I had an absolutely phenomenal experience with this location all thanks to Gary. I needed to ship something overnight and was going to be arriving at the store after last pickup. Gary answered the phone promptly each time I called to check if Id missed the pick up on my drive to the store. Once I got there, I was frazzled and stressed and Gary was friendly and helpful while I organized my documents and put together multiple shipments. He completely made my night and saved me from a difficult situation. I cant say enough about how professional and kind he was. More stores need a Gary!

I have gone to this location now two times in the past week to ship materials for work. Both times I have had issues shipping my materials and this last time the woman wanted to open my box to change the packaging. I have never had this experience. Therefore I left and took my business elsewhere. I do not recommend the store.

I come to this FedEx office regularly to pick up my personal packages. Tameka is a great employee with excellent customer service skills. She not only remembers me, but goes out of her way to let me know when my package arrives. These are fairly urgent, so I really appreciate her communication efforts to be sure they get into my hands.

This particular location is hit or miss. It has all of the regular features but the manager Todd is not very helpful at all despite his smiling face. I know he has had good associates transfer away to other locations due to his incompetence. I experienced that incompetence first hand as a customer this latest visit 8/2020.All I wanted to do was to print a document from my personal computer. He gave me the spiel as to what needed to be done to connect to the WiFi (basically just saying to connect to AT&T), then moved on. He never bothered to check back even though there were very few customers.I subsequently asked an underling associate who actually was helpful enough to look at my computer (unlike Todd who obviously couldnt be bothered with such menial tasks like actual customer support). He saw for himself that the wifi connection wasnt coming up and suggested I reboot the computer, which I did. The connection still did not appear, although the computer was picking up WiFi connections from three different nearby stores.In essence, it seems their customer WiFi connection was down and not working and they didnt even know it, nor refused to acknowledge it, or even do anything about it. They didnt bother to check their router to see whether it was working correctly or even turned on. I solved my problem by leaving and going to the nearby library where I was able to get my document printed fairly easily. To summarize, avoid this FedEx location whenever Todd is at the helm supposedly managing.

I also had a negative experience with the manager at this location. Hes very arrogant and condescending. He tried to tell me my package was packed wrong and the box was not shipping appropriate even though I have used the materials with FedEx several times without issue. I took my items to the FedEx office on Ogden and they shipped my items without any issue.

The lady working there was unprofessional. I tried to ship a package to Canada and I was packing things myself and she repeatedly told me that oh if you pack it we won’t insure it and it will get damaged. It was my decision and package was revised fine but I did not like being pushed to pay extra for packaging.

I appreciate the convenience of this facility and the staff is always helpful and Ive never had an issue and I am in-and-out quickly. I would highly recommend this facility.

This is a center with all the expected amenities such as the print, fax services etc, but the original staff did not seem very cooperative and/or knowledgeable. I required to copy a bulk of documents, and was not really sure how to operate the big copier machine. The person behind the desk, hardly appeared to be concerned, even though the store was empty.In my last visit a few days back, I noticed some new faces, so perhaps the staff is getting changed. Otherwise a very convenient location for me.

I had to ship a pair of shoe, I had hard time with other fedex locations with the way it is packed, they said they cannot ship them without offering any suggestions on how to.. Tameka here helped me immediately and I was able to ship it. This place is very friendly, I was here several other times before too.

I work for an energy company in Atlanta, Ga. I entrusted Brandon at this office to print and bind two copies of a detailed proposal for my company which included 20 tabs and was 200 pages. Brandon did an outstanding job for me. He clearly understood my instructions for producing this proposal and treated it with the urgency of printing that I needed. I was able to get it hand delivered before the deadline to its destination in Naperville. I would highly recommend Brandon and his services at this FedEx location.

Great customer service. I was greeted when I walked in and they were very polite when going through everything with my shipment. This was my first time coming here to ship something and I will be back when I need to ship anything else!

Every time I print here, Mike is working and he is very helpful in figuring out the details of my specific print job, which can be wildly different every time I come in. He’s very friendly as well.

I would not recommend this location at all. I had a really terrible interaction/experience and it was with the STORE MANAGER of all people!! He was totally rude! I have been a loyal FedEx customer too. I am taking my business to UPS, simply based on this experience. Hey, FedEx, I think you may need to take your store managers through additional training on customer service.

I had a horrible experience at this fedex office. The worst part of my experience was with the store manager! He was rude, arrogant, and condescending! He wanted to charge me a $4.99 fee for my package that had loose products in it. He said the fee was for him to repackage my shippment so the product wouldn’t get damaged during shippment. Really?! Then he had the nerves to ask me if he can open my box to see how it’s packed. Again Really?! I’ve been shipping with Fed Ex for over 20 years and have never experienced such poor customer service nor heard of such a policy. I don’t recommend this fedex office at all. I wish I could give a 0 rating for this office!

I had very bad experience multiple times at this fedex office. I have to go almost 3 times for sending one package. They try to pull as much money as possible in packing (If we do packing, they say that the item is moving inside the box which should not be, whereas other fedex office took it as it is). I dont recommend this fedex office. I want to give 0 rating for this office.

Gets the job done. I usually go for the self-service copy/print options. Not much interaction with the folks managing ths place.
