I do not understand why this store would ever get bad ratings. The products and customer service is phenomenal.the saying you just cant please everyoneis a true statement unfortunately. Im VERY thankful for this company.i think Ive developed psoriasis and my scalp burned and itched with other products that I had spent alot of money on I came across this store and fell in love.i used there shampoo and conditioner bars and no longer having a burning itchy scalp I love all their products and tell everyone about their products definitely gained a customer for life!!!

This is a great little shop with cool products and a lovely staff. We left with Shampoo & Conditioner bars to take with us as we cover the state of Florida this summer. Whenever I am in Naples, I always make a stop at this fabulous store. The scrub is amazing.

My 1st time there I decided to try 5 of their bath bombs for only $25. They put them in a nice tube. The two young ladies working there were helpful.

Cute shop in tin city love they have a variety of different things. Everything is made in Naples and is organic. Employees are very nice and helpful I will be coming back next time we come down for vacation.

The worker followed me around, not giving me an inch of space to see or smell the products. When I asked her why she was following me, she said she was told to do so, to which I responded that i dont have to steal anything and there is nothing that I am going to take. It was very insulting, especially because I was there with my sister to take a boat ride and was just killing time and there were two other groups of same-aged women also just wasting time that did not have this same treatment. I will never go in that store again or buy their products.

Dont waste your time or money going to this store. The customer service is terrible. There are many other local business that will treat you better and have products that are great.

Its pricey here but the products are good and the store smells so good. Its a store with little trinkets but mostly bath products. The bath bombs look so nice. They are an eye catching thing when you first walk in.

Im hooked.....wonderful, quality products...very friendly, helpful and personal service, too....and not just great soaps...the ACAI face cream is marvelous...I am totally satisfied with it......and the Coastal Scent (at the check-out counter) is hauntingly aromatic...the longer you wear it, the better it gets....totally hooked on it.Naples Soap Co. is the best thing about Tin City.

Always Amazing. The fresh scents are a pure treat. I usually pick up the same scent for everything. Soaps, rubs, lotions, candles. Its a great place to run in and grab a gift for an Unexpected event.

I love this product more than I can explain. I was hesitant at first because my hair is so extremely fine and changing shampoo and conditioner never works for me without my hair becoming limp and greasy. I tried the Naples shampoo and conditioner in almond coconut on a lazy day, and my hair felt SO AMAZING. Not only is it silky, but it feels so healthy and strong. It also tamed my baby hairs which is incredible.What really sold me with this company is the face creams. It not only moisturizes your face, but it completely soaks into your face without leaving a dry feeling at all. It made my face feel so velvety and soft!! Its been about 4 days since I used the face cream and my face is STILL velvety and silky and SUPER CLEAR. I dont even have to use face wash at night anymore.I swear by this product. It has been GREAT on my sensitive skin. I also love the naturalness of this company.I love this product so much I am going to start selling it in Colorado!

This is my favorite shop in Tin City. I started buying the bar shampoo years ago and come back every year to make my purchase. They are very natural and come in many scents. I also like the body butter, you can grab try a sample of pretty much all of them. Stop here if youre in Tin City!

Very helpful staff. They carry a wide range of soaps and lotions. The owner had a child with eczema and developed a line if soap and lotion specifically for that problem. She also carries scented bath bombs, lotions, and select accessories such as headbands, and other trinkets.

I have had great results using Naples Soap Co. for my pesky but not-serious acne and eczema. I use the sea salt soap daily (just in the morning) on my face, sea salt scrub, body butter and bath bombs weekly to bi-weekly for the rest of my body. I think the tricky part with skin-care is that everyone is different. These products have worked very well for me, in minimizing the appearance and consistency of my acne and eczema, but they may not work well for everyone.

Had a great experience here! Everything smells lovely and the ladies that were there were really helpful. Answered every question I had. Obviously, dont buy the scented soaps if you have eczema.

Naples Soap Company is a really horrible company to work for. Its very judgmental, Prejudiced and racist. If you dont dress the way they want, or have the image that they want, the District manager will make nasty comments towards you. They wait until youre close to your 90 days to fire you, so they do not have to give you a reason why they fired you. They only hire people who they feel fit their positions. Which 9 times out of 10, is family or friends that are intimate with each other. All of the black and Hispanic employees work in the warehouse doing slave labor. While the caucasian work in their retail stores. They give new associates one day of training before throwing them on the floor to work by themselves. As soon as you mess up, they talk down to you instead of showing you ways to grow. They dont give you a chance to correct your errors. One mistake and youre done. They call each of their stores to talk about how poor of an employee you are, instead of trying to take proper actions to better their employees. And lastly, everyone in the company will know you are fired before actually firing you. I would not recommend this job to anyone, especially anyone that would be classified as different.

