I had driven down to Naples Nissan all the way from Sarasota because I really like it there. I like the people, I like the building, etc. I had tried the Nissan and Sarasota and wasn’t pleased with their prices. When I’m at Naples Nissan, I’m treated very well and I love the environment there, the waiting area, etc. My appointment was on a Saturday and I was scheduled to get something done that needed to be cleared with my extended warranty company, but when I arrived, (after an hour and a half drive) I found out that the warranty place wasn’t open on Saturdays. I thought, “Great, I drove down here for nothing.” To my pleasant surprise, Carlos took care of the issue & went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, taking into consideration how far I had driven. Thank you, Carlos, and the rest of the Naples Nissan folks!!
I had a great experience at Nissan Naples! Thomas Root was the sales associate that helped me in picking out the perfect vehicle for me. Everyone there was courteous and helpful. I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking to buy a vehicle
Naples Nissan always does an amazing job whenever my vehicle needs serviced. They go above and beyond not only with their work, but also to accommodate.Great job guys!! Want to give a great shout out to Bob who is always there willing to help. Thanks I very truly appreciate all of you!!Deb
As I pulled up early the morning of Sept. 23rd the service staff greeted me with a smile and directed me towards a service staff member.Danny Toledo was very knowledgeable, courteous & helpful.Mostly, I appreciated the fact that I was able to get my vehicle serviced without an appointment and on my way to work at 7am & all without any kind of mishaps or rudeness or faces.
Very professional, understanding, helpful and friendly ; Not pushy.I would recommend them to anyone.I love my new Rogue Sport!I appreciate the time they took to meet my needs and do things other dealerships wouldnt have.Im truly grateful. Thanks again.
Unfortunately these guys give shady car dealers a bad name. Apparently I have made the mistake of attempting to do business with this dealer on a previous occasion. My mistake on coming back for more. It starts off bad when it turns out they actually advertise their cars for a lower price than it’s actually for sale as a cash purchase. If you make the mistake of asking them for an out-the-door price over email, they refuse to give you that number instead trying to get you to go to their dealership…no doubt to brow-beat you into paying more than you should for the car. If you’re really unlucky…like I was, they’ll have a “sales manager” call you to berate you over the telephone again, not actually providing a price but still directing you to their website. The problem is that their website doesn’t actually give you the price of the vehicle either. It specifically says the price is plus “reconditioning costs” amongst other spurious fees/charges. They still refuse to actually tell you what the price of the vehicle is. Oh, and after telling them you’re not interested and asking them to delete your information from their system, they then harass you with multiple calls (6 in 3 minutes in my case until their number is blocked). In short, the worst experience I’ve ever had not buying a car.
Well that was silly - I called in advance about a base model Nissan Versa as an affordable 2nd car, since its genuinely one of the lowest new cars in the USA. They had a base model with a manual transmission, so I called and asked Mario if they were doing additional dealer markups on it. He assured me that they werent, so I came in. When I got there I chatted with Jared who was nice and helpful, but when I saw the sticker it had a hefty ADM on it. Jared says all of their cars have it, and it cant be taken off. Listen - I get ADMs with these Covid supply issues on in-demand cars - but a $15,000 base model stick-shift Nissan going for over $19k? Thats wild - most notably since I called and asked in advance of coming, and drove an hour round-trip to find out it was a lie. Thats a pretty big bummer.
Bought a new Pathfinder and had a great experience doing. Salesman was such a pleasure to do business with. Very caring and no pressuring to buy a car. Great guy
This was my best car buying experience… not one person was pushy or aggressive. The work culture / environment in and out of the building was welcoming and friendly. You can tell the staff gets along as well which I find rare in any sales driven job. When I went back 2 days later for a key, I heard a girl next to me say this was her best car buying experience too.I didn’t see one sales teammate go get their manager (or that a manager barged in) to help talk you into something you’re unsure of or upsell you a vehicle you don’t need just to get the commission.
