Technician, Angel, corrected an ongoing brake problem I had with professionalism and quality. I had visited Dealers Choice earlier in the year and received poor service and bad parts (maybe parts dealer to blame), but Angel took great care to listen to my problem, assure me that he himself would be doing the work, and delivered my vehicle to me in good working condition-- no more squeaky brakes! Thank you!

It is a workshop where the mechanics do not respect the property of others and only care about their work, I left my car clean and when I picked it up it was full of grease inside the seats and doors as well as churre from the moment they worked, in addition to the covers of the car They left without putting them and I asked them to return them and they did not put them and one of the problems of the car they could never fix it because they did not know what it had, in my opinion they need better trained personnel and who take care of the property of the clients, thank you

I called AAA and they dispatched Dealers Chiice towing. I was broken down on I-75 in Naples in my Tahoe and these guys were top notch. I used to run wreckers and these guys couldnt have been any better! I would definitely use them again in the future!

I called and told them what was going on with my car after the dealership said it would take 3-4 days to get me in to fix it. Dropped off the car at 9:00 AM and picked it back up at 2:00 PM. Great value and great service. Would highly recommend.

Unbelievably bad customer service. I still dont have my car back or even know when its ready. Every time I call they say theyll call me back with details but I never get a call back. Cant get a time estimate, details on the car, nothing. Ill have the technician call you back in 30 minutes to which I wait an hour, call them back and get the sane response. I dont care I just need to be able to schedule myself to pickup my car. Lie to me I dont care just say something other than well call you back.

Disappointed.Had oil & filter changed ...after draining the oil, I was told, they had to order oil to refill the crankcase......that took about 40 minutes 😳. Additionally I had tires rotated...I found it interesting the tires were rotated, but tire pressures were not adjusted to pressures recommended by manufacturer.

Very happy with our service! Called AAA because of battery issues. They sent out Dealers Choice and they took care of us in no time! Our car has a difficult to reach battery and they took the time and care to remove the battery test and swap it out for a new one. Thanks for being prompt, friendly, and efficient.

The problem was originally misdiagnosed. The car was not only returned filthy, but also with damages to all seats, dashboard, and headliner. Currently waiting to hear back from manager, who verbally assumed responsibility for the damages and is currently identifying next steps. Rating and comments may change based on resolution of the issues.

The go to place for Insurance claims.Dealers choice have modern equipment and good location.They appear to bite off more than they can chew hence precision and quality control is compromised.I’m reviewing this 3mths later. Changing 4* rating.Went to Costco to get my tire pressure checked and was shown “Shoulder” wear on front tires due to bad alignment. I’m the only driver and know I have not hit curbs or potholes. I’m not a happy customer.

This past Tuesday, I unfortunately needed a tow for my car. I called AAA at 5:00pm and they told me “within an hour”. Not a problem.My tow truck driver, Bernard, showed up at 5:40pm. Great 👍Very personable, and professional.After hooking up my car, he and I dropped it off at Bonita Auto near my house. I had him give me a ride home. About a mile away.After some small talk, we arrived at my house.He couldn’t have been a nicer guy.In a world right now with so much negativity and pessimism, the good people who do GREAT work need to be applauded.Give the man a raise!Peace y’all! ✌️

I had fantastic experience using this company and highly recommend any of their auto repair or tow services. Crisa was extremely helpful and had excellent communication.

They were quick to respond and their truck carried an atypical size battery for my BMW. They replaced and quick charged the battery in a Publix parking lot in about 10 minutes. Driver was courteous and conscientious. Only problem was their billing to my credit card was not too recognizable, didnt mention Naples, and gave a suspicious contact email address at AOL. This caused me to waste a lot of time in trying to pay the bill.

Horrible do not use their towing service, they towed my mercedes and nearly ripped the front bumper off, also causing it to crack and broke the fog light. They took no responsibility for their actions. They need to teach their drivers how to tow cars LOL. Not to mention they tried to sell me multiple parts my car did not need. Won’t be coming back here.

My car broke down. We contacted AAA. Got a phone number from an unknown number and just answered and said we cannot take the car right now because we are dealing with an emergency. The person called back. And started yelling and swearing at us. We tried to get her to stop and listen because we thought she was a sales call. But she continue to use profanity and scream at us and hung up and then cancel the call.

Broke down with a dead battery in Bonita Springs. AAA sent out this company (Dealer’s Choice). Towed the car to their Naples shop on Friday evening. Never got a call on Saturday morning until my third phone call to them (first two I left voicemails). Talked to someone who was clueless about the car, but said that they would look into it and call me right back. No call back. I called and left seven more voicemail messages. Finally called the emergency tow number to talk with someone. They called the manager and he said that they couldn’t get to it and that they would look at it on Monday. No call even though I left over a half dozen messages. We had to rent a car to drive back to Orlando and then drive back a few days later to get the car. After that they overcharged us for the battery replacement. This place may be “Dealer’s Choice”, but it would never be my choice.