I’m upset about my purchase here. I asked what the products were scented with and was told essential oils. I explained my sensitivity to products we discussed it throughly. She never directed me to an ingredients list as many of the products I bought here did not have packaging. The lady even acted like she made them herself. I loaded up on products. Come to find out they all have “fragrance” in them. How did I find out!? Because I had a strong allergic reaction to the products. Then I go online to see the ingredients list. It’s appauling. I saw I could return if I was unsatisfide but there is no product I can exchange for because EVEN THE UNSCENTED PRODUCT HAS “FRAGRANCE” IN IT. This should not be legal. I wasted a SIGNIFICANT amount of money in this store. To think I bought a product from them for a friend’s baby. I asked her straight up “is this safe for babies with skin sensitive to fragrances...” she lit up and said “yes.” What lies! Telling someone a product is scented with essential oils when it’s not is very deceitful.

Always a great shopping experience. Ok, Im addicted. Purchased - sea salt scrub, hair masque and body oil on this visit.

I bought the unscented sea salt soaps for the fact that I have really sensitive skin with some patches of Ezcema. The soap really helped me and now I wont use anything else. I really love these soaps. I live in Florida and the heat and humidity really tears up my skin. So thank you for making this soap. It is wonderful!

Poor customer service. Dont expect to ever return something for a refund, youll have to provide extreme levels of evidence for having a defective product. The owners seem pretty stingy and not customer-focused

Terrible customer service! Received a body scrub as a gift and it appeared to be hardened and stale and had no scent. After I called the store to inquire about this issue, they suggested to stir up the scrub and that the moisture was most likely at the bottom of the container. Once I did this and took to the store to inquire, they said since I had opened it and used it they could not honor the return. What a total joke! I left the scrub there and will never recommend this product or use it.

While shopping with my mom at Tin City, I saw this shop and convinced her to go in since I love all natural products and nice soaps. The two young women behind the counter never offered to help us and just kept staring at us as if we would steal something. We were the only two in there for a few minutes and discussed some of the products wondering what they did loud enough for staff to hear, but they still never offered any help. I finally asked about the eye cream as the sign says: Eye Cream $16. No mention of what it is supposed to help with, when to put it on, etc. The one girl kinda looked at me like I was crazy but did answer my question and suggested a sampler. I tried the sampler, but there was no sanitary way to do so. No cotton swabs or kleenex. Weird. So I picked one up that looked un-touched to buy. I then unscrewed the lid to see if there was a safety seal to make sure it hadnt been tampered with. Nope- no safety seal, no sticker on the side to tell if its ever been opened, and it looked completely different than the sample. Then the other employee started after me, You know there are samples right there if you want to try anything. You would think I just tried to burn the store down the way she spoke to me. At this point several other people were in the store and turned to look at her and me. Sorry, but put seals on your products to I can automatically tell it has not been tampered with and I wouldnt have examined the $16 eye cream. Then I hear her say to the other girl, Really, I just dont understand that, as if I wasnt right there. Anyway, embarrassed and grossed out, I bought the eye cream and my mom bought about $75 worth of products she had been planning on buying. The eye cream sits unused as I am disguised to try it. It is pretty easy to put a little vertical sticker on each product or a interior seal to avoid products being tampered with. I will not be back even if I do appreciate the pretty smelling soaps- plenty of others out there!

I have shopped at many of the Naples Soap locations, Naples, Sarasota, Punta Gorda and Ft. Myers. The atmosphere is great, clean smell, and a very clean, white, look to the stores. I love their products!!! I swear by the Sea Salt Scrub and Moisturizer. The moisturizer makes my skin look years younger instantly - which is key in Florida! I love the scents, especially Sunkissed and Florida Fresh. I have sensitive skin and my skin loves their products.

Bought several products for eczema... the shampoo and soap caused my skin to erupt even further. The shampoo made my head itch worse and break out in huge lesions. Had to go to the dermatologist for medication. The face cream helped, but not enough to offset the damage created by the rest of the products. Very disappointed.
