient. One thing we appreciated was her bringing the car to us along with the paperwork so we didnt actually have to go to the dealership for any part of the process - a definite plus during a pandemic and with a four year old at home. She even offered to bring the car to us for a test drive before we made a decision, although we didnt take her up on that since we knew what we wanted. Earlier today I took the car in for some service work - Ive actually dealt with their service department before with other vehicles. The service advisor I had was quick but thorough, including with the multipoint inspection. Honestly Ive always had a good experience with their service department. Overall, based on our sales experience, and my experiences with their service department, Id do business again with them.

I stopped in twice the same day as a walk into get my oil changed and tire replaced (later in the same day) and received excellent service at Germain Honda from my service advisor Frank Silva whom was also very professional and made sure my service both times were done correctly and timely.

Frank immediately addressed my three concerns (all linked to electronic console) and solved all three. His can do, upbeat, attitude was absolutely tops.
