I have worked twice with Tamiami Ford Collision Center with Vicky and Ken both times. They are helpful, professional, honest and work to get my vehicles in and out and to handle claims as an Allstate certified repair center. They also work with Enterprise to get you into and out of a rental car, and they are good at communicating whats going on. I would use them again if the occasion arises.

I had a really great experience here; Lee and Vicky did a really good job and are both very kind, understanding, and honest. I had previously had a horrific experience with a different Ford Collision Center, so walked in to this location feeling apprehensive and on edge. However, they handled everything correctly from the very beginning and put me at ease. They were responsive every time I contacted them and emphasized that they were willing to work around my busy scheduled to get my car repaired. I was quoted 2 days and they finished it in one. When I picked up my car it looked beautiful and they even cleaned it for me. It was SUCH a relief to not have to pull my hair out and fight with people for basic customer service for once. Additionally, every time I have ever taken my car somewhere for repairs, my floor mats go missing and have to be hunted for, things I left in my car are no longer there, and there are dirty cloths left in my trunk and backseat, etc. Here, my car looked better than it did when I dropped it off--inside and out--and there were no dirty cloths in sight. They did everything they could to make the repair as easy on me as possible and not add to my existing stress after the wreck, which exactly what a Collision Center should be. Stark contrast to my prior experiences. Highly recommend. Wish I didnt have to get into a wreck to partake in their excellent customer service! They would be my go-to shop! Thank you!

Expensive, but got the job done well

The paint and body work was great. I’m still waiting on a piece that they forgot to be put back on. That being said the customer service could of been a lot better.

During a severe thunderstorm my right rear door was caved in by flying signage. The window was shattered and the car was flooded. I dropped the car off to get it fixed and was told it would be about a week to get my door replaced and a full interior detail. It ended up being about 3 weeks before I got my car back. I never received any updates from them either. I had to call them to get updates just so I could extend my rental. When I finally did get my car back, my right rear bumper wasnt even attached to the car, there were several greasy fingerprints scattered throughout the ceiling of my car, and my carpets still had water damaged smell to them. I took the car back in and they told me I had to order new carpets for my car and that they would attach my bumper and clean the car when the carpets arrived. This was over 4 weeks ago now and I still have not heard anything back from them. All together this has been about a 2 month process from what I was originally told would only take a week. Lack of communication is a huge concern for this company.

I experienced a great company today. I needed help today with damaged bumper parts. They kindly and professionally took care of me. It was nice going into the weekend with such great customer service and help. Thank you!!!

Because it was the height of season, it took some time to get the needed parts but once those were in hand? Great work. They did such a thorough job that one would never know that the car wasnt new. I highly recommend these folks, grade A work from beginning to end.

I brought my car in for them to look at after the antenna and base were ripped off in a car wash over the weekend. Greg took a look and offered to replace it at no charge if I purchased the parts from the dealership. I dropped my car off in the morning and picked it up this afternoon with the antenna fixed as well as my car completely detailed and washed, all for free.What cost me a little over $100 for parts could have cost near $1K had I gone through insurance and they charged for labor. Would absolutely recommend.

Horrible customer service. The lady I dealt with did not want to do her job. They call them self a pro shop and should deal directly with the insurance and she had me trying to figure everything out myself. This went on for a couple of weeks before I decided to take my car over to caliber Collison and they took care of everything in a matter of 10 minutes. I do not recommend this place.

Take too long to fix ur car. I had a mirrow replaced and i was told an hr. Took almost 2 hrs no one came and said anything about taking a little longer. I have to asked why it was taking long.

I have only positive things to say about this shop! I was in once about a year ago and they fixed, painted, & snapped back in the pillar moulds on my 13 Veloster Turbo. They were friendly, professional, and did a perfectionist job. No different today, where I had my rear spoiler refinished due to it fading in spots because of the harsh Florida elements. It is now refinished; its silky smooth and the finish matches my car exactly and looks awesome! I was very thankful when I mentioned also a nick in the hood caused by a highway rock, the friendly staff told me it could be fixed right then before I drive home, with some touch-up paint they still had freshly mixed from the spoiler work. I will recommend highly this body shop to all my friends and contacts who need any body shop work done.
