The staff was super helpful. My daughter is obsessed with a character on Harry Potter and when she explained to the lady what she was looking for, the lady knew exactly what she was trying to describe. I asked her if they had a smaller one and she took time out to search for what I asked about. Ill definitely come back

They have so many scents that I was so overwhelmed at the beginning (Im a very picky person when it comes to smells) and I think this guys name is Matty, he came and help us a lot and he actually find a perfect scent that I was especially looking for. Love the customer service. It will be an 5 out of 5 but they ran out of wrapping paper.

I just want to say thank you for those who helped me. I bought the car sense dispenser and the oil a while ago. The dispenser was the twisting type that clips on to the vent which is no longer sold. The dispenser constantly falls down into 2 pieces. And I was never able to smell anything. Initially, I thought maybe it was installed incorrectly by me. The employees at the store exchanged the dispenser and the oil for me. For the first time, it is working and I can smell the scent. Thank you.

As a regular customer to this Bath and body here in the coastland mall I find myself interacting with many of the employees. The two that can I name off the top of my head which are always EXTREMELY helpful are Gray (I believe it was spelled this way) and Christina. They always make the environment welcoming and are very knowledgeable. As I said Im a regular there (usually every 2-4 weeks id say haha) I tend to know my way around the store but its great to know there is always help somewhere near by. When it comes to service this site is top notch of all the stores in coastland mall. Highly recommend!

Today and tomorrow the candles are buy 1 get 1 free. The hand soaps are 6 for $26 or 4 $20. You should go by and get some. They have awesome candles and hand soaps

The new manager is amazing. sweet! The staff, old and new are always knowledgeable, friendly, and inviting. I am a home fragrance junkie and I went in to reload on necessities. Everything was in stock and orderly. I will only shop at this location.

Very unhappy with Bath&Body Works!!! I never realized how deceitful their advertising is, I took my mom who is 81 to help her. We wanted hand soda and air fresheners. Plenty of signs saying 50% off soap, they were in bins and we thought that sounded like a good deal. No where was the original price posted. Other soaps had signs saying 3.00, we had coupons 10 off 40. When choosing the different soap we stayed away from the $3.00 ones while fishing through the 50% off ones. Long story short it wasnt till the next day when I received an email from them advertising the sale did I realize the $3.00 soaps where cheaper than the 50% off ones and the hand lotion was $2.00 online and $4.00 in the store, and nowhere was it stated in store / online pricing only. I understand none of this was illegal, and I need to go over all ads more carefully. However I dont care for perpofully trying to confuse customers by posting BIG RED sales signs, without anything marked original price. I have been a customer over 15 years and now dont feel comfortable ever shopping there again.

Love this store!!! Omg, so much better going in person than shopping online. The clerks will do everything than can to help. Also, BABW has always been awesome for the fact that you can combine coupons on top of the in-store deals. So I buy a ton of shower gels at $3.50 or less each one, then I get $10 off $30?! Might as well stock up! 💛

It was my very first time ever going into a Bath & Body Works yesterday 12/11/18. I got greeted when I walked in they were busy with other people but once they saw I was alone and no one else near by they just completely ignored me they were helping everybody around me never thow... I might have even bought more if somebody would have helped me reach the top shelf and helped mee out a little since i had 0 clue to whar i was doing.. then when I go to check out I said hello to the cashier and she said nothing then the phone rings Im putting my email after she scanned everything and she just cancels it and gives me the receipt never says bye or anything and I said bye have a good day and she just completely ignored me and started talking to the other cashier then she said next I will NEVER EVER be back at this location because there CUSTOMER SERVICE is HORRIBLE.