Leased a vehicle in 2018. The lease is maturing and when I call to discuss options Wilmer tells me he cant and won’t help me to understand the options. I will not make a purchase or lease here again. Obviously business has been too easy for them. Will move on and find a dealership that is customer focused.
An awesome customer service representative Maria answered my call. Was able to get me in quick on a time that worked for me and had my car ready for me the following day afternoon. She was kind and helpful.
Service writer James is super knowledgeable, thorough, personable, communicates well & someone they should consider promoting. Robert, the shop foreman, is one that if you can choose, you want him working on your vehicle. Hes really knowledgeable and service techs go to him when they need assistance diagnosing problems. Im not usually the sort of person to use a dealership for repairs, etc, but Naples Nissan is exceptional and the owner is well respected and a genuinely good guy. Ive met Aaron and his son & several staff members.
They tell you that there going to give you the value of your car when you bought it and dont. Then they try to put you in a car worth less than yours and chatgyou $200.00 more a month more than your last payments where on your previous car payments. Sorry, cheating, dealership .
STAY AWAY.....very dishonest dealer.Keep reading the reviews. They bait and switch and waste your time. They publish prices that are so far off what they are going to sell the car for.Terrible that they can keep doing it over and over. They can sell cars for what ever they want but they should not be able to advertise prices and let people come to the dealership to be told that they have another 3300 in reconditioning costs on top of advertised price...than advertise it with those costs in the price. We expect to pay tax and transfer costs over list....If you went to buy a house that was listed for 300,000 and said ok- than are told we painted it, landscaped, redid floors so the cost is now 330,000 you wouldnt be happy, and its not done....very unethical. They lie and cheat and waste peoples time. After complaining to management now told buy it today at the price quoted, over advertised price, because its going up tommarow!Stay away- i have never experienced anything like this.I have bought many new and used cars in the last 45 years.I do not have anything negative about salesman, hes trying to make a living...its the management thats to blame.
It was a pleasure to work w/ Imad again. He (and the Finance team) worked w/ me to get the down payment & monthly payment to acceptable amounts. Imad walked me through all of the Nissan Kicks features and gave me a quick introduction to the service staff (who I already new from my previous car ... Sentra). The whole process took 4 hours, which in my experience, is very quick.
Five star service. Bought a car over the phone from Fort Lauderdale. Took less time than going to a local dealer. A few phone calls later they drove my new car to me and took my trade in! Quinton, Sean, and Donnie are the best!
Great customer service. Had no appointment, was having a problem with my battery and was in and out in under an hour. Todd was friendly, professional and very efficient. Great experience
What can you say about a car dealership that would really make someone want to buy a car from them? If you really what a car salesman to help you to figure everything out, then talk to Jared, a salesman that will go the extra mile to insure that you feel good about the deal you are getting. When most are just taking advantage of you, in today’s world where everybody is only thinking about how much they get you pay, Jared is the one who knows how to be honest with you. And I feel I got the best of any car I have ever brought from any car dealership. So I say if you are looking to buy a car, and what a fair and honest deal, then look no farther then Naples Nisan and ask for Jared.
Naples Nissan service department is excellent. I was in and out in 30 minutes getting a tire replaced. Hardly had time to enjoy their customer waiting area, with free coffee and snacks. I am always greeted warmly, and their on-line reservation system is very easy to use. They are doing a great job keeping my 2010 Altima running smoothly.
Extremely friendly staff and it was appreciates that I was in and out in less than an hour!
I just recently bought a pre-owned car from here. They told me that the car was in excellent condition and that there was nothing wrong with the car. 2 months go by and at random points the car starts shaking. 3 months down the road the a/c stops working and tried to put Freon in and that didnt work took it to Nissan and they basically told me not my problem take it somewhere else. And a week after that the engine blows on me. The car I bought from them wasnt old and didnt have a lot of miles . It was a 2015 with 65k. I highly recommend not to buy a car from these people. And they dont want to do anything to help with the messed up car they sold me
Friendly service techs. Everything went good.
