Mike was my service tech but was so involved with another client @my appointment time that I felt ignored & had to request assistance from another tech. About 3 weeks ago I went to get my wheels aligned. Afterwards, I noticed Im having difficulty turning left. So decided to take out the wheel, and to my surprise I found a vice grip on the tie rod. So I went to them to confront about it, and to my shock the manager was giving me a hard time about it. I asked for my money back and they questioned me the whole time. Their public relations and customer service is atrocious. Leaving a tool behind is a big deal. Thank God Ive managed to prevent a major catastrophe to my vehicle.

While accepting delivery it was discovered the dashboard stack was faulty and Anthony assured us the local dealer will be replacing the stack at their earliest convenience. This is by far the best auto service I have ever experienced! My Service Advisor Mike S. was very nice and very professional. He got me in and out in a very reasonable time period. The pricing was reasonable as well. Mike S. was a pleasure to deal with and Naples Jeep should be happy to have him as an Advisor. The way he communicates with people will generate more business for Naples Jeep. I recently had both of my Jeeps serviced and was glad he was there both times. This dealership has the best customer service. I came in to get more information on getting a hardtop for my Jeep Wrangler. I needed it within a month, which isn’t really something that’s possible but they gave me all the information I needed and took the time to walk me over to the parts department to see if they had one on hand. Everyone was very professional and personable! They offered me water/coffee and were all around very helpful. Thank you!

It was a great experience, My wife wanted a 2 door Rubicon fully loaded. Naples Jeep had one in stock .They are very hard to find, so when we located it online I called the dealership and spoke with Anthony. He answered all my questions and we worked out a deal on the Rubicon and my trade. This was very helpful and important because we live in Atlanta which is 600 miles away from dealer . We drove down all paperwork and vehicle was ready to go.I would definitely recommend them .

The best experience Ive ever had purchasing a new vehicle ever! I always hated the car buying process. We test drove 2 jeeps, went through financing and drove off in our car in 3-4 hours versus 9+ hours at other dealers, to only walk away insulted and furious. Everyone we encountered was professional, pleasant and listened to our needs and wants, they were patience with us while we decided on the purchase and options. Tom & Bill were so knowledgable about the Jeeps, they literally saved the sale and had a ton of recommendations on how to alter what we disliked. (Ken Buckley Sales manager) Ken was great at breaking down all the fees and reviewing the counter offers with us, calmly and patiently. (John F. Edwards (aka Jack) Sales) Jack was a great salesman, not pushy, patient and if he didnt have an answer, he knew who to get for us. April Buckley in Financing Dept, April did an amazing job at going over all the financing terms and options and what was best suited for us. Everyone was very helpful! As you can see everyone was eager to help and answer any questions, even if it wasnt theie sale! That shows great team work & customer first hospitality. I had a really great experience here. John Bradley was very helpful with me throughout the entire process and even helped me learn new features of the car that I didn’t even know the car had. The process ended up taking 2 days because I had to leave and go to work and I was still able to get everything done. Mr. Bradley was very helpful with setting me up with the mobile apps associated with Dodge to get discounts on services like oil changes and tire rotations. The overall process was done in a very decent time and I feel like everything I needed to know was brought to my attention before the entire process was over. I definitely recommend John and this dealership and I will definitely be back in the future for my next vehicle purchase!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR LET THEM TAKE ADVANTAGE. The sales team is rude and are liars! Today, I was working on a deal to trade my truck in and purchase a Ram Rebel 2019 at the agreed upon price $44,268 after they already quoted my trade and their vehicle, they ran my credit and then told me their truck was mispriced by $5000 online for over a month! They raised the price of the truck after already running a hard inquiry against my credit. I have a quote in writing and they will not honor it. Completely dishonest process just to trap you hoping you break at signing. I repeat please dont get ripped off at this dealership, I will never deal with Dodge ever again. I was going to try Dodge but what a waste of time….Forever FORD! Vroom and Carvana is offering more for my current trade in. Id recommend trying there first.

Called to see if they had a rear main seal for my vehicle. Waited 20 minutes on hold for the parts division. Hung up and called the front desk. Front desk said there was nothing they can do because they are 2 buildings away.... I didnt know they didnt have phones... Or a source of communication. It would explain the really horrible service. Dont waste your time here. Go to the dodge dealership In Fort Myers. They took my call immediately and had my part ordered within 1:30 of the phone call.

