In Sally beauty on airport in Naples could not be checked out finally had to leave without purchasing anything just wanted to pay and leave would have taken a few seconds.almost walked out without paying but thats not me

The web site is very hard to use I ordered hair products and nail files. I ordered online for it to be delivered paid extra for two day shipping and it is properly at the store for me to pick up. I am canceling the order and use Amazon as I should have.Phyllis Persley

Went today and the place was a MESS. Boxes all over the floor, whole sections of product missing in every aisle...They are only allowing a certain number of people in at a time. Most people dont realize until they try to walk through the front door and the cashier tells them they have to wait outside.ONE employee watching the door, ringing people up and answering peoples questions.By the time I was at her register she was so over it all she didnt even thank me or say goodbye.... just handed me my receipt.Oh and apparently they dont give out bags for your stuff anymore...so I hope your purse is big!

I purchased two boxes of hair dye kit from a different Sally’s in Naples upon purchasing I was never told that you could nit return anything during this time. Since the product was 14.95 I stopped at this Sally’s to return for a refund only needed one box. When I walked in I first couldn’t see the clerk and then all of a sudden I could hear someone say Welcome to Sally’s! I stated that I needed to do a return:refund as she continued wiping the front portion of the desk never looked up never even said I’m sorry it was just a plain “NO”. This happened on 5/31/20 at 1:30 pm. I will never step foot in this store again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Little thrown that they have no bags but you can purchase one to put items in you just purchased. 🤔

I just returned from a terrific shopping experience @ Sallys @ this location. I needed professional guidance & reccommendation on dying my hair. AMY navigated me through every product & step along the way, she was so patient with me & left me feeling confident. I was wary going in on a Sunday thinking all the knowledgeable people would be off but I feel like I struck the jackpot. Amy was wonderful & I am very grateful. The kids working here are always so rude and unhelpful. they are not knowledgeable about the products at all and seem completely uninterested in providing service of any kind. only customer in the store and I wasnt greeted at all, asked if I could be helped and when I asked an opinion on something I was met with a blank stare. this is why I prefer to shop on Amazon!

I had the worst experience ever here just now. A worker with blonde hair who is kind of old (maybe late 40s early 50s) was the rudest ever. I will be going to the other Sallys they have here in Naples now because they have more respect for their customers.

Never opens on time..sitting out here because of a key issue this time...guess they only have 3 sets of keys...and ill thats the excuse I got this time..amd never really apologetic for it.....going to phase out sallys..cosmoprof is at least always open on time and I can buy magic nail on ebay!
