Had to stop here for an insurance fix. They took the time to explain how everything would work and kept me up to date on the work as it was being done. They are kind and courteous and took care of my car quickly. If I need any work done Ill definitely come back. It is a small parking lot so large trucks may have a hard time getting in and coming back out of the parking area.

I was in my first accident and was referred to Pine Ridge Coachworks by my insurance company. I had more than one option but chose them based on their overall reviews. I can honestly say, having them do my repair was the best choice I could have made! They gave me honest advice and really had my best interest at heart. The job took 2.5 weeks because I had extensive rear bumper damage and these guys take the time necessary to do the job right. Let me tell you when I saw my car after the work was done, tears of joy and relief were in my eyes. It looks like a brand new car again!! The paint match and parts were perfect. When they say they guarantee their work, they mean it. I had to come back twice for little imperfections because Brian insists on making sure things were done correctly. They go above and beyond for their customers. He even pointed out a couple scratches (not caused by them) and they touched them up for me. You arent going to find another body shop in town like them and I promise you wont regret trusting your car in their hands. These guys are very professional and treat your car like their own. Thanks again for all you guys have done for me! I will be using you for all my work in the future as well as telling all my family and friends about you!!

Excellent job reinstalling bumpers on truck after they had been repainted. Great attention to detail. They treat every vehicle like its a classic Bentley. Ive also used them to repair Land Rover before. Always great quality work. Thanks to Brian for getting the bumpers back on and my truck looking like a million bucks.

Big Shout Out to Pine Ridge Coach Works for an OUTSTANDING job they did repairing my 2002 GMC Envoy. Even with the strike going on at GM, they got the parts and got my little truck back on the road again. Not only that..... They shined her up so she looked even better than before the accident. Couldnt be happier with the results. Great attention to detail in both repair work and customer service. Rear replacement bumper cover replaced; perfect paint match. I had a small unrelated scratch on a side mirror which is a different paint color than the repair. Jim took the time to explain to me the best way to touch it up on my own. They also included a small container of paint for future touch ups. Highly recommend.

This place is amazing. I had extensive damage to my Lexus SUVand had it appraised in Cleveland, Ohio. Because of a time crunchI brought the car to Naples and to the Pineridge Coach Works.They gave me an estimate (nearly half what the Cleveland estimate was),got me a rental car and a week later my car was ready. The workwas perfect. I highly recommend their company. Only place I wouldgo if I have future problems.

I called 2 weeks ahead of time, explained the repair. Flew down to Naples to get it repaired. They never called back and I had to call them to find out that the said they dont do trim. They are a body shop correct... why wait 2 days and not call, unprofessional,

We had 2 vehicles (car and truck) repaired at Pine Ridge Coach Works. Above and beyond our expectations. Not that I hope to ever need their services again, but if we do, they are our go to place for bodywork. After being rear ended and needing repair, we were so impressed, we had our truck made like new again. Very reasonable.

I had the rear bumper repainted on my Mercedes S-550 at this facility. I dropped it for 3 days and during that period the outer bands of hurricane Sally blew through Naples. They took the bumper off requiring the trunk to be open exposing electronics. When I pick the car up the Bluetooth and radio did not work and we discovered the printed circuit card is located in the trunk. All electronics worked when I dropped the car off. Pine Ridge refused to take responsibility for water entering the trunk causing this failure while the car was in the care and custody. The trunk was dry when I gave them the car and 4 weeks later it is totally dry. It cost me $1,050 to get it fixed. If you have a problem with this facility do not expect to be treated fairly.

Mike and his team are an absolute pleasure to be a customer of. They are beyond friendly, courteous and professional. Their work reflects an extreme attention to detail and the epitome of perfection to say the least. Highly recommended to anyone in the area. You will not be disappointed.

Jim is very nice, paint job very good but look inside your car before you leave it was still dusty and leaves were in it didn’t wipe the interior down that’s the only issue.

The work done on our vehicles over the years has always been top shelf. Wouldn’t let anyone else touch my vehicles. On another note, we recieved a letter from them reminding my wife of her drivers license about to expire. Thank god! Mike and his team are thorough, patient and extremely detail-oriented. I first took my car to the dealer for an estimate and the Pine Ridge Coachworks pricing for the same job was a fraction of the price. I would highly recommend them for any sort of body work for your vehicle.

If I could give a zero or negative score I would. They completely screwed up a $10,000 repair on our $46,000 (one year old) truck so bad it was totaled. The bed of the truck was welded on in the wrong spot, the emblems were on crooked, door wouldnt close the first time they told us to pick it up and there were cracks down the doors. They missed several things, including painting the truck... twice. The second time the owner told us the shop was not a storage facility and to come get our truck. An hour and a half later (already on our way to a Toyota dealer) the manager called to say he didnt know we were in a rush to get our truck or that we were coming to get it and they hadnt been able to paint it yet. To make matters worse, they refused to help us pay for the additional out of pocked rental expenses because of their poor quality work. We went 12 weeks with no vehicle, paying insurance and a car payment. Thankfully we brought it to Gerber in Naples who went above and beyond to help us and were professional, kind and excellent keeping us in the loop.

This is the only body shop to use. Their integrity and service are impeccable.

Service here was really good. The part of my car that was damaged almost looked brand new.
