My experience was beyond wonderful!!!Everyone was so sweet!My stylist David has magic fingers.Im so happy to have had the opportunity to come here.

Able to walk in for a hair appointment, which was great. Told the stylist I wanted about an inch off and ended with almost three inches off. I had to fix it when I got home, there were a few pieces that were longer then others. Overall it looked okay and hair grows back, just for the price, Ill choose a different place next time. Salon is clean and have a lot of products for sale!

I visited JCPenny Salon and the staff is so Friendly and Ronnie, who was my stylist, is fantastic!! Everybody was wearing their mask and keeping the business clean and organized!! Highly recommend. Have a healthy and prosperous New Year 2021 🎉🎉🎉

This salon was awful. As a gift I was getting my hair done. The stylist was so rude I had to leave before services even began. I couldnt have my hair done by someone with such awful energy.

If your a guy and need a proper fade and a haircut that doesnt make you look like a dork, and you dont want the golden gate barbershop looking fade because your.. um... not that type of guy. Make an appt. with Manda. the girl knows what shes doing and you will finally be able to take the hat off your head. Ive lived here for a while now and finally found someone to properly cut my hair like I would get back home up north.

I love this salon i always get great attention and care. Its nice, clean. The staff is amazing, everyone is so nice and the receptionists are great, marta always gives you professional customer services and always has a smile shes a pleasant young lady. This salon will always be my #1

I had been going here for 10 years while being here one a month on a business tripI stopped when she retired and happy with my Brandon store stylist. I needed my roots done so I went this week November Naples They put me with a stylist that did not speak good English the color came out too dark she knew I was not happy she said it would fade.while I was waiting with the color on she left to speak Spanish with another stylist. No one asked if I was happy at the front desk

Received a haircut from here yesterday. The lady that did cut my hair would not listen to what I wanted. I told her one thing and she told me no it will be better this way. Several times this took place. Results from her doing what she wanted. My hair is cut to short and my beard is to short when I asked her not to touch. She did not listen. Idk... the hair wash was great.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Love my stylist, Shelley! My hair always looks great after every appointment. She gives great advice and is very knowledgeable on how to keep my hair looking good after I leave the salon.

I love my hairstylist Verona. She has been doing my hair for years and my hair always looks and feels great after every appointment. If you ever need a good hairdresser she is the one to go to.

I went and got my hair dyed and cut by Cerlina. She was AMAZING!My hair has grown so much since I went, meaning she has good hands. I wont be going anywhere else!

Worst experience. Asked for a simple haircut, stood waiting for about 10 minutes before woman at the desk asked us to take a seat, another 15 minutes go by, didnt even ask for the name or additional information. Saw two employees doing nothing while the others where with customers. Finally decided to leave. Ive been here before and never received service like this.

Worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. I asked for a long bob and it was far from even. My 8 yr old brother could have done better. Also at the end of my haircut she had to have another lady come look over it. Why would you hire someone if you don’t trust their skills? Will never come back to this place.

Terrible... my cut was so uneven. It looked like my four year old cut my hair. It was a blunt cut so I’m confused how it could be messed up but it was. He asked me did it look even? . I’m thinking to myself your the stylist so you tell me. I had to go the next day to an actual professional and pay more money some where else to get it fixed.

This was my second time at this salon. The first, the hairdresser cancelled on me an hour before the appointment. The second, they charged me 80 dollars for my 9 year old daughters haircut. I do not plan on returning. Totally disappointed in the customer service and feeling like I was told one price, and charged another. Totally frustrated!
