Leo Chico did an excellent job from our initial phone contact. He explained every stage of the process from towing through completion. He wrote an initial estimate immediately upon receipt of the car and continued to update me as the process moved forward. He took time to drive me to the storage lot and explain the damage he could see when I showed up at Naples Premium Collision. I find it rare these days to experience this level of customer service! I had an amazing experience working with this body shop. The person I worked with was Shannon Van Antwerp. I can’t say enough good words about working with Shannon. Very professional, ALWAYS quick to respond, funny…just all around great person to work with in places like this. When your “baby” is in trouble (yes, cmon, our favorite cars are our babies), you’d need a perfect doctor to fix it! Thanks guys for taking care of my GLE350! Hope I won’t need to see you soon, but I know what to do when something happens.

I am from Charlotte NC and I had bought my Mercedes Benz Pre-Owned about 3 months ago. I recently noticed that I had a bump on the bottom from what seemed to be a scratch. That being said I contacted the Mercedes Benz Dealership down in Naples and they told me to take it to the Naples Premium Collision Center and that I can get a quote there. I took my car down there and I spoke with Shannon who works there. OH MY GOODNESS she is amazing. She told me that when I bought my car the dealership should have already fixed this issue, and that it should be covered since I didnt buy the car too long ago. I explained that I did have a warranty on this so I went back to the dealership and I spoke with the service team about this and they told me that I needed to call my dealership that I bought it at. I spoke with my rep and then found out they wouldnt do anything about it. I called back and Shannon told me that they have the option to warranty it under the Goodwill section up to $1,000.00. She is checking with the Mercedes Benz Dealership down there to see if they will just take care of it for me rather than having to wait to go back to Charlotte. AMAZING! Shannon is BY FAR the best collision person Ive been to especially because shes HONEST with you about your car and parts.
Shannon is AMAZING and beyond professional. She went so way above & beyond to help me. She went to bat for me against the insurance company and made the battle with them survivable. She is so knowledgeable, kind, patient & understanding at a time (after an accident) when all of these characteristics are priceless. The work on my daughters car is fabulous and Shannon kept me in the loop every step of the way. I was never left to wonder or guess where my repair status stood. I would recommend Shannon & Naples Premium Collision to everyone,,,no need to go anywhere else for car collision repair.
When I got my car repaired something got damaged. The quarter panel got damaged. There is a dent in it and my paint is starting to peel/cracked. I came in and they would not help me out or fix it. Also I wished they would have disclosed that my front bumper won’t stay in place. No communication, I had to call for updates about my car, I had ask why my front bumper is popping out. I felt like I was taken advantage. Leo said he would call me to fix my bumper, never once called. I had to called and eventually I got fed up with this and left my car how it is. Can someone just take responsibility and fix my car? Or disclose more information on Nissan parts? I recommend to take pictures of your car before picking up. I should have done it and because I did not they do not want to take responsibility.

The repair other than the tire was, to the best of my knowledge, done properly. Rob Campbell specifically stated the dealer said the tire diameter was within tolerances. After discussing it with the dealer that was never said. I will need to pay double for the work done, order the proper tire and get the work completed myself. I would not use them again as they are inaccurate regardless of whether the lie was intentional or not.
Shannon was assigned to my vehicle and had me drive down twice (2 hours worth of driving) to there shop because supposedly my vehicle was ready for pickup. The first time my Porsche’s emblem was placed crooked and the paint job for the hood was uneven. Then the 2nd time when I picked up my car the air conditioner was broken. When I dropped off my Porsche nothing mechanical was broken. Took my car to Porsche Naples since it was close by and when they did their diagnostic test on the A/C they said that the workers at the body shop plugged in the connectors of the A/C unit backwards and damaged it. So Shannon at Naples Premium Collision lied to me when she told me that their mechanics didn’t touch it. They now have to pay to replace the A/C. The only issue that needed to be corrected was the front hood damage. Unfortunately I didn’t see the reviews for this shop. Definitely would not have brought my vehicle here.
I searched for some time to find a repair facility I could trust would take of both of our cars if we ever needed any type of body work. We were blessed when we discovered Shannon at Naples Premium Collision Center. She provided a fair, competitive estimate on one of our cars and the final repair result was just as she promised and more. I was very impressed with the quality repair work and the short period of time it took to do a fairly complex repair job. And to top it off, Shannon was genuinely involved in each step of the process and was patient and helpful from start to finish. I am so glad we found someone we can trust and depend on.
I have to agree with most of the reviews posted. We came in with a couple of minor dings to get taken care of (2 cars). Shannon was great. She connected us with Dave who took care of us in about an hour & a half, at a very fair price. I would highly recommend Naples Premium Collision to friends and family

Despite the hurricane and the nightmare that it was having tile roofing fall on our car, Shannon and all the girls at Naples Premium were a delight to work with. Was a walk in with a minor repair needed. The collision advisor Shannon Van Antwerp was right on it. Quick inspection, assigned the a mechanic....problem solved within an hour. Highest quality work....superb service. Highly recommend.
Five-star service. If I could give them eight stars, I would. They went far beyond what was required to get my car back on the road, and did it a day faster than their estimate as well.
Just a year ago I gave this establishment five stars for completing stellar work on my insurance claim.Today, expecting the same five star level of customer service, when in need of repair for another vehicle I was met which such attitude and disregard as a returning customer. I took their estimate that they didnt even want to produce and left.I will not return to, nor recommend this business any longer. The hundreds of fellow employees I work with will be sure to hear of this experience who once recommended this location to me.Times have changed, they are now cherry picking policy holders.