These guys and gals are absolutely the best in their field. Love going to Naples Nissan to get my rogue serviced. Such a pleasant atmosphere! Car was serviced right and was done in a timely manner. Oh yea it was washed too! Would not even think of going any where else. Highly recommend
I would give them zero stars if I could. So my wife and I purchased a 2020 Nissan Altima we are first owner ( it was loaned to a couple of customers before us). back in April 2021 We were FORCED into taking the car that day after I told their sales guy Mario I did not want to take it that day because there was no second key no one to detail it or anything. So after being FORCED to take the car he said they would mail the second key fob. After calling for several months asking where the second fob was (It’s been 6 months now) after speaking with 5 different managers and other employees we finally found out they had a key in stock the entire time! Pathetic!!!!!! The story didn’t end there. We get here today ( After driving an hour and a half ) and sit for 3 hours. They told us they would fill the gas tank and detail the car for our troubles ( tank was already full and car was clean except some sand on floor mats ) they did neither!! They did tell us they could not get the key to program to the car!!! As we are trying to leave the car says no key detected!! I am still sitting here as they have it in the back for the third time!!!!This is the worst place to buy a car or get your car serviced!!!!! Please do not spend one dime here!!!!!!!! Go anywhere else!!!!!!!!
My adviser was great. Very friendly and helpful.
The oil change was a little high in price but I guess that’s standard for the area. I would have liked a detailed list of what was inspected on the car and to be asked if I wanted the car washed before I got there so it could have been done before I got there and waited outside in the 95 degree heat. Overall it’s nice to know certified Nissan experts were handling my car.
This was the best and fastest service my wife and I have ever experienced. We definitely recommend Naples Nissan. Robert was very helpful and knowledgeable.
OZ was EXCELLENT!!!!! I was really impressed with the professionalism that he treated us, very understanding and patient. I was out of the dealership in 3 hours I couldnt believe it! OZ was very patient he explained everything in detail until I was happy with the sale. I have already recommended Naples Nissan to friends and family, He made me feel right at home with his experience and desire to help! Thank you for everything, I will definitely be back. 😊💯
This dealership was offering “get the full msrp value for your trade”… What they don’t tell you is all the fees they deduct from the trade in… my car’s msrp value is $31,500… by the time they removed all their fees, they were offering me 6K for my car.. WHAT?! Are they insane?? I wouldn’t have gone in to begin with if I knew this.. the salesman was very nice, but the sales manager was a little rude and almost seemed like he was doing ME a favor, then my husband’s car value was $19,500, by the time they removed their fees they said “we owed them money”… these people are crazy and honestly should not continue to be allowed to false advertise. They also said they couldn’t approve us on a auto loan because my husbands credit isn’t amazing and we were looking at a $44,000 car… went to Chevy after I was done with them, got approved on a $39,000 2017 suburban premier with a monthly payment of $840… and was given $9,200 on my trade in… how does that make sense?? CALLED MY PARENTS WHOM LEASE FROM THEM AND TOLD THEM TO NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN! Don’t lie to your customers just to get them through the door, it’s unprofessional and just plain rude.
They were all very nice, kind and friendly!Persistent but in a good way. They wanted my sale and worked for it. I am very happy with my kicks!
I think NAPLES Nissan is a wonderful dealership that truly is passionate and caring with all of their customers. Their salesman, service department and management are second to none. I have purchased 5 vehicles from NAPLES Nissan and couldnt be more satisfied.
I was treated very professionally by Imad at Naples Nissan! Bought a nice car at a fair price. Yes, I would shop there again. 5 stars!¡
Went in for an oil change and was given a estimated time of an hour and 10 minutes but they were quick! i was in and out within what felt like 30 minutes! james was amazing :)
James was friendly and very knowledgeable. He displayed great customer service throughout my whole experience. My vehicle had a difficult issue that others had trouble correcting. He was able to resolve the issue and checked in days after the repair to make sure my car was running well.
