My husband and I went to this one. One of the workers mocked my husband on how he said a word. Bad customer relations!!!! I barely could give it a rating of 2.

Worst milkshake Ive ever had in my life. Surely not going back.How difficult is it to make a decent chocolate milkshake!

It took a while to get my order through the drive thru. Only one person working, from what I could tell... But she was great! My non-dairy chocolate chip cookie dough shake was delicious!

Ill tell ya, traveling the globe has given me a pretty good understanding of customer service. This place has it on point, when i walked in, i spoke to a ivan. He was polite and went way out of his way to help us. Because of him, i chose to write a good review. A place is measured by the employees and staff that represent it. Excellent job!

Ordered round cake online but I got square cake with almost no decorations on it.

The Indian employee was talking to us really rudely. I asked if she had any almonds she said let me see and she stared taking to someone and just said no. Not good customer cares

Got there an hour and a half before closing..no hot fudge. No peanut butter topping ..no explanation .. tasted worse than ice cream I can but at the store

I have been there twice and both times I have walked out with nothing. Each time I stood there for several minutes with no one saying a word to me. No other customers in the store but they do have a drive thru. Service is not their strength.

Really good breakfast sandwiches. If youre vegetarian just get whatever bread you prefer and ask for egg and cheese. I get the croissant egg and cheese and its always good and its very well priced.Often they forget a sandwich when Im ordering for two. Theres only one reason I took a star away. There is one very rude middle aged woman, always grumpy no matter how kind you are. Problem, or no problem, you are her burden. Well I didnt get any napkins and the sandwiches can get quite messy so I went into the store instead of going through the drive through and bothering them again and she ignored me completely! I said excuse me miss may I please have napkins? And she said just hold on a moment and stared at me in my eyes and leaned against their coffee machine. HahaAnyway they have another young man who works there who is just wonderful, as well as the rest of the staff. But he stands out, same problem missing a sandwich and no napkins. I let them know and he comes out and delivers the sandwich himself and said I put an extra one in there for you.It was just me and my sister eating that day, we dont really need three sandwiches but it was really kind of him and she actually was still hungry after and ate the 2nd sandwich. Thanks man. I hope you read this and you know who I am cos I come often :)

Terribly run. Bugs on the donuts and very unpleasant supervisor. Would give -5 if possible.

Disappointing. Went in to order the special banana split they advertised. The worker didnt know anything about it. Looked it up. Said they were out of an ingredient. Ended up making me a regular split. Also they afree very skimpy on the trappings and whippedcream.

It just blows my mind that businesses/managers still allow employees to stand in front of the building and smoke. So unprofessional. Teenager working the drive-thru seemed really confused. Ice cream was fine.

My coffee isnt the easiest to get right, they nailed it. Thanks for a good coffee.

The lady that started to help us just got done doing the garbage when she proceeded to get our ice cream. I had to ask her to wash her hands in which she left and had another employee help us. I watched her work the drive thru from that point still without washing her hands. Eww! Furthermore, my son wanted a donut and we noticed bugs crawling all over them. Disgusting!

How does one screw up a choc milkshake? Asked they use choc ice cream which she did but never put any syrup. The most awful choc shake ever. This place has a reduced selection of offerings. No mix-ups available.

I went at 4:50am and ordered a small cappuccino blast with tax would cost $5-$6. I was charged double by the over night drive thru lady. She was rude and refused to give my change. Needless to say this place is a rip off and she is a thief. Will never be going back

Open late. Drive thru is 24 hours. Ice cream and Donuts.