I think my review reflects the sign of the times......unfortunately.My husband and I got stuck in FL on a road trip. Had to get back to Tucson, AZ asap. We dropped the van off Friday morning and were hoping to hear something the next day......we didnt. Sunday-closed, I get it. Monday....nothing. Tuesday morning we called, and they HADNT EVEN GOTTEN TO THE VAN!!!! They knew we were stuck on a road trip and couldnt even prioritize it for us! So I ended up flying home because I had to work, and my husband is risking a cross country trip, 31+ hrs on a check engine light on an engine the dealership said they would open up to see what the problem was. Fingers crossed my husband makes it.Suggestion: TV in waiting room.They were kind and gave us a courtesy shuttle back to where we could get a car. They acted empathetic to our needs, but with probably a shortage of mechanics (or who knows what else), three days with car untouched 😒

Brought my 2018 Jeep wrangler after it died and would not start. Fran was my contact. I was told it was bad gas and was charged $869.24 for the repair, in less than 300 miles the jeep did the the exact same thing. This time I was told it was a module. The jeep was towed to Naples Jeep on 10/4/2021 spoke with Fran on 10/5/2021 was told he would call me back, never heard from him after several calls over 4 days I finally spoke with him on 10/11/2021 he said he would call me back later that day it is now 10/15/2021 and I have not heard from anyone at Naples Jeep I have called Frans number several times as well as Naples jeep services manger and have left message all have gone ignored. Naples jeep inability to achieve simple act like returning phone calls is inexcusable not to mention their inability to properly diagnose the problem. As of 10/15/2021 the Jeep is still at Naples Jeep and I have still not heard from anyone I will update as things progress.

I was having a problem with non-functioning wipers. After a thorough inspection from the technician, it was determined that the problem was in two relay switches. Two other relays were also found to be faulty. All were replaced rather quickly, after the problems were located.

I would not recommend this dealership to anybody I went in to trade my car in ended up purchasing a Ford Explorer after all charges and fees $24,000 they charged a $1800 reconditioning fee the very next day I had turbo failure Car making a loud quacking noise from a failed wastegate the back up camera stopped working the hood started to chip I brought it up to their attention they told me to bring the car in.they said that my belt was making noise but they checked it and it was all good that they couldn’t hear the sound that I was hearing I had it all on video showed them the video they didn’t care they had the car for two days and did nothing I got my car back the radio was on a different station loud as ever so they sat in my car and drove it. a half a tank a gas missing with loud music not sure how they were able to hear anything but when I pick the vehicle up No sooner than I got out of the parking lot the car started making the same noise..I have Called and text my salesman multiple times with no word back the $1800 reconditioning fee that they charged me is a joke because they didn’t recondition that car at all horrible service I would not recommend anyone go to this dealership

Bought a car at Naples Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Chris, our salesman was nit able help us get information because of the poor management at this location, but we were told the car had no issues and only needed to be serviced. Now several days have passed, and I still haven’t gotten our truck. At first, they told us it was going to be ready by Monday. Then, they switched it to Friday. After that, we didn’t hear from the dealer at all. I have never been treated so poorly at a business. I was lied to about a car and spent time on my day off wasted to see it and buy it. My recommendation is to stay away from this dealership!

Brought my my truck with transfer case problem. Told them exactly what was happening. According to the service specialist the problem was found at the case’s shifter. Price to to solve the problem was $579 and some cents. I’ve asked for parts price and labor’s price, also what was the part #. They were charging me over $270 for a part that cost less then $80 and the rest of it in labor and taxes. The problem that they claimed to be was not the real problem. I’ve fixed what they told me that was broken and I still have transfer case problems witch is under warranty and they don’t want to assume!!!Good lock to all of you with those scammers!!!