Absolutely wonderful experience! Ozzy made buying a car painless and he was very understanding.
Amazing service, transition was smooth to trade 2 cars which one was in CA. Douglas Angevine was the sales rep that made all possible.
Went in there to finance a brand new Nissan rogue I wanted to take a vantage of their promotion if your car is under 120,000 miles they will pay the full MSRP my 2016 Volkswagen Jetta has 105,000 miles on it and they told me they could not do the deal… and not only did I go there once I went twice to try to see if we can make this deal happen and nothing both times they were announcing the promotions over the radio and nothing was able to be done for me.
Made 3 visits there. Was working on a car I liked so was contacted by them to come back after I made offer. Got there to find car had been sold but they failed to tell me that when they called. They have some nice cars but found their numbers to be inflated by other charges necessary to make sale.
Everytime I take my vehicle to Naples Nissan I have the same great service. All of the people there are friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend them.
Spam calls awful we got 6 calls before 7:30am on a Saturday morning to check and see if we were still coming our appointment was not till 4 in the afternoon. Well they just lost a client! Do better!
Nissan Service was suppose to Drain the water inside the car, Not happy at all with the service already approved, service not delivery as promise !! poor job performance, quality of the job it leaves a lot to desire, They have loss a client. They dont even make sure that the work was complete as requested.
Sean was great! No high pressure! Talked with us, showed us what we were looking for and helped us get to the numbers we wanted to be at!
Ask for Alex or Brandon at the Nissan of Naples off Pineridge Rd. Theyre great!
Amazing service! In and out the door with my new car! Couldn’t be any happier.
It was a great experience searching and be able to customize my Murano Platinum at Nissan.com. From that point on, Im extremely satisfied with the excellent customer service starting from the sales person up to the management staff of Naples Nissan dealer. # 1 car purchase recommendation to my family and friends.
The best, most advanced, and professional car dealership I have ever experienced!
Naples Nissan is by far the best dealership in town. Service is professional, friendly and very efficient. My sales associate Daniel A was knowledgeable and worked very hard to make sure I got a great deal and was satisfied. I will recommend to all my family and friends!
Very helpful staff clean professional all around good experience
The service technicians got me right in for the first oil change on my kicks. They were finished before my grandson and I could finish breakfast across the street. Great job!
By far the best car buying experience! Dan was easy to work with!
Always great service and never suggested things I do not need.
Professional service. Kept me informed and completed work quickly.
I needed an oil change and I didn’t have an appointment so I called and asked to see prices and if I needed an appointment for that oil change and they said no. So I went they they took care of it and for the price I can say I got my moneys worth I called a couple other places and we’ll let’s say Nissan offers more for your buck. So check them out !
Hands down best experience and warranty. I don’t see myself using a different dealership moving forward and I live an hour away.If you want to know the inside scoop.. Use Michael Schiavone. Spoke frequently with him over the course of a month before I even went in. Never knew this guy before I called the dealership. My brother from another mother! Way to be a hero! Hands-down best experience! Most educated, dedicated, honest, and fun guy to work with buying a new or used car! Naples Nissan y’all. Seriously this guy is to legit to quit. Stay strong and carry on!
We are officially a Nissan household. The only thing better than their cars and prices is their salesman, Mike Maenza. If you dont ask for Mike its your loss. By far the best!!!
Brandon H. was the best part of my car buying experience. He was a delightful, engaged, and good listener to what my needs were. He answered all my questions and made choosing the right car pretty painless. In the end I think the dealership and myself got a great deal.