First, I dont take the time to write many reviews but in this case its a must. Dealers Choice and the staff where beyond amazing. My boyfriends car (BMW) broke down and Dealers Choice was dispatched through our AAA service. Nick who rescued us was beyond polite, friendly and just down right a gentleman. We decided to have the car taken to Dealers Choice to see if they can fix the problem, and Jacob the Service Manager was excellent and patient with us and providing us with the confidence that we would be taken care of and that the BMW would be fixed the same day! In fact, it was and I cant say enough about Jacob! we need more nice people like him in the world. The car was fixed at the exact time that he said it would be finished, and the cost to do the job as we know BMW are expensive to repair) was fair. We were pleasantly surprised that they had a tech that knew how to work on BMW. Lucky we found them. They also offered to deliver the car as my boyfriend didnt have a way to get there before they closed. There tow team delivered the car and they were beyond friendly. Will def be a new customer. Seems to be a love hate thing with the reviews. I see mostly one star comes from AAA customers like me. I have had to deal with this company a few times using AAA. My number one complaint is their timing. AAA always takes an hour to get a tow truck or roadside truck to you thats a given here in Southwest Florida. With Dealers Choice you can automatically add an hour or more to that. AAA puts up with Dealers Choice and Im not renewing my membership with AAA because of Dealers Choice. It is always the exact same excuse read from a queue card The driver got hung up on another call so the driver has been delayed for another 20 minutes This goes on for an hour or more. How is it that I have used AAA three times for various reasons and its always the same exact excuse. I really think the owner of Dealers Choice is an idiot or is a crook. I have no idea why AAA always goes with the absolute worst company in Southwest Florida it has to be money it cant be anything else. I am again going to be filing another complaint with AAA and chewing someones butt it doesnt seem to do any good.

I had a wonderful experience here. The man who towed my car in rush hours traffic swooped in like an angel, grabbed my kids, and helped me move everyone to a safe car waiting. My car was towed that evening. The next day it was fixed by 11 AND they DELIVERED my car to me free of charge. I would not hesitate to use Dealers Choice again!

Steer clear of these guys. They use AAA as bait and then do their best to hose you. My mother, who is a seasoned citizen, broke down and used them as suggested by AAA. They charged her a ridiculous diagnostic fee, that most reputable shops waive if you use them. I had them add some additional work while she was there and they tried to charge another 1hr diagnostic fee. I checked her engine after picking up the vehicle and the air cleaner cover was detached and the coolant cover was gone. Unbelievable. Zero stars.

You have a bill to take a vehicle to a specific location and should not be pressuring people into taking it to your business. If I call AAA and they send you out to take it where it was specified in the ticket through AAA, it should not end up somewhere else, should it? I am pretty sure that is what is in your AAA contract is it not? A non biased company. What do you think AAA will say about it?

I wound up here as a person using AAA. My old car broke down, was making a horrible racket under the hood. Tow driver took a look, determined it could be driven so have new the option to follow him to the shop rather than hook up the tow. They diagnosed the issue gave me a quote, than got us picked up by their affiliate car rental company so we could get on our way. Service was done, car runs great again, and they even worked to discount the price. Good people. Thank you!

These people are predators. My car was towed at 4-4:30 they drove from 2700 gg Blvd to North Naples and tries to call that one day just to get it their 5 day scam day where they add $100 for admin fees. Bringing my Friday afternoon to Tuesday pick up $580. The tow home broighh it to over $780. Bad company if they repaired you they ripped you off.

We called AAA to have our vehicle towed to our own mechanics shop, and the tow truck driver kept insisting that we take it to their shop. We insisted otherwise and he reluctantly towed it to our place. AAA needs to take note of these tactics and more carefully screen the companies that they allow to be AAA authorized. When a person is broken down on the side of the road, there is no excuse for the towing company to be pressuring people to take it their own facility. Seems to me that its a conflict of interest, and Im surprised AAA doesnt look further into their shady practices, considering that were not the first to mention this.

I am a snow bird, jurst got to town on November 1st, got a dead battery, called AAA to put in a new battery. The first truck that came out was not Dealers Choice, he changed the battery the car still would not start. He said you better call for a tow truck. Called AAA back andtold them to send out another company. Dealers Choice came out, the driver Gabriel said let me see your key fob, the battery was dead in both key fobs. He then went on to show me how to start the car with 2 dead key fob. Went to Auto Zone total cost for 2 batteries 10.00.Thank you Dealers Choice. Its nice to see honest companies in this day and age.

For the second time I had a tow set up confirmed a time with dealers choice and aaa for the second time theyre over 40 min behind with no communication. Its possible dealers may be better in the afternoon, however I cant stand when time isnt respected.

