These folks are amazing. Called on a Monday to see if they could get me in ASAP. Scheduled a brake job for my S550 on Wednesday. Although they were really busy they promised to have my car ready by 4 pm. Got a call at 3:50 pm - good to go. Best of all - saved me at least 500 bucks and did a beautiful job. I had never been to Benz Connection until today, and I was blown away with their service, kindness and great value. I did not have an appointment, and just dropped by for them to check my brake light, since I had a warning that is was bad. I walked in and they immediately changed my brake light and let me know I needed to change my battery in my key(they provided the battery and changed that also). I was out of there within 15 minutes and all of my problems were solved! There are not many places left around like this place...I will go back anytime my Mercedes needs anything!Thank you for a great experience!

Great work on all cars, especially older Mercedes. Brian has the knowledge, patience and skills to solve any problem. He is very creative, as they did work that most shops wouldnt touch. Fixed rust around rear window ledge after removing window. Removed entire interior to solve water leaks. They are detailed and meticulous, which suits my needs. Repairs are done on time at very reasonable prices. They seem to know other vendors that compliment their work, such as window, interior companies. Discounts given to MBCA members.Very satisfied with their service. I have been to several shops in the area, and enjoy working with Benz Connection. A great place to take your car!

These guys are the real deal and they understand the value of treating their customers right. If you are looking for an honest mechanic to take care of your Mercedes long-term, you would be wrong to go anywhere else. Pricing is always upfront and I really feel that they take care of the car like it was their own. Ralph always works on my car, and the whole staff is knowledgeable and honest. You know if your mechanic has a Silver Star tattoo on his arm, they are serious about these cars.

These guys do an incredible job. They meticulously went through the list of things that I gave them and solved each problem. Amazing work. They took my badly neglected, 7 year old car and made it look and drive like new again. I cant recommend them highly enough. Wonderful service and great communications.

Pay over an amount of money to have two things fix while my car only need it one repair plus they broke or switch my compartment box and denied to have done it take your cars somewhere else