Triple Check The NumbersWindow sticker price is NOT the price of the car. Total financed was $7,000 over window price AFTER trade and down payment. No paperwork provided and no explanation of additional expenses and fees. Took two weeks and another trip to the dealer to get a copy of the final numbers!I recently purchased a used vehicle from Naples Nissan and the initial contact with the sales team was very pleasant and professional. We left after the test drive to get my trade and come back. When I returned after agreeing via the phone to some preliminary numbers the managers got involved and the payment increased by over 300 per month. After two hours of negotiating/arguing I decided to not purchase it. They caught me at the door with another offer and at that point I accepted. At this point I was exhausted, weak, and shaky as I was recovering from a hospital stay due to covid and was on Oxygen. The finance person rushed through the papers having me sign several documents and unfortunately I did not do a final review on the numbers. When we left my wife and I asked for a copy of the papers and I was told they would be sent to me. After a week I left a message saying I had not received them but did not get a call back, At two weeks I stopped by the dealership ad was provided a print out. At that time I discovered over $2,700 in Service Contracts and add on’s (Permaplate). Their Pre-delivery fee was also almost $1,000 dollars. All totaled my financed amount was around $7,000 more than the price on the window AFTER trade and down payment! Was shown a list of benefits that I received from them like free car washes, oil change discounts, and more however they refuse to provide me with a copy after three requests.Still waiting on an explanation as of today.
What a joke this place is.I was talking online with one of their salesman and I told him I was coming by after lunch to look at the truck .Drove over an hour to find out they have sold it.. I understand if someone is there already wants to buy it .. but at least have the courtesy of letting me know so I don’t waste my money and time .Also that guy with the red shirt was rude and shouldn’t be on the sales floor with that attitude.
They work with you try best to Make a deal happen
Took my car in to have my transmission looked at, needed to be replaced but thankfully it was under Warranty. But when I got my car back, the AC was making a really Grindy noise, and my windshield wiper fluid was drained, whatever I can just refill it, but when I did it just leaked right onto the ground under my car. I called them and asked to speak with the service department and I was sent to a full voicemail box. Called again the next day and was sent to my tech and I was sent to the rental departments voicemail box. I called again and got sent to the full voicemail box. The floor protectors that the techs use were left in my car, shoved under my seat along with the seat protectors that they use and a great big grease smudge on my quarter panel. But thats what you get for paying for a vehicle warranty right?
11 thousand dollar car turned into a 22 thousand dollar car. Do not believe anyone there they are good at what they do. First time getting a car from a dealership and it will more than likely be the last. Thanks for nothing Mario. If I could Id do negative stars. Please be careful when coming here you have been warned.
We loved our experience we had their buying our new vehicle. Our sales person was professional and very knowledgeable.
Best car buying experience I have had. I told them my budget and they worked with me to get a sweet deal. The warranties are awesome too. If you are looking for a car checkem out.
Exceptional service! I love my new car! Naples Nissan went above and beyond to get me the vehicle I wanted at a price lower than I could have anticipated.. even lower than the payment I was making on my previous vehicle! Isaiah taught me everything I needed to know about my Rogue and was incredibly helpful. 10/10 recommend! Thanks!
I had a nice visit to Naples Nissan yesterday, The customer service was great…
Best car buying experience HANDS DOWN! Mario was friendly, super helpful and fantastic! Allison was great, she made signing super easy! Thank you guys so much for helping me get my dream car!
Walked in and was greeted by Kenneth the sales manager that passed me off to his son. a salesman. I have a 2013 Nissan Merano SL and heard a great promotion on the radio for trade in. I gave them my keys and walked with the salesman and found a pathfinder sl and Merano sl that I was interested in getting a price on. Went back inside to see what my trade was worth and an idea of the price on the two cars as neither had a price or options listed. After 15 minutes another salesman came out with my keys and said they could not provide a price unless I was ready to buy tonight and I should leave. I said I was ready to buy and would like to talk to a manager, he said no I was not and asked me to leave. He left and I spotted a white shirt manager and he said they cannot help me as the numbers change. At that point Kenneth spotted me but I was feeling manipulated and they refused service. This doesnt make any sense... but leaves you really unhappy.
Our experience with Naples Nissan was a bit of a bittersweet experience at the beginning, but we were lucky to have Thomas Root as our second representative when we went back (terrible 1st vehicle). To keep it short— we were not happy with our initial experience, but Thomas didn’t give up in front of two very upset & disappointed customers & didn’t stop until he made sure we were 100% satisfied. We’re very happy with our 2021 Rogue Sport. His dedication to the customer should be an example to others. Ask for Thomas Root. He will definitely do his best to make sure you’re happy.