I purchased a 2018 Ram 3500 Tradesman with warranty from a lesser dealership thinking I was getting a better deal and once I left and got home I realized that the oil pan was leaking. I called the dealership back and told them about the issue and their response was “Ok”. So I came to Naples Dodge where I met with Fran Viehman. I recently purchased a used jeep sahara at this dealership Philip m. Sold me the vehicle from there sales team. After I had it home for a day I noticed a few things that needed attention Philip said no worries they would take care of it he put me with a service adviser Andrea t she immediately sent a message and advised me that they would take good care of getting it fixed fast. DO NOT GO HERE! THERE ARE DOZENS OF OTHER REPUTABLE SHOPS AND DEALERSHIPS IN NAPLES.I Brought my Durango in for a water pump replacement under dodge’s extended warranty. When I arrived they told me if the parts are not under warranty they can quote me a price for them to fix it or I can pick up the vehicle and take it somewhere else. Not once was a diagnostic fee mentioned, however after they called the following day to tell me the parts were NOT under warranty, they then said I owed them a $200 diagnostic fee. When I asked what the diagnostic fee was for, considering I told them that the water pump was bad and it was visible by just opening the hood. The service writer Laura stated that the diagnostic fee was for checking and clearing Check Engine Lights (which my vehicle had NONE) and for the tech to determine what is wrong with the vehicle, which I already told them what was wrong with the vehicle twice, once over the phone and once in person. She then tried to argue that the $200 fee must be paid in order for me to get my vehicle back, which means I owed them $200 for something I already knew of and made them aware of was wrong with the vehicle, and on top of that, had to take the vehicle somewhere else and pay an additional fee just to get the vehicle properly fixed. I refused to pay Naples Dodge for something I had already told them was wrong with the vehicle especially considering the fact that I spoke to Laura once on the phone and once in person and no diagnostic fee was EVER mentioned until they called to tell me my vehicle is not under warranty. HUGE SCAM! My father and I have been long time Naples Dodge and Naples Mazda customers but seeing as they’re owned by the same company, I will never return to either after this terrible experience. They pulled a bait and switch on me and have done this to my father multiple times in the past.

Came here to get my key fob programmed to my car. When I got my car back, my back up camera and door handle sensors were no longer functional and was told it was “coincidental” and that the car was like that when I brought it in. But wait there’s more.. a year ago I had brought the same car here for a factory recall and when I got my car back my engine bay cover was missing. When I called to ask why it was missing, I was told my car NEVER had one to begin with.. or at least until two days later when I received a phone call that they had found it laying around in their workshop because it was misplaced. It’s too bad businesses like this don’t want to accept responsibility for hiring incompetent employees to do a job for professionals. Sad that you can’t even trust a dealership to take care of your vehicle but for sure never coming back or recommending anyone here again.

But I started to communicate with David who is the sales manager and then with the Daniel the finance manager. Wyatt Gates was a sound professional the whole experience. Went through several dealers before being convinced of the confidence to drive an hour to a good and honest business man. He was straight forward and found a deal that worked for both myself and him. We had our Jeep in for an oil change and to check the brakes. Customer service was extremely poor as there was no communication. They kept my car for 48 hours and recommended a laundry list of items that were not necessary or what I asked them to do. I will never bring a vehicle to this place again. Mind you. I have had other problems with this service Dept. Previously along the same lines but not to this extent.

Great sales team to work with. I picked out the vehicle online and 2 hours later they were in my driveway with it and even took my trade back with them. They did everything they promised to do and I felt very comfortable with the whole process. As for the dealership up until I tried to use a bogus extended warranty I liked the placeTurns out I was scammed and bought a useless warranty sold to me by my terms a scam artist.Service department helped out what the could. Chrysler corporation did come through half way.Total repair bill was 4,000$ Chrysler paid half.Even though the dealership knew I was taken for a ride by their now unemployed financial officer I got no help from them.Total scam job 2000$ for repair and over 1700$ for the bogus warranty.

I had a message on my car display informing me that it was time to change the oil. I drove to the dealership and was taken right in. The representative was very professional and knowledgeable. I was at the dealership for 30 minutes, and my car was done. Great job. When I order my new car, I will order it to be delivered to Naples Chrysler Dodge Jeep.

Total nightmare! Took my 2015 RAM 1500 EcoDiesel for repairs a month after I purchased it. It had a whinny noise and water was leaking through the sunroof. Checking in was not a problem, it took three days to receive a phone call with a quote of all repairs. Couple days later I called in to get an update on repairs and parts delivery, at that point I was asked if had all my maintenance records, I told them I had just purchased the truck from their dealer not even a month ago! Their response was surprised. I added that my records indicated they performed the last 2 services. He proceeded to tell me I needed a new engine and they were waiting on warranty approval. The next day we called to ask for loaner since service was taking over a week at this point, then they told me I didnt need a new engine, that the information I was given was meant for another client. It took two weeks to get the truck out of the service department, the noise was fixed but the sunroof is still leaking after having the all seals replaced. Truck has to go back in again, not sure how long it will take this time or if the issue will be corrected.

My mother went to do a service on her car and the sweet young man, Angel Lopez did an excellent job assisting her and listening to her . The older gentleman with the dog is great too. We are certainly coming back with our car troubles.Notes: check up on us, called us, were very honest about everything and made sure we were all good to go. We weren’t sure because of the not so great reviews . It’s a hit or miss . But I would definitely recommend the older gentleman with the dog and Angel to help you.