Fortunately, I pushed a wrong button on my car which resulted in a malfunction and was easily corrected. Just a new car, old lady thing. Thanks for Shannons attention to detail.
They did come through in the end with good workmanship and the GM was very helpful in updating our rental car..............Estimator told us 2 days. Waited 10 days to get on the schedule. Brought the vehicle in and now told COULD TAKE A WEEK OR MORE. We have not even ordered parts yet. I complained about it being a week or more. And her reply was WELL YOU DIDNT TALK TI ME. I will do another review after the work is done.
Coming from the South East South Florida I had no connections to any body shops here in the South West. I was referred to Naples Premium Collision Center and to date havent been disappointed with the work or cost of work done. The work done is 2nd to none whether it be for my personal vehicle or commercial vehicles that Ive sent over. I recommend their work and service to anyone interested in having quality work done.

My husband and I owned two large collision repair shops in Maryland. We sold them and moved to Florida about a year ago. Sadly my baby, 2015 Porsche Panamera GTS got damaged. I was worried sick who would repair and treat my baby like we would have at our shop. We looked at several shops and then toured Naples Premium Collision. We were super impressed with the shop. Clean, top end equipment, repair work very neatly done, interiors being protected, and proper techniques being followed. Shannon, our estimator, was awesome. She went above and beyond to make sure we were at ease with leaving our baby with a shop we had no experience with. We decided to trust them to repair my baby. I got my car back a few days ago and let me tell you....they are ON POINT! The repair was impeccable.....just as if our shop fixed it......the paint work was exceptional. The paint finish, texture, and most importantly the color was spot on. I am so extremely pleased and I am grateful that we decided to use Naples Premium Collision to repair my Porsche. The car was immaculate inside and out, too...BONUS! We are super picky, so if you can make us happy, you can make anyone happy. The old saying at our shop, if you can make Laura happy, you can make anyone happy.

Unprofessional as hell.. I call them they tell me to get my estimate then to bring my DAMAGED vehicle with a check and then push me out the door saying they cant take my vehicle. And would have to wait a month till I can bring it back for it to be fixed.. Thanks to whoever answers the phone... Very disappointed

There is no better place to have your car repaired other than Naples Premium Collision. I was in an accident recently (not my fault) and had recently just purchased the vehicle. I was very upset at just the situation, but NPC was very helpful, they made sure the adjuster looked at everything. They continued to keep in contact with me during the month they had my vehicle. They replaced every item and made it look new again. Thank you very much, especially to Shannon for all she did during the process. I will definitely use them again (when needed, of course) and will be telling my friends about them as well.
My husband took my car in after and accident. They took pictures and started the paperwork on it. A few days later, I got a call saying they lost the photos and I had to bring it back in. After an hour of waiting, somebody snapped a few photos in her cell phone.Weeks pass and no wordoubt about when my part would be in. My insurance called them and finds out that they are claiming they have no record of my car ever being brought in.Do not recommend.
Horrible customer service!! In my 38 years of living I have never dealt with such an arrogant group of individuals. I walk in and ask for an estimate of a repair to my damaged SUV, they ask me to take a seat and someone will be with me shortly. After approximately 30 minutes of waiting I ask if anyone is available to assist me. The receptionist tells me that they are extremely busy and will be with me as soon as possible. Mind you I can see what every individual is doing, there is only one person on a phone call, while everyone else is talking amongst their selfs regarding matters that are unrelated to their work. Theres even two technicians outside who are, clear as daylight, NOT BUSY. I attempt to ask again for help and am interrupted by the receptionist, at this point the manager jumps in and tells me that if I can not wait that he suggests that I take my vehicle elsewhere as they can only do so much. After sitting idle for an hour and 15 minutes I decide to leave. I do not plan on ever returning to this location nor do I advise anyone to ever do so either! HORRIBLE!!!
My wife and I tried to bring our car in to get it repaired we where involved a rear end collison. I brought the car over to get a damage estimate like my insiramce requested. They lost the photos so my wofe brought the car buy for a second time and scheduled an appointment to have it repaired. My insurance said they never recieved the estimate so we called them in a three way call they said theu have no record of seeing the car sigh. Switched to someone else lol. Save yourself the headache
The name has changed to Naples Premium Collision Center, it is now related to the Mercedes dealer but dont think that there service is great. I took my Mercedes there after a car accident and even after the second try they could get the paint/work right. Clear coat drips all over the doors, left the car dirty and the paint is not even matching the rest of the car. Very rude inexperienced people there; dont take your car there.
