Whether purchasing printing cartridges, having a printer or computer repaired, or seeking phone repairs, Inkster is always reasonable, fast and courteous. I highly recommend them, and have used them since before they were officially open, when I discovered them setting up shop in my neighborhood. I trotted in thinking they had just opened. Although I jumped the gun by a couple days, I was warmly welcomed and served, since they had everything on hand that I needed. As well, when the service or product I needed was not something they handled, they kindly referred me to someone who could serve me and offer reasonable prices.

Great Job!!!! I needed toner for my printers they actually delivered them to my shop with no delivery charge. I highly recommend this store for all your ink and toner needs. Staff was very polite. Some with the owner great guy and a great business to work with.

Best place to get your Ipad or phone repaired! I took my iPad Pro 129 to 3 diffrent repair shops and they keep it for weeks at a time and I was told at 1st that they could replace the screen with no problem and then after 6 months of trying to bring it into diffrent places that all told me it was garbage and would cost more to fix then to buy a new one, I was recommended to Cludia at Inkster she took a look at it and said I can fix it and have it ready for you with in 24 hours! I was shocked. I couldnt believe that she had fixed it let alone so fast and at a fraction of the cost of a new one, That was 3-4 months ago and they gave me a 1 year warranty on it! I will always take my iPads and Iphones to them for any and all repairs! I own a business and have over 20 devices. I just drop[ed off an iPad Air to get the screen repaired today.

Honestly, I think that giving this place even 1 star is too much. I took my iPhone in on 08/26 to get my screen replaced. they charged me $99 to fix the phone and it came with a free phone case. at the end, they told me that the screen doesnt even come with a warranty. i took it home in the case that they put my phone in (otter-box look alike) and all was fine for 4 days. on the 5th day, i literally pull my phone out of my purse and there is a crack in the screen going from the home button to the top right corner of the phone. the phone had NEVER been dropped and NEVER came out of the case. now it has issues with the display, it randomly activates siri without me even touching anything, my speaker phone doesnt work, and i cant even listen to music with headphones because they did a shitty job putting it back together. I took it back and they said sorry, this is physical damage, we cant do anything for you but give you a 10% discount on a new repair. You signed a waver saying the phone was in working condition when you picked it up. I have a business as well and i go above and beyond to satisfy my customers. If a product is broken, i will replace it regardless of whos fault it is and regardless of how much money i lose. Its call CUSTOMER SERVICE and word spreads like fire. the phone had a crack in it and all they kept saying was screens dont just break. we can only go off of what we see. apparently, faulty screens dont exist in their world. I HATE THIS PLACE!!! i would NEVER recommend anyone going there.

Do not go here!!!! I got my screen fixed and it broke not even 2 weeks later after not dropping it once. I also have new problems with phone not staying on. The lady told me I should have brought it back right away, I did! Should I have come while they were closed?! They will not stand by their products or services and their prices are not that great. Order the parts online and fix it yourself like I will do now.
