Delicious ice cream and shake. Initially I was skeptical but later I thought to try out their guava flavor and no complaints.

Have loved this place since I was about 18 and have been coming here since. Now my daughter is old enough to come and enjoy these amazing shakes.

This place is filthy. Very dirty the moment you walk in. Dirty floors, chairs, etc. things peeling off walls. Yogurt tastes fine but avoid. I am sure there are much cleaner places than this. It’s pretty bad here. Update: daughter has diarrhea. Avoid!

My frozen yogurt was pretty good and being able to build your own lets you be as creative as you want. However, there were some flavors missing. Interior was a bit bland but I felt it fit the atmosphere. Comfortable place to sit down and socialize over some creative creations. 5/5 for fun 4/5 overall

Who doesnt love Red Mango

It was our first time going there today. We were wanting to try out their smoothies for a while. Walk in and the workers are rude! some girl named Maeva just stared at the customers so awkwardly didnt bother to take any orders. The line starts getting longer and longer and finally calls me up. She was just plain rude to me and made me feel very uncomfortable. I do not recommend going here at all.

First time customer, ordered a Skinny Strawberry; good taste. Many healthy options available. Keep in mind all online orders have priority. So, if you’re in a hurry order online otherwise it can be a bit of a wait. Today there was only one employee working, it was very busy.

Lovely idea, solid execution. Pick your frozen yogurt flavor or flavors, mix as many as you like. Pick any toppings: nuts, raisins, chocolate chips, m&m, etc. Different color boba are my favorite, you dont see those at every place. Their fresh juices and smoothies also offer a great selection, plenty of healthy options too! They can also put a ton of fresh fruit atop your frozen yogurt.

Phenomenal frozen yogurt

After dinner, we stopped here for a cold treat and were not disappointed. Very good and lots of choices of toppings for the frozen yogurt we had. Slightly pricey, as everything is weighed. However, it was so good that we will be back.

Lots of awesome flavors and toppings! Their Original flavor is delicious because it has a slightly tart flavor which goes great with any sweet toppings such as fruit or chocolate. When we were there, some other flavors they had were Oreo, mango, and Caramelized Pineapple. The Oreo and Mango were great, but the Careamelized Pineapple was a bit odd.

Great FroYo place. I especially loved that in addition to their delicious, various dairy flavors, they also have a dairy free option and offer soy milk substitutions in their smoothies as well. Its location makes it a perfect place to stop after visiting the River Walk.

My favorite froyo chain. They always have the light fruity flavors. It just makes me feel like Im semi healthy.

I loved it. I bought a small bowl with 2 specialty flavors, and 4 or 5 toppings. I only paid 7 bucks! Its a great deal with great products. They even have free samples. I have to admit, my friends and I may have exploited the free samples a little.

Good place in downtown Naperville. Its not in the main area so you can usually find some parking really closed to it. They have a big brand compared to the other yogurt places in town, but I personally dont like it as much as the other one in town. They only have about 1/2 the selection too. Dont get me wrong, its good yogurt, there are just better options out there. Oh...and another thing...they close really early at least outside of summer.

Theres nothing wrong about this yogurt place. In fact when it was one of the few places around this area for froyo it was great. Theres definitely better places but this place is fairly solid.

I visited this location today just like I have in the past. I love coming to downtown Naperville to shop and socialize. Every time I come to this location, I always feel so out of place. I had the same feelings today. I came in spoke and the lady behind the counter barely said anything. Then I selected my yogurt and asked if she had Nutella. She proceeded to give me a scope and she rubbed against my arm a little bit. I did not care but she did because the expression on her face made it seem as if it was the dirtiest things she ever did. I was hurt and disgusted to say the least. It’s clear that I am African American. However, no matter where I am, I am a human being that is spending my money in the store. Naperville has a history of racism but it’s no excuse. I don’t cause trouble and I just came for the yogurt that I love so much. I won’t return. I did not like that interaction at all. That really hurt me to my core.

Great place to take the family. On most days you can find parking near by. This Red Mango is the self-serve style. The staff is friendly, seating can be somewhat limited (although that is the case at most Red Mangos) and most people take theirs to go and sit outside along the river walk.

Good froyo and toppings. They also have acai bowls.

I came in with my sisters to get some froyo like anyone else. We made a mistake of asking what nuts were in the granola. And little girl Abby snapped saying we dont know and then glared at us all within 1 minute of us being in there. Definitely not a welcoming staff not recommending anyone to this location.

As soon as you walk in it smelled like spoiled fruits. No greeting from the 2 ladies on the other side of the counters. Smoothies Id give a 4/5 could have used more time to be prepare and better fresh ingredients. Other customer looked for help from someone in the counter but the 2 servers decided to run to the back room and leave a room full of customers unattended and they were on their phone half of the time with a I hate working here attitude (even my 8 yr old neice made a comment as soon as we got to the counter that the 2 ladies seemed to not be happy to be working). Frozen yogurt not good really nasty after taste on a simple chocolate plain yogurt... my niece could not eat it and we had to just toss it out.

Tried to end my Naperville shopping day with a smoothie and ended up walking out because the person behind the counter made it very clear that she didnt want to be there and that we were an inconvenience to her day. Even though I made eye contact with her she didnt even acknowledge that we were there! Not the type of people I would have behind the counter at my business, just saying. Spend your money elsewhere, I did.

The service was terrible, the manager/owner was not very friendly when a lady before me in line advised him that 3 different machines were out of yogurt, all he did was remove the label and walked into the back. Then the cashier was having difficulty ringing up the very same ladles balance and I asked politely as it took over 7 mins for her to go get help, if they could weigh my yogurt and my significant others so that way we could start eating while waiting for them to figure out this issue as our yogurt was melting. I was told to wait... So when it came time to pay I paid for half melted yogurt with no such discount. I will never be going back to this location.

5 for taste 0 for service .I wated over 30 min for two smoothies, considering they were not busy . They had complitely forgoten about my order even though i was standing right in front of them . After i waited 15 min i asked about my order and they could not remember what it was . Really ? I But wait, there is more .They only made one of the smooties and i had to ask again for the second one . The worst service ever . One emloyee was eating in front of the customers ; the other two was seating around and the forth one kept forgeting my order . The smooties were vert tasty, but the service was the worst i had in a while .