While visiting a few dealerships to buy a new car in Naples, I visited Naples Nissan, the salesmen Mario provided me an offer of $23k on a new Nissan Sentra, after a test drive, he wanted to make it work so he got someone from the upper management involved. This senior manager was arrogant and doesn’t know how to speak to customers, instead of providing a good offer like how the salesperson did (23k), he offers the car to me for 25.5k. He tired to downgrade other brands like Kia and Mitsubishi and suggests me to try them out. His concluding suggestion to his salesman was to not waste time with a customer.I hope that is not the way you treat customers or maybe it was because of my race. This guy from the upper management was derogatory, and deserves to be a doorkeeper! Are you guys even worth a star?
STAY AWAY!We have been to several car dealers to for my 16 year olds first car experience. These guys are THE WORST in town. You cannot take their word for anything. Deals and numbers change every minute. Not honest business people there. Shame on you Erin Walker!!
I called on a car that was advertised. Asked if it was available and set up a time to look at it the next day with a salesman. The next morning a sales manager called to confirm if I was coming and I said yes and he said to come down to make a deal. Drove over an hour to get there and salesman said the car was being reconditioned and suggested we look at other cars while we wait. Went back in and a sales manager comes out and says the original car I came to see would not be available to see today. Found out the car was not even on site and was at a body shop for work. Told them my disgust that I drove down there and the salesman and the sales manager didn’t ever tell me the car was not available but still advertised online. Their reply was we’ll call you when it’s done and you can drive back down and also the bodywork/reconditioning cost would be added to the online price. Poor communication, deceptive advertising. Who does business like this? Worst experience ever!
Took the Frontier in for its first oil change, loved it that my tires got rotated as well... Bob M. was very friendly and professional. 👍
I’m went into Naples Nissan casually looking to trade in my vehicle. I then met with Thomas who couldn’t have been nicer assisting me and letting me know all my options. I test drove a couple of vehicles and landed on the 2021 Sentra. My mind kept changing with the colors and different options presented with the vehicle and Thomas couldn’t have been more patient and understanding. We will be back in the future to purchase another vehicle. Thanks so much to Thomas, the manager (his name is slipping my mind sorry!) and everyone at Naples Nissan! We LOVE our new car!
Very good service from Wilmar Romero the Sales associate and Angelo the General Manager at Naples Nissan in Naples, Florida. Thank you!!
The salesman was friendly, spoke Spanish and professional. Also he had a lot of patience and tried very hard to get me the deal i wanted
Working with Naples Nissan was the first time buying a car wasn’t a stressful experience for us. Special shout out to our salesman, Sean Cleland, who was communicative, friendly, supportive, and clear throughout the entire process. We never felt pressured or confused and ended up getting everything we wanted out of our vehicle and deal. Definitely ask for him if you’re heading into this dealership!
Rudy was very helpful and took good care of my car. He deserves a raise.
Had to get my door locks fixed and my window tint replaced but the service writer offered me a ride home and then it was gonna take longer so even have me a rental! Very nice and surprised
After hearing about a trade-in promotion on the radio, I visited Naples Nissan today (4/28/2021) to determine the best trade-in offer for my 2014 Nissan Altima. My intention was to assess the trade-in value of my car and to determine what eligible new vehicles would best meet my preferences. At the end of the visit, I can confidently say that this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any US business. The salesperson (Tiger) that assisted me was rude, publicly disrespectful, and condescending. This type of behavior is simply unacceptable. I have never experienced anything close to what transpired today and because of it, I would never visit a Nissan car dealership in SW Florida again and this will likely be my last Nissan vehicle.
Naples Nissan consistently performs above expectations. Except for car batteries their prices are competitive. Their service work is timely and professional their staff is always courteous and accommodating. I appreciate the use of seat and floor covers. I highly recommend them.