This place is a total joke! They required a woman that had been in a car accident clean out her own car, even though she had already signed their paper, and provided her drivers license and insurance. They wouldnt let her sit in the car with her 19month old baby while I took care of her car. They claim to be AAA approved Auto Repair, but if this is the quality of AAA service personnel I think I will cancel my membership

STAY AWAY! STOLE MY JEWELRY AND AMMO. Worst experience I have had at a auto shop. I was in a car accident 7/2/18 and the tow truck the police department called for me took my vehicle to their shop. Geico came out the next day and did an adjustment in which a payment could be processed to whoever I chose. Being that they were not a Geico approved shop, I wanted to take my vehicle to a shop that was. The body shop manager Jimmy, assured me he would take care of me and gave me this whole talk about how he would fix my car for me in 10 days and that he had to take it apart to make sure more work wouldnt need to be done. I did not hear from them for a week so I called, they assured me it would be done in two weeks. I called them just before the two weeks to confirm, he stated he needs another week. Basically dragging me along and never called the adjuster to come out again to do a follow up review. I had to do it for him and my car ended up being totaled. This should have been decided the first week when he supposedly was going to inspect my vehicle. Then, I go to empty my car and two of my gold necklaces and bullets out of my magazine are missing. They left one bullet in so that it didnt look like it was emptied. I have filed a police report and contacted pawn shops around the county. Pathetic and unprofessional.

Rude customer service. My friends car was towed there by the Collier County Police and she didnt want to have these guys do the repairs so they held her vehicle hostage and would not release it. They charged her $40 per day for storage costs, even though they were the ones not releasing it. They wanted her to come sign some paperwork at the shop but she couldnt because she was in the hospital from an accident. I tried to help her out and they basically told me to buzz off and they would not release it. Theyre criminals

After a fender bender I had a bad radiator. I limped in with a steaming van & parked in the first open space off the road. Tow trucks were blocking other spots. A guy comes out and immediately yells that I cant park where I did as it his impound lot.....ok so I back it up 5 feet.I explain my situation & let him know I have to be back in Wisconsin for a cancer Drs. appointment in 5 days. He states I will have to talk to girl that is on phone.....ok After 10 minutes of waiting. Finally another guy comes out & with out even trying to open hood explains it does not look good. He makes 1 call for a radiator & tells me it would be 7 days if they have one......That was it, basically no help, interest, or caring at all. I was on my own. On a hot 85 degree day I proceed to go around the block & find M & M salvage yard......he got me going in 2 days. Dealers choice was a clean fancy shop with No customer service or empathy. Very sad

OMGWe took our truck here for some repairs after it was stolen, the thieves destroyedthe dash and had spilled things and trashed the inside. The police had dustedthe whole truck inside and out with fingerprint dust.In the scope of work to be done, our insurance company had told them tosteam clean the inside, and detail it. The truck was NOT ready 2 timesthat we were told it would be..... we ended up paying for a rental for2 additional days $180.00 as the insurance company was told it would bedone also.Then the clerks are rude and not accommodating on the phone,our truck was absolutely FILTHY . We were charged $350.00 for acomplete detail with a steam cleaning and they by NO MEANS had thistruck professionally cleaned, and if they did, they must have usedsomeone who is TERRIBLE.There was spilled sticky stuff in the door compartments, the visors wereso covered with fingerprint dust you couldnt see the mirror, the insideof the door that is painted was covered with the same. The consolewas full of dirt and sand, the floor mats had piles of sand under themand the headliner was covered with black fingerprint dust.When I called and spoke to Daphne ( their receptionist) she was verydefensive and stated that she watched them steam clean it and thatI could bring it back in so they could re do it. YEA I want to do that!!!!She stated she would fit us in next week, we had already returned therental truck and didnt trust it would be done in time, furthermore wedidnt trust the quality of the cleaning.I asked if they would just credit the cleaning so I could take it somewhereelse, and she said no. This detailing cost $350.00 I have hadmany vehicles detailed in my life, and have NEVER paid that, and thiswas a pick up no less, not a full size SUV.She never once said, I am sorry, what can we do to correct this?They charged us for parts and repairs we didnt even get!!!This place is a rip off, and does not embrace customer satisfaction!!Unhappy Naples customer

Very rude service people. They offered to waive my $250 deductible if I left my car there for service after an accident. Sadly, I agreed, which led to low quality work and jobs done wrong. They were paid to put a new tire and wheel on my car. Initially, they just took a regulation size spare I had in my trunk and put it on. When I found that out and had them do the right job, they still didnt. They were paid to put a new wheel on, but ended up putting on an old, rusted one. I will never even consider going back again!

Dont be fooled by the discounts and deals. my car broke down. when it broke down i checked the fluids and the belt. the belt was still on my car. when it was towed, it was suppose to be towed to the naples location and it was brought to the bonita location without my knowledge. when i called them for repairs on my car, they said the belt wasnt on my car. i also needed a break job. they gave me a very high price. i called another place for a second opinion and was charged half of what dealers choice was gonna charge me. do not trust dealers choice.

Terribly DISHONEST!!!!!! My Mother in-law called AAA and got a tow truck from these people. She was offered from AAA to take it to an approved facility and she said no she already had a mechanic. The tow truck driver showed up and pressured her to take it there, even following here into the house. She caved to the pressure and sent it to this facility who doubled charged labor and was grossly over-priced on the parts. Once home the car was leaking a new fluid all over the floor. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! If there two truck shows up request another one!