On vacation 1000 miles from home and my exhaust pipe broke before my left muffler. Naples Dodge got me in with out a appointment late in the evening. Unfortunately it wasn’t covered by my MaxCare warranty thru Chrysler and it was going to cost me $2300 for the part(everything behind the converter) plus labor so I declined. I was very appreciative that they got me in to look at my problem. That is a quality caring service department

My girlfriend and I are from out of state and we went to the Naples location recommended by our family who got their Jeep’s done here. On Monday, we made an appointment with Angel Lopez and he was outstanding as in he was doing his job correctly . Humble, polite and listen to our problems with no eye rolls or an ignorant voice. He was good! My girlfriend and I are happy. There was a commotion earlier from an unhappy customer blaming and criticizing every single being in the building. The guy that helped the unhappy customer spoke with him in a polite manner . I would’ve smack him in the head if he was causing a scene, hey buddy you’re making yourself look bad. Anyways, we’ll come back here again. You guys gain a customer!

Yesterday I went to originally take my husbands Jeep to be serviced Mike Sullivan from the service department is always amazing and handles the situation right away while I was there I looked around on the lot and found a car I was interested in the best part about this dealership they don’t have sales people in the parking lot harassing you. I walked in and spoke to the front desk lady to let her know I was interested in trading my bmw in while other sales associates were busy she set me up with Joe Cali who did a phenomenal job super easy process got me the deal I wanted even stayed late after close so I could go home and get my bmw. There are no words to describe the lack of service you provide. I called to schedule an oil change and a recall programming update. I was very specific that, for health reasons, I needed to be in and out as quickly as possible as I had no one to pick me up either. I was adamantly assured it would be no problem by the young lady who answered the phone. I made an 11:00 AM appointment, arrived 15 minutes early and was treated very unkindly by three of the gentlemen checking people in. I then was told it would be a 3 hour wait. I explained, again, that it was impossible for me to sit there for 3 hours. Barely a budge on anyones part. Got it down to possibly two hours but that was it. Needless to say I had to leave...there was no way I could sit there. I do not understand why an 11:00 appointment turns out to be a 3 hours wait...and in answer to this question....I should have come in earlier..... there is no rhyme or reason to what you try and call customer service...... and I am sorry there a no negative stars to fill in....

This was my first time using this Dealership. The appointment making process went smoothly as did setting up my drop off time and the drop off process. I dropped my car off at 8:15 in the morning. I checked my text messages and phone messages throughout the day and received nothing. I called the Dealership at 3:30 to check on my car and other than the operator who I kept getting back to, no one answered the phones in service. At 5:30 I had no choice but to just show up at the Dealership. I was greeted with, “Are you here to pick up your car?”. My reply, “I don’t really know since I have never been contacted about it”. After checking the computer, my car was ready for pickup. The service rep explained that they couldn’t get a dial tone on their phones so they couldn’t make calls. Really??? So, you haven’t called anyone to give them an update or status on their car? No one thought to use their cellphone? I’m sorry, but this isn’t acceptable. Had I not shown up by 6:00, I would have had to wait until the next day or, maybe I’d still be waiting for a phone call. The funny thing was that a gentleman came in right after me and said the exact same thing; he was just showing up since he had not been contacted or heard anything about his car. Maybe this is a SW Florida type of nonchalant attitude that those from up North are not used to, but still it’s not good customer service in any state.

The salesman Oscar was in no hurry to sell me the truck I purchased. It took a couple days to get photos and a video of the vehicle.Then I negotiated with Connie Hamilton and agreed to purchase the vehicle. That was quick and easy.Then finance called and said they would have to figure out the final price with tax. As I was waiting to get the final amount so I could wire the money, I was being stalled by Oscar C my salesman. I confronted him and he said another person was on the way to look at the vehicle.I then said I had already agreed to buy the vehicle but needed to go to the bank to wire it, he said to hold off until the other salesman showed the vehicle in an hour. I was angry and told Oscar to forget about the sale and he just hung up on me.In a few minutes his boss Connie called me and texted me. She gave me the final price, I wired the money and paid for the truck.On the day my truck was picked up, Oscar never put the temp tag on or in the vehicle, so I had to wait several days for them to overnight me a temp tag.Connie Hamilton was the only bright spot of this experience, if it were not for her it would be a 1 out of 5!

Had free oil changes after purchasing a new car here 3 years later, I took it to a friend for an oil change he asked me if I had ever had it changed as it was sludge. Also had the tire replacement program added to my car after a flat tire I later realized they replaced it with a very old tire after just a few months I was skidding in the rain because there was no tread on it. They were not doing proper maintenance at all on it will not be returning here under any circumstances, this was under both new and old management. Have heard of other friends with the same types of experiences.