Danny Toledo was very attentive to my service needs. He arranged for a loaner car and called me when my car was ready exactly when promised.Good people to do business with.
Horrible experience, sales guy had a horrible attitude and wasnt willing to work with us, also didn’t want to show or talk about the vehicle. It felt like he didn’t want to sell the car or hates his job!!
Short and sweet! Right down to buisness. Not all day like most places.
Mike S. with Naples Nissan was a breeze to work with. He made buying a car so easy and hassle free. He was straight forward, honest, and very personable as well. I highly recommend Naples Nissan, and if you can, request Mike as your sales consultant. You will NOT be disappointed.Thank you again, Mike!! -Casey & Brianna
Was interested in a truck they had on their lot. My wife and I Stopped in on June 13, 2021 was harassed by one of the managers. Insisted that if I walked on the property of the dealership I must give him my name and telephone number for their insurance reasons because they dont want to be held liable. I have never had this happen at another dealership ever. I have purchased over 25 vehicles in the last 35 years. And right now Im in the market for a four-wheel drive truck one thing is for sure I will not be buying anything from Naples Nissan.
Avoid. Have bought 2 cars and had a reasonably good experience. (Does anyone have an awesome) experience buying cars, particularly that last 90 minutes, after the deal is done, and you get worn down with more blah blah blah by the finance guy whos sole job is to boost dealer profits?) Unfortunately, when looking for car #3, was working with a rude sales person (this is my OPINION). The short of it is, I can buy the EXACT same car with no money down for perhaps less than $70/month than the trade deal we were looking at.
Daniel in the service department today was great. Thank you Daniel for all of your help!
Took them 4 full days to fix the air conditioner when they told me only 3 days max. Terrible customer service and when I got the car back my charging port isn’t working now.
Car keeps on breaking my itself. Took it in for service for maintenance which the message came up on the Dashboard and still doing the same thing!
If you are in the market for a Nissan, go NO WHERE ELSE but NAPLES Nissan . Mario and Allison had us in and out in 1.5 hours. No bickering, no unpleasantries, no, “bs”, no waiting around for hours for paperwork. In my 60+ years of buying cars, the absolute best experience of my life in purchasing a car. Go see Mario, he’ll take care of you!
I wanted to buy a car and i could not get a straight answer neither from upper management on how much would the total price is with all hidden fees, i got my time wasted for 2 days in a row. I never experienced anything like this
Lazaro, was great. He explain everything to me and gave me the best deal ever. I will recommend him to all my friends and family that would be interested in buying a car because he did a wonderful job.
Service was excellent. Carlos was very knowledgeable of his responsibilities.Bob Hayes
Kudo’s to the service personnel at Naples Nissan for doing a job well done! To my service advisor I say, thank you James, well done!
Always an exceptional experience at Naples Nissan. Came in for a warning light that was quickly fixed with a reprogram. In and out in an hour! Thanks for always being so efficient and for making every visit a pleasant one!
My car was purchased the day before 2021 Sentra SR with 1100 miles. Brought in next day light sensor and front emg sensor bad..also when purchased I recieved it not detailed and was not shown or gone over vehicle options. Also water stain on passenger side. When service next day. Changed sensor ..forgot to clean seat and left service ticket and plastic bags from sensor on floor. Definitely disappointed!!!!
Absolutely the most excellent experience Ive ever had with buying a car. We love our new Armada. Ask for Mario and tell him I sent you. He will not disappoint.
I was trying to buy an inexpensive used car for my kids. Advertised online as $5,988. They say the car is MINT, top of the line. Tell them great, can I buy it? Then they add in a $2,800 reconditioning fee, a $550 Paint Protection & Window Tint fee, a $799 Documentation Fee, a $200 Filing Fee.......Honestly, at that point I stopped listening to the list of fees. Unfortunately this dealership perpetuates the poor reputation of Used Car salesman. I would personally not shop at this dealership again.
